LA INSTALACION CONSTA DE UN CIRCUITO DE SUMINISTRO DE CORRIENTE DIRECTA QUE DETECTA EL VOLTAJE DE LA LINEA (UAB) Y SUMINISTRA UNA CORRIENTE A LA LINEA (IAB) DE ACUERDO CON LAS CARACTERISTICAS DE SUMINISTRO DE CORRIENTE ANTERIORMENTE PROGRAMADAS. EL CIRCUITO INCLUYE UNA PRIMERA PARTE DE MAYOR VOLTAJE (1) Y UNA SEGUNDA DE MENOR VOLTAJE (2), EN LA QUE SE LLEVA A CABO LA PROGRAMACION DE LAS CARACTERISTICAS DEL SUMINISTRO DE CORRIENTE. CON OBJETO DE LOGRAR LA PROGRAMACION, SE INSTALA UN PRIMER COMPONENTE DE RESISTENCIA (RA) QUE TIENE UNA RESISTENCIA PROGRAMABLE, PREFERIBLEMENTE PARALELO A UN CAPACITADOR (C1) EN LA SEGUNDA PARTE (2). EL PRIMER COMPUESTO DE RESISTENCIA DETERMINA LA RESISTENCIA DEL SUMINISTRO DEL CIRCUITO PARA BAJAS CORRIENTES DE LINEA. CON OBJETO DE PROGRAMAR LAS CARACTERISTICAS, EL CIRCUITO TAMBIEN LLEVA UN ELEMENTO DE LIMITACION DEL VOLTAJE (7) QUE TIENE UN VOLTAJE DE REFERENCIA PROGRAMABLE, CONECTADO EN SERIE A UN SEGUNDO COMPONENTE DE RESISTENCIA (RB) CON UNA RESISTENCIA PROGRAMABLE, QUE ESTAN DISPUESTOS PARALELAMENTE AL CAPACITADOR (C1). EL VOLTAJE DE REFERENCIA DETERMINA LA CORRIENTE LIMITE DE LA LINEA (ILIM) A LA QUE TIENE LUGAR LA LIMITACION DE CORRIENTE, Y EL SEGUNDO COMPONENTE DE LA RESISTENCIA (RB) DETERMINA, JUNTO CON EL PRIMER COMPONENTE DE LA RESISTENCIA (RA) LA RESISTENCIA DEL SUMINISTRO DEL CIRCUITO A LIMITACION DE CORRIENTE.
