SE PRESENTAN NUEVOS COMPLEJOS SOLUBLES DE DEXTRANO-GLUTATIONA Y UN METODO PARA PREPARAR LOS MISMOS. LOS COMPLEJOS SE CARACTERIZAN POR UN PORCENTAJE DE GLUTATIONA DE UN MAXIMO DEL 30% Y UN PESO MOLECULAR EN LA BANDA DE ENTRE 14000 Y 40000. EL METODO SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE COMPRENDE LA EXPOSICION DE UN DEXTRANO SOLUBLE A LA OXIDACION, POSTERIORMENTE A UNA REACCION CON LA GLUTATIONA PARA DAR COMO RESULTADO LA BASE "SCHIFF" CORRESPONDIENTE Y FINALMENTE SU EXPOSICION A LA REDUCCION QUIMICA. LOS NUEVOS COMPLEJOS SOLUBLES DE METANO-GLUTATIONA SON ADECUADOS PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE LAS HEPATOPATIAS.
