Definitions
- the invention relates to a dress-rolled steel sheet which has a steel substrate and a metallic coating consisting of a zinc or aluminum alloy arranged on one or both sides of the steel substrate, characterized in that the metallic coating has a double-layer temporary corrosion protection, with an intermediate layer containing organic silicon compounds as the first layer and a second layer containing or consisting of a corrosion protection oil arranged thereon.
- the invention further relates to a method for producing such a steel sheet and its use for producing a painted component.
- Sheets made of steel are usually provided with a metallic coating, such as a zinc coating with particularly low levels of aluminum from the melt (Z), a zinc-based coating with aluminum and magnesium from the melt (ZM), a zinc or zinc-based coating heat-treated after hot-dip coating (ZF) and an electrolytically applied zinc coating (ZE).
- a metallic coating such as a zinc coating with particularly low levels of aluminum from the melt (Z), a zinc-based coating with aluminum and magnesium from the melt (ZM), a zinc or zinc-based coating heat-treated after hot-dip coating (ZF) and an electrolytically applied zinc coating (ZE).
- the steel materials are coated with a metallic coating consisting of an aluminum alloy (hot-dip aluminized sheet fal AS).
- such sheets are used in the manufacture of automobiles or white goods (such as electric stoves, refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dryers and dishwashers).
- white goods such as electric stoves, refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dryers and dishwashers.
- This requires a coating without optical defects such as spots, light-dark coloring, orange peel, etc.
- these sheets are provided with a temporary corrosion protection and, if necessary, a functional coating before this (i.e. below the temporary corrosion protection).
- the layers arranged on the metallic coating usually have to be removed again. Removal is usually carried out in one or more cleaning steps. It can happen that the cleaning is not complete, i.e. that residues of the coating and/or the temporary corrosion protection remain on at least some areas of the skin-passed steel sheet. Such residues, but also dirt residues such as chips, dust or other particles as well as Oil, for example, from the devices used both before and after cleaning, tends to accumulate in the skin pass valleys.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a dress-formed sheet with a metallic coating which has temporary corrosion protection which, on the one hand, ensures good corrosion protection until the sheets are further processed and, on the other hand, enables further processing without any problems.
- painting without optical disturbances should be achieved with as few work steps as possible.
- the sheet provided with the temporary corrosion protection should require only a few, preferably no, new process steps or devices compared to prior art methods.
- the individual components of the temporary corrosion protection must therefore be precisely coordinated with one another.
- other aspects such as environmental protection, sustainability and, in particular, health should also be taken into account.
- the amount of waste should be reduced, with a focus on hazardous waste (as listed in the waste list pursuant to Article 7 of Directive 2008/98/EC of 30.12.2014), in particular chromium and/or nickel compounds.
- the painted sheet should have an optical appearance and/or corrosion resistance without prior phosphating. strength, similar to a sheet that has been prepared for painting by means of phosphate and/or chromium-containing pretreatments, in particular by tri-/bication zinc phosphating.
- the invention relates to a dress-rolled steel sheet which has a steel substrate and a metallic dress-rolled coating consisting of a zinc or aluminium alloy arranged on one or both sides of the steel substrate, characterized in that the metallic coating has a double-layer temporary corrosion protection, with an intermediate layer containing organic silicon compounds as the first layer and, arranged thereon, a second layer containing or consisting of a corrosion protection oil.

Description

Tabelle 1
RF: ZM ohne Zwischenschicht, ohne weitere Behandlung;
ZW1 : ZM + Zwischenschicht, aufgetragen als wässrige Dispersion mit organischen Siliziumverbindungen mit Si-Element Anteil 0,2 Gew.-%;
ZW2: ZM + Zwischenschicht; aufgetragen als wässrige Dispersion mit organischen Siliziumverbindungen mit Si-Element Anteil 0,2 Gew.-% + 0,5 Gew.-% Polyurethan-Verdicker Agocel AG 6240;
ZW3: ZM + Zwischenschicht; aufgetragen als wässrige Dispersion mit organischen Siliziumverbindungen mit Si-Element Anteil 0,2 Gew.-% + 5 Gew.-% Polyurethan-Verdicker Agocel AC 6240.
Die Platinen wurden mittels Rollcoater mit ANTICORIT PL 3802 39 S beölt.
2. CuSO4-Test:
