Abstract

1. Saco complejo para moluscos, especialmente uno destinado al transporte, almacenamiento, distribución y venta al menor de toda clase de moluscos, en particular los mejillones, comprendiendo este saco complejo una estructura de malla abierta de las realizadas, preferentemente, por extrusión de un material plástico sintético y, en algún caso, por tisaje de hilos textiles de cualquier naturaleza, que es susceptible de estar acompañada de disposiciones de etiquetaje, en forma de bandas adosadas a los costados, y de banderolas de asiento y de identificación, situadas en la costura del fondo, caracterizado porque está constituido por la asociación de un saco exterior con un saco interior alojado en el anterior, estando constituidos uno de ellos por una estructura laminar de malla abierta y el otro por una estructura laminar continua permeable que cubre las aberturas de la citada estructura laminar de malla, impidiendo el contacto de los moluscos con superficies exteriores al saco.
