COMPRENDE DESHIDRATAR, A PRESION SUPERATMOSFERICA, UNA LECHADA DE PIGMENTO ALTAMENTE DISPERSA QUE CONTIENE DE 20 A 50% EN PESO APROXIMADAMENTE DE UN PIGMENTO DE DIOXIDO DE TITANIO, SIN FLOCULAR Y SIN TRATAR Y CUYA LECHADA TIENE UN PH INFERIOR A 4 APROXIMADAMENTE O SUPERIOR A 8 APROXIMADAMENTE, PARA PRODUCIR UNA TORTA DE FILTRACION HUMEDA. LA TORTA DE FILTRACION HUMEDA SE VUELVE A ENLECHAR EN PRESENCIAR DE UN AGENTE DISPERSANTE. LA LECHADA DE ALTO CONTENIDO EN SOLIDOS SE PREPARA PREFERENTEMENTE A PARTIR DE PIGMENTO DE DIOXIDO DE TITANIO DE LA VARIEDAD RUTILO.
