HEMOS DETERMINADO ACTUALMENTE QUE UNA MEZCLA DE ACEITES QUE CONTENGA AL MENOS UN 2% DE ACEITE DE OLIVA SIN REFINAR Y AL MENOS 10% DE UNO O MAS ACEITES VEGETALES LIQUIDOS SIN REFINAR COMPUESTO DEL 20% DE ACEITE LINOLEICO ES LO SUFICIENTEMENTE ESTABLE AL ALMACENAMIENTO PARA UTILIZARSE COMO ACEITE DE ENSALADA.
