LA ESPUMA DE LATEX SE ENCAPSULA MEDIANTE UNA CUBIERTA ELASTOMERICA Y SE CUBRE CON FIBRAS. LA ESPUMA ASI ENCAPSULADA SE DISPONE EN UNA CAVIDAD DE MOLDE HEMBRA Y LA RESINA SE INYECTA EN EL INTERIOR DE DICHA CAVIDAD. LA RESINA Y LAS FIBRAS FRAGUAN Y EL COMPONENTE COMPUESTO SE SEPARA DEL MOLDE HEMBRA. LA TEMPERATURA SE ELEVA A LA SEGUNDA TEMPERATURA Y EL MANDRIL MACHO DE ESPUMA DE LATEX DE ENCAPSULADO ELASTOMERO SE CONTRAE IRREVERSIBLEMENTE A MENOS DE LA MITAD DE SU TAMAÑO ORIGINAL. FINALMENTE EL MANDRIL MACHO CONTRAIDO SE SEPARADE DICHO COMPONENTE COMPUESTO. ESTOS MANDRILES SON UNA SOLUCION PARA LOS PROBLEMAS DE LA INDUSTRIA AEROESPACIAL POR SER MUY LIGEROS DE PESO Y PODER FACILMENTE SEPARARSE DEL COMPONENTE COMPUESTO.
