EL DISPOSITIVO DE ENSAYO COMPRENDE UNA CAPA DE REACTIVO QUE CONTIENE UN IONOFORO CAPAZ DE FORMAR UN COMPLEJO CON EL ION Y UNA SUSTANCIA INFORMADORA CAPAZ DE INTERACCIONAR CON EL COMPLEJO DE IONOFORO E ION PARA PRODUCIR UNA RESPUESTA DETECTABLE, UNA CAPA REFLECTORA Y OPCIONALMENTE UNA CAPA OPACIFICADORA. EL FORMATO MULTICAPA ES ESPECIALMENTE ADECUADO PARA LAS DETERMINACIONES DE ELECTROLITOS EN SANGRE COMPLETA Y NO REQUIERE LAVAR NI ENJUAGAR ANTES DE SU USO.
