EL INVENTO EN CUANTO A UNA DISPOSICION DE CONEXION PARA LA PROTECCION DE UN TRANSISTOR DE CONEXION, QUE ESTA DISPUESTO ENTRE UNA FUENTE DE TENSION IGUAL Y DE UNA CARGA INDUCTIVA, CON UN MODULADOR ANCHO DE IMPULSOS QUE CONTROLA AL TRANSISTOR DE CONEXION, Y CON UN ELEMENTO DE CONSTRUCCION DE LIMITE DE LA TENSION, QUE CAUSA, CON UNA SOBRETENSION, QUE SE CONECTA EL TRANSISTOR. UNA TAL DISPOSICION DE CONEXION DEBE POR UN LADO PROTEGER CONFIABLE Y ACTIVO, EL TRANSISTOR DEL CASO DE LA SOBRETENSION Y POR OTRO LADO IMPEDIR EN EL CASO DE LA SOBRETENSION, UNA DESCONEXION TOTAL. PARA ESTO SE GANA, POR MEDIO DEL ELEMENTO DE CONSTRUCCIONDE LIMITE DE LA TENSION, ADICIONAL UNA SEÑAL DE REGLAS, QUE SE PUESTA EN LA ENTRADA DEL CONTROL DEL MODULADOR DE IMPULSO ANCHHO, DE TAL MANERA QUE LA REALCION-IMPULSO-PAUSA DEL MODULADOR ANCHO DE IMPULSOS ESTA REDUCIDA, CON SOBRETENSIONES.
