LA OBTENCION DE MATERIALES VALIOSOS, ESPECIALMENTE CAROTINOIDES, A PARTIR DE ALGAS DE AGUA MARINA, ESPECIALMENTE DE DUNALIELLA, SE CONSIGUE MEDIANTE EXTRACCION DEL MATERIAL VALIOSO A PARTIR DEL CULTIVO DE SALMUERA SALINA SIN PREVIO ENRIQUECIMIENTO DE LA BIOMASA, PROCURANDOSE ANTES DE LA EXTRACCION, O DURANTE ELLA, UNA LIBERACION DEL MATERIAL VALIOSO A PARTIR DE LAS ALGAS POR APLICACION DE FUERZAS DE CIZALLADURA SUFICIENTES. ESPECIALMENTE, SE PUEDE EXTRAER CAROTINA PARTIENDO DE CULTIVOS EN SALMUERA SALINA DE DUNALIELLA CON UN ACEITE ADMITIDO EN EL SECTOR ALIMENTARIO, EN UNA CANTIDAD DE, PREFERIBLEMENTE, ENTRE 1 Y 10%, REFERIDA AL CULTIVO DE SALMUERA SALINA.
