EL PROCEDIMIENTO SIRVE PARA FABRICAR PLANCHAS DE CONSTRUCCION LIGERA MEDIANTE LA UTILIZACION DE BOLAS DE CRISTAL EN BURBUJAS, GRANULADO DE BISMUTO, MICA O MATERIALES SEMEJANTES Y DE UN AGLOMERANTE ORGANICO ESPUMOSO, COMO RESINA EPOXICA, RESINA FENOLICA PU O SIMILARES. EL AGLOMERANTE SE MEZCLA CON LAS BOLAS, SE ESPONJA Y ENDURECE ENTRE DOS PLACAS DE MOLDE SITUADAS A CIERTA DISTANCIA, PREVIA CONFIGURACION DE UNA MATRIZ. PARA OBTENER PLACAS DE ARQUITECTURA PARTICULARMENTE LIGERAS Y POR TANTO ESTABLES, SE CONFIGURAN ESCOTADURAS ABIERTAS EN LA PARTE EXTERIOR DE LA PLACA, EN LA MEZCLA QUE SE PUEDE ENCONTRAR ENTRE LAS DOS PLACAS DE MOLDE, MIENTRAS SE CONSOLIDAN Y ANTES DE QUE SE ENDUREZCAN. EL DISPOSITIVO QUE SE OBTIENE, AL DESARROLLARSE EL PROYECTO IMPLICA DOS PLACAS DE FORMA, (1,2), QUE SE PUEDEN DESPLAZAR EN UNA PRENSA PREVIA CONSOLIDACION DE LA MEZCLA.
