Abstract

Un aparato de posicionamiento de láminas de vidrio que comprende medios para soportar una lámina de vidrio en una estación de conformado, un aparato o montaje de visión que incluye medios que indican la posición de dicha lámina, y un computador y controlador programable así como un amplificador, y medios que actúan sobre medios de desplazamiento para desplazar dicha lámina desde una posición dada hasta una posición predeterminada, caracterizado porque los medios de soporte comprenden un bastidor de posicionamiento de lámina con un carro que incluye un carril de guía fijo y un conjunto de soporte de carro, un conjunto de soporte de hamaca sobre el cual se sitúa la lámina de vidrio y que desliza con relación al conjunto de carril de guía y al conjunto de soporte de carro, un conjunto de corredera de carro conectado con dicho conjunto de soporte de hamaca que desplaza deslizantemente el conjunto de soporte de hamaca sobre el carril de guía fijo y el conjunto de soporte de carro, y medios paradesplazar dicho bastidor en un plano comprendido entre dichos moldes, y en donde dicho aparato de visión incluye una cámara de video conectada al computador y controlador, estando situada dicha cámara de video de tal modo que puede captar la imagen de un borde, que se extiende en general transversalmente, de la lámina de vidrio depositada sobre el conjunto de soporte de hamaca.
