LA OPERACION DE DESENGRASE CONSISTE, EN RECUBRIR LA CAPA DE CUERPO GRASO POR DICHO LIQUIDO A FIN DE DESENGANCHAR EL CUERPO GRASO Y PONERLO EN SUSPENSION EN DICHO LIQUIDO EN SEPARAR EL OBJETO DE LA SUSPENSION, EN RECUPERAR ESTE ULTIMO PARA SEPARARLO EN DOS FASES, Y EN RECICLAR LA FASE (5, 8) QUE COMPORTA ESENCIALMENTE EL LIQUIDO DE DESENGRASE.
