EL INVENTO SE REFIERE A NUEVOS PROCEDIMIENTOS PARA EL SECADO DE LODOS DE CLASIFICACION QUE SE CARACTERIZAN: REALIZAR EN EL DESHIDRATADO DE LOS LODOS DE CLASIFICACION UN PRESECADO DEL SECADOR POR CONTACTO HASTA OBTENER UNA FASE PLASTICA VISCOSA: GANULAR EL PRODUCTO INTERMEDIO SIN MEZCLAS CON MATERIAL ACABADO Y SECAR EL PRODUCTO EN UN SECADOR DE BANDA EN DONDE SE EVAPORA UNA PEQUEÑA CANTIDAD DE AGUA; MEZCLAR EL PRODUCTO A SECAR CON UNA CANTIDAD RELATIVA PEQUEÑA DE PRODUCTO ACABADO QUE TIENE UN PORCENTAJE DE MATERIA SECA DE UN 65 %, PARA ELIMINAR LA FASE PLASTICA VISCOSA Y REALIZAR EL SECADO FINAL EN UN SECADOR POR CONTACTO. OBTENER UN PRODUCTO SECO CON UN PORCENTAJE DE HASTA UN 95% EN MATERIA SECA Y ELIMINAR LOS PROBLEMAS DE LOS SECADOS CONVENCIONALES COMO, LA APARICION DE LA FASE PLASTICA RISAUSO ENTRE UN 50 Y 60 % DE MATERIA SECA; LA REALIZACION DE UN SECADO SIN PROBLEMAS EN UN SECADOR POR CONTACTO; EL ELEVADO CONSUMO DE ENERGIA TERMICA Y COSTO EN LA DEPURACION DE GAS DE COMBUSTION Y LA DEPURACION DE GAS DE COMBUSTION Y LA MALA CONSISTENCIA DEL LODO QUE PROCURA GRANDES PERTURBACIONES EN UN PROCESO DE SECADO A BANDA.
