PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PURIFICACION DE AGUAS RESIDUALES, ESPECIALMENTE DE AGUAS RESIDUALES COMUNALES O MUNICIPALES Y PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DEL LODO. EL AGUA RESIDUAL SIN TRATAR (BRUTA) ES INTRODUCIDA EN UNA ETAPA DE ADSORCION CARGADA EN ALTO GRADO Y DESPUES DE ELLO EN UNA ETAPA DE ACTIVACION ESCASAMENTE CARGADA. EL LODO EN EXCESO PROCEDENTE DE LA ETAPA DE ADSORCION Y EL PROCEDENTE DE LA ETAPA DE ACTIVACION SON APORTADOS, DESPUES DE UN ESPESAMIENTO PREVIO, A UNA ETAPA DE TRATAMIENTO DE LODO, QUE TIENE POR LO MENOS UN REACTOR DE ACIDIFICACION Y UN REACTOR PARA METANO. EL LODO EN EXCESO, SOLAMENTE ESPESADO PERO NO DESHIDRATADO, PROCEDENTE DE LA ETAPA DE ADSORCION, ASI COMO EL LODO EN EXCESO NO DESHIDRATADO, PROCEDENTE DE LA ETAPA DE ACTIVACION ESCASAMENTE CARGADA, SON SOMETIDOS A UNA PURIFICACION FINA MECANICA. LA MEZCLA DE LODOS FINALMENTE PURIFICADA ES LICUADA POR CALENTAMIENTO PASTERIZANTE Y ACIDIFICACION Y LA MEZCLA DE LODOS, LICUADA, ES TRATADA ULTERIORMENTE EN UN REACTOR PARA METANO DE LECHO FIJO, CON UN CONTENIDO DE SUSTANCIA SECA SUPERIOR A 100 KG DE 55 M3.
