LA EMULSION CONSISTE EN UNA FASE LIQUIDA HIDROFOBICA POR LO MENOS Y UNA FASE LIQUIDA HIDROFILICA POR LO MENOS, SIENDO UNA DE DICHAS FASES UNA FASE DISPERSA DE LA EMULSION, QUE TIENE UN ESTADO COLOIDAL ESTABLE CON UN TAMAÑO DE PARTICULA DE LA FASE DISPERSA DE 1.000 NM O MENOR, CON UN TAMAÑO DE PARTICULA PREFERENTE QUE VAYA DE 100 A 500 NM.
