Abstract

Un neumático perfeccionado para ruedas de vehículos, que comprende un armazón constituida por cord que yacen en planos radiales o formando pequeños ángulos con dichos planos, dichos cord extendiéndose de un talón al otro, doblando alrededor de los aros contenidos en dichos talones, del lado interno hacia el lado externo, cada talón comprendiendo un relleno de goma dura puesto sobre del aro, la zona de los talones y la zona inferior del flanco comprendiendo una primera tira de cord metálicos en posición axialmente externa respecto el armazón y a las vueltas de dicho armazón, la cual primera tira es extiende radialmente de la zona de los aros a una altura comprendida entre el 25% y el 45% de la altura de sección del neumático, dicha tira, en la zona inferior del flanco, yaciendo sustancialmente sobre la línea del eje neutro de flexión y los cord metálicos de dicha tira estando inclinados con un ángulo comprendido entre 5º y 15º respecto a las líneas circunferenciales del neumático, caracterizado por el hecho que comprende una segunda tira de cord de material resistente, tanto a la tracción como a la compresión, dispuesta en posición axialmente externa respecto a dicha primera tira, los cord de dicha segunda tira estando inclinados, en sentido opuesto a los cord de dicha primera tira con un ángulo comprendido entre 45º y 90º respecto a las líneas circunferenciales del neumático.
