Abstract
SE DESCRIBE UN PROCESO MEDIO AMBIENTAL PARA LA ELIMINACION DE MATERIALES DE DESECHO QUE PERMITE LA SEPARACION, RECUPERACION Y DESCONTAMINACION DE METALES. EL METODO INCLUYE LA REDUCCION QUIMICA DE ESENCIALMENTE TODOS LOS COMPONENTES TOXICOS REDUCIBLES Y POTENCIALMENTE PELIGROSOS QUE CONTENGAN METALES DE UNA COMPOSICION DE DESECHOS. LOS DESECHOS SE DIRIGEN AL INTERIOR DE UN BAÑO DE METAL FUNDIDO, QUE INCLUYE UN PRIMER AGENTE REDUCTOR QUE, BAJO CONDICIONES DE FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL BAÑO DE METAL FUNDIDO, REDUCE QUIMICAMENTE UN METAL DEL COMPONENTE CON CONTENIDO DE METAL PARA FORMAR UN PRODUCTO INTERMEDIO DISUELTO. UN SEGUNDO AGENTE REDUCTOR SE DIRIGE AL INTERIOR DEL BAÑO DE METAL FUNDIDO. DICHO SEGUNDO AGENTE REDUCTOR, BAJO EL FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL BAÑO DE METAL FUNDIDO, REDUCE QUIMICAMENTE EL METAL DEL PRODUCTO INTERMEDIO DISUELTO. LA VELOCIDAD A LA CUAL EL SEGUNDO AGENTE REDUCTOR SE DIRIGE AL INTERIOR DEL BAÑO DE METAL FUNDIDO, CON RELACION A LA VELOCIDAD CON LA QUE EL COMPONENTE DE DESECHO SE DIRIGE AL INTERIOR DEL BAÑO DE METAL FUNDIDO, ES SUFICIENTE PARA PROVOCAR QUE ESENCIALMENTE TODO EL PRODUCTO INTERMEDIO CON CONTENIDO DE METAL FORMADO SE DISUELVA EN EL BAÑO DE METAL FUNDIDO, REDUCIENDO INDIRECTAMENTE Y DE FORMA QUIMICA EL COMPONENTE DE LOS DESECHOS.
