LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE UNA PROTEINA POR LEVADURAS, SEGUN EL CUAL: SE CULTIVAN CELULAS DE LEVADURA QUE CONTIENEN: UNA SECUENCIA DE ADN, QUE CODIFICA PARA DICHA PROTEINA BAJO EL CONTROL DE ELEMENTOS QUE ASEGURAN SU EXPRESION EN LAS LEVADURAS, CONTENIENDO DICHOS ELEMENTOS UNA SECUENCIA DE CONTROL DE TRANSCRIPCION INDUCTIBLE POR UN COMPLEJO FORMADO POR UN RECEPTOR Y UN LIGANDO, UNA SECUENCIA DE ADN FUNCIONAL EN LA LEVADURA, QUE CODIFICA PARA DICHO RECEPTOR, CONTENIENDO EL RECEPTOR DOS PARTES ESENCIALES, UNA DE LAS CUALES RECONOCE EL LIGANDO, DE MODO QUE FORMA UN COMPLEJO CON DICHO LIGANDO Y LA OTRA SE FIJA SOBRE DICHA SECUENCIA CONTROL DE TRANSCRIPCION, LA PARTE DEL RECEPTOR QUE RECONOCE EL LIGANDO ES DE ORIGEN EUCARIOTA Y EL LIGANDO NO ES NECESARIO EN EL CULTIVO DE CELULAS, PERO ES SUSCEPTIBLE DE PENETRAR EN DICHAS CELULAS CUANDO SE AÑADE EN EL MEDIO DE CULTIVO; SE AÑADE DICHO LIGANDO EN EL MEDIO DE CULTIVO EN UN MOMENTO CONVENIENTE PARA LA INDUCCION; SE RECUPERA LA PROTEINA SINTETIZADA.
