SE DESCRIBE UNA LINEA CELULAR HIBRIDOMA QUE ES CAPAZ DE PRODUCIR UN ANTICUERPO MONOCLONAL QUE ENLAZA EN UN DETERMINADO LUGAR DE LA SUPERFICIE Y EN EL CITOPLASMA DEL CARCINOMA DE LAS CELULAS DEL PECHO HUMANO Y DEL CARCINOMA DE CELULAS DE OTROS EDENOCARCINOMAS Y NO ENLAZA SELECTIVAMENTE A LA SUPERFICIE DE LAS CELULAS EPITELIALES NORMALES DEL PECHO HUMANO EXCEPTO EN CASOS DE ALTA CONCENTRACION DEL ANTICUERPO EN EL FLUIDO DE PRUEBA. LA LINEA CELULAR DE ESTA INVENCION FUE DESARROLLADA MEDIANTE LA INMUNIZACION DE RATONES CON UN SELECTO GRUPO DE INMUNOGENOS Y UNA LINEA CELULAR CONVENCIONAL DE CELULA DE MIELOMA PARA FUSION CON LOS ESPLENOCITOS MURINE CULTIVADOS. EL ANTICUERPO MONOCLONAL SE IDENTIFICA COMO EL ANTICUERPO MONOCLONAL BRE3.
