CONSISTE EN ESTABLECER UNA BATERIA DE SILOS (1), PREFERENTEMENTE EN NUMERO DE CUATRO, QUE SE VAN LLENANDO PROGRESIVAMENTE DE BASURA, A UN RITMO APROXIMADO DE DOS AÑOS PARA CADA SILO, EN CADA UNO DE LOS CUALES LA BASURA SE ESTABLECE EN CAPAS DE REDUCIDO ESPESOR, DEL ORDEN DE 20 CM., QUE SE MANTIENEN CONVENIENTEMENTE NIVELADAS Y HOMOGENEIZADAS, SEMBRANDOSE INICIALMENTE EN LA BASURA LOMBRIZ ROJA, EN PROPORCIONES ADECUADAS, DESTINADA A TRANSFORMAR LA MATERIA ORGANICA EN HUMUS Y MANTENIENDOSE UN GRADO DE HUMEDAD RELATIVA EN LA BASURA APROPIADO, DEL ORDEN DEL 60%.
