Abstract

Un sistema de antena de alimentación central tipo de dipolo vertical, que comprende dos irradiaciones tubulares alineados, que tienen sus extremos adyacentes conectados respectivamente a los conductores de una línea de transmisión de dos alambres que se extiende en parte a través de uno de los irradiadores, un blindaje tubular conductivo que se proporciona entre la línea de transmisión y el irradiador respectivo,caracterizado por el hecho de que se proporciona una conexión de reducida impedancia entre el referido blindaje y un irradiador en un punto espaciado sustancialmente por un cuarto de largo de onda o un múltiplo impar de cuartos de largos de onda a una frecuencia operativa representativa del extremo externo del irradiador.
