METODO CON SU APARATO CORRESPONDIENTE PARA MEJORAR LA MOLIENDA DE UN MOLINO CON CAMARA DE PRESION. EL MATERIAL SE ALIMENTA MECANICAMENTE (1) EN UN DEPOSITO PRESURIZADO (2). EN ESTE, UN ROTOR SUELTA AL PRODUCTO ATERRONADO, PASANDO EL MATERIAL A UN MOLINO PREVIO (3), APLICANDO EN ESTE VARIOS CHORROS DE GAS PARA FLUIDIZAR AL PRODUCTO. UN BISECCIONADOR (6) DIVIDE AL MATERIAL FLUIDIZADO EN DOS CAUDALES IGUALES QUE PASAN A LA CAMARA PRINCIPAL A TRAVES DE UNA TOBERA DE ACELERACION (8), DE MODO QUE LA ZONA DE COLISION ESTA EN EL PUNTO CENTRAL DE LA CAMARA. LA MEZCLA DE SOLIDOS Y GAS PROCEDENTE DE LA CAMARA (9) PASA POR UN TUBO DE ACELERACION (10) HASTA UN MOLINO DE CAUDAL LIBRE (11) PARA CONSEGUIR UNA BUENA DISTRIBUCION DE PARTICULAS. GAS OPERATIVO ENTRA EN EL MOLINO (11) A TRAVES DE TOBERAS (12) DIRIGIDAS TANGENCIALMENTE CON LO QUE QUEDARAN RETENIDAS EN EL MOLINO, POR EFECTO DE LA FUERZA CENTRIFUGA, LAS PARTICULAS MAS GRUESAS HASTA QUE SE REDUZCA EL TAMAÑO DE LAS PARTICULAS POR EFECTO DE LOS CHORROS DE GAS MULTURADOR.ESTE SISTEMA DE MOLIENDA ES ESPECIALMENTE ADECUADO PARA MOLER VARIOS PIGMENTOS, PARTICULARMENTE, EL DE DIOXIDO DE TITANIO.
