Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO DE DESULFURACION DE GASES DE COMBUSTION CON DOBLE ALCALI DE SODIO-PIEDRA CALIZA, CON USO MEJORADO DE LA PIEDRA CALIZA. LA SOLUCION ALCALINA AGOTADA DEL ABSORBEDOR, QUE CONTIENE SULFITO SODICO Y BISULFITO SODICO, SE DESVIA PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE REGENERACION EN UNA SERIE DE TANQUES REACTORES AGITADOS, EN DONDE SE PONE EN CONTACTO CON LA PIEDRA CALIZA USADA COMO AGENTE DE REGENERACION. LA LECHADA DILUIDA DEL ULTIMO REACTOR SE CONCENTRA EN UN ESPESADOR Y LA LECHADA CONCENTRADA DEL FLUJO INFERIOR DEL ESPESADOR SE TRATA ENTONCES ADICIONALMENTE EN UN CIRCUITO POSTERIOR AL REACTOR. PUESTO QUE LA LECHADA DEL FLUJO INFERIOR DEL ESPESADOR CONTIENE PIEDRA CALIZA SIN REACCIONAR, RESIDUAL, LA LECHADA SE PONE EN CONTACTO CON UNA CORRIENTE LATERAL DE LA SOLUCION ALCALINA AGOTADA DEL ABSORBEDOR EN EL CIRCUITO POSTERIOR AL REACTOR, PARA PROMOVER LA REACCION ADICIONAL DE LA PIEDRA CALIZA RESIDUAL ANTES DEQUE LOS SOLIDOS SEAN SEPARADOS Y DESECHADOS.
