Abstract

1. Elemento de cierre de seguridad para recipientes de líquidos provistos de un cuello (1) que presenta una boca y por lo menos una parte axial, presentando ambas una sección transversal circular, siendo el elemento de cierre del tipo que comprende un cuerpo vertedor (3) de material plástico que está dotado de una válvula (5) que permite la salida del líquido del recipiente pero impide su admisión y que está fijado de forma estanca a la boca del cuello, un tapón (17), también de material plástico, formado por un collarín tubular (16) con un extremo cerrado (19) y con una superficie externa y una superficie interna, estando ésta última provista de una rosca (18) mediante la cual el tapón (17) se puede enroscar y desenroscar en el cuerpo vertedor (3) que dispone también de una rosca (15) correspondiente, así como una cápsula de sobretaponado (24) de lámina metálica, estando dicho elemento de cierre caracterizado porque comprende un elemento tubular de plástico (36) que se extiende axialmentea lo largo del cuello (1) del recipiente y que es apto para fijar el cuerpo vertedor (3) con el cuello del recipiente, estando dicho elemento tubular (36) conectado axialmente al collarín (16) del tapón (17) por medio de una zona debilitada que define una línea circunferencial (35) para la rotura por torsión, teniendo lugar dicha rotura como resultado de que el tapón (17) está desenroscado cuando el recipiente se abre por primera vez, y porque la cápsula metálica de sobretaponado (24) se extiende axialmente a lo largo del collarín (16) del tapón (17) a través de una parte tubular (26) que, partiendo del extremo cerrado (19) del tapón, termina en o sobre la línea de rotura circunferencial (35), y la cápsula está fijada a la superficie externa del collarín (16) del tapón (17) por acoplamiento mutuo de nervaduras y ranuras axiales y circunferenciales (27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33) existentes en la superficie exterior del collarín (16) del tapón y en la parte tubular (26) de la cápsula (24).
