Abstract

Una arandela de seguridad para sujetar tuercas y tornillos, caracterizada por el hecho de estar formada por tres anillos y un pasador; el primer anillo es periféricamente circular, e interiormente estriado con reacción poligonal irregular, en forma que pueda encajarse, indistintamente, con un hexágono, ya un heptágono regulares y presenta un corte lateral, perpendicular a su eje, en el que se introduce un pasador en forma de herradura o de U con uñas de encaje interior en el extremo de cada uno de sus brazos; el segundo anillo es circular, sirve para bloquear la cabeza del tornillo y presenta un encaje hexagonal rebajado en su parte central y un pivote en su base y el tercer anillo exteriormente forma un polígono regular heptagonal, y en su parte central presenta un relieve circular saliente para ajustarse al primer anillo ya referido; tiene también un taladro central para dar paso a la espiga del tornillo a que se aplique la arandela y un tope o vástago en su base de apoyo y de hecho completa con el primer anillo el bloqueo de la tuerca.
