Abstract
LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN DIVISOR DE POLARIZACION OPTICA INTEGRADO BASADO EN EL PRINCIPIO DEL MODO DE FILTRO, EN EL QUE LA ASIMETRIA NECESARIA, DE LAS GUIAS DE ONDAS SE OBTIENE UTILIZANDO UN POLIMERO DE CRISTAL POLARIZABLE COMO MATERIAL DE GUIA DE ONDA OPTICA, CUYO MATERIAL ES SENSIBLE A LA POLARIZACION CUANDO ESTA POLARIZADO Y NO LO ES CUANDO NO LO ESTA. UN MODELO 8 DE GUIA DE ONDA OPTICA EN FORMA DE Y DE POLIMERO DE CRISTAL POLARIZABLE COMPRENDE UNA GUIA DE ONDA OPTICA CONTINUA FORMADA POR LAS SECCIONES DE GUIA DE ONDA OPTICA 8.1 (ENTRANTE) Y 8.2 (SALIENTE) EN LAS QUE EL POLIMERO SE ENCUENTRA NO POLARIZADO Y UNA GUIA DE ONDA OPTICA SALIENTE SECCION 8.3 QUE CONECTA CON DICHAS GUIAS ANTERIORES EN UN ACUTANGULO Y EN FORMA AHUSADA Y EN LAS QUE EL POLIMERO SE ENCUENTRA POLARIZADO.
