Abstract

Un variador de velocidad electromecánico, destinado a un aparato dotado de un dispositivo que puede girar a dos o más velocidades diferentes la una de la otra, caracterizado porque incluye un primer motor eléctrico de accionamiento para hacer girar directamente dicho dispositivo a una primera velocidad; un segundo motor eléctrico de accionamiento para hacer girar indirectamente dicho dispositivo a una segunda velocidad; una rueda de accionamiento conectada al eje de uno de dichos motores y una rueda de fricción montada en un soporte movil de manera que pueda girar libremente y que puede desplazarse entre una primera posición inactiva alejada de dicha rueda de accionamiento y una segunda posición activa, en la cual está en contacto con dicha rueda de accionamiento y con el eje de dicho motor eléctrico de accionamiento, respectivamente; y un dispositivo de control que incluye un electroimán y un dispositivo de muelle de recuperación que actúa sobre el soporte movil de la rueda de fricción para desplazar esta última a una cualquiera de dichas dos posiciones.
