Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Handwerkzeugmaschine (10) mit einem Human Machine Interface (12) und mit einer als Energiequelle für die Handwerkzeugmaschine (10) dienende wiederaufladbare Batterie (20). Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass das HMI (12) ein Bedienelement (14) und eine optische Anzeigevorrichtung (16) aufweist.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Handwerkzeugmaschine mit einem Human Machine Interface.
Stand der Technik
Es sind schon Handwerkzeugmaschinen mit Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt.
Die Im Stand der Technik verwendeten HM Is sind oft statisch, bei denen eine einfarbige LED aufleuchtet. Teilweise sind die HMIs sehr groß und lassen sich nicht in alle Handwerkzeugmaschine unterschiedlicher Art und Größe anbringen. Hierfür wären universelle anpassbare HMIs von Vorteil. Auch sollte die Bedienung für einen Anwender bei Benutzung unterschiedlicher Handwerkzeugmaschinen identisch sein. Dies ist im Stand der Technik noch nicht gezeigt.
Offenbarung der Erfindung
Vorteil der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine einfache, platz- und kostensparende und vielseitig integrierbare HMI Ausführung.
Es wird eine Handwerkzeugmaschine mit einem Human Machine Interface und mit einer wiederaufladbaren Batterie vorgeschlagen. Das HMI ist zum einen als ein Bedienelement und zum anderen als eine optische Anzeigevorrichtung ausgeführt. Vorteilhafterweise ist das Bedienelement als Druckknopf ausgebildet ist und wird zu den Einstellungen an der Handwerkzeugmaschine, insbesondere zur Drehzahleinstellung verwendet Es ist aber auch denkbar, dass das Bedienelement als Sensorschalter oder dergleichen ausgebildet ist Somit können vorteilhaft die Einstellungen an der Handwerkzeugmaschine vorgenommen werden.
Bevorzugt ist das Bedienelement zweistückig ausgebildet, um mit „+“ bzw. die Drehzahl zu erhöhen bzw. runter zu schalten.
Vorteilhafterweise weist die optische Anzeigevorrichtung mindestens eine Multicolor-LED, insbesondere aber mehrere Multicolor-LEDs auf. Somit kann eine einfache und intuitive Interaktion mit einem Anwender der Handwerkzeugmaschine realisiert werden.
Vorteilhaft werden mit Hilfe der LEDs Informationen über eine unterschiedliche Farbabfolge übermittelt, wobei die Informationen über ein und dasselbe HMI nacheinander angezeigt werden.
Somit kann eine einfache und intuitive Interaktion mit einem Anwender der Handwerkzeugmaschine realisiert werden.
So kann beispielsweise über grün leuchtende LEDs der Ladezustand der wiederaufladbaren Batterie angezeigt werden. Nach einer festgelegten Zeit wechselt die Farbe der LEDs auf weiß und zeigt damit die Geschwindigkeitseinstellung an, wobei nach einer weiteren festgelegten Zeit die Anzeige zurück auf grün geht und damit erneut die Ladezustandsanzeige zeigt. Damit wird eine anwenderfreundliche Anzeige gewährleistet.
Bei einer beginnenden Überhitzung einer Komponente der Handwerkzeugmaschine, beispeilsweise des Motros, der Elektronik oder der wiederaufladbaren Batterie leuchten bzw. blinken die LEDs orange. Damit wird die Sicherheit erhöht, indem der Anwender frühzeitig über eine Störung informiert wird. Außerdem kann frühzeitig eine Gerätestörung angezeigt werden. Leuchten bzw. blinken die LEDs rot, wird die Handwerkzeugmaschine abgeschaltet. Weitere Vorteile können den Zeichnungen und der Figurenbeschreibung entnommen werden.

Beschreibung
Für die in den unterschiedlichen Ausführungsbeispielen vorkommenden gleichen Bauteile werden dieselben Bezugszahlen verwendet. Figur 1 zeigt eine als gewinkelter Geradschleifer ausgebildete Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 mit einem Human Machine Interface (HMI) 12. Das HMI 12 weist ein Bedienelement 14 und eine optische Anzeigevorrichtung 16 auf. Ein Geräteschalter 18 ist an der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 angeordnet, dessen Betätigung die Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 ein- bzw. ausschaltet. Eine wiederaufladbare Batterie 20 dient als Energiequelle für die Handwerkzeugmaschine 10.
Das Bedienelement 14 ist als Druckknopf ausgebildet. Das Bedienelement 14 dient insbesondere der Drehzahleinstellung. Es ist jedoch auch vorstellbar, dass durch Betätigung des Bedienelements 14 andere Geräteeinstellungen wie ein Pairing, ein Kickback Control oder ein Arbeitslicht vorgenommen werden können. Alternativ kann mit Hilfe des Bedienelements 14 eine Quittierung durchgeführt werden.
Die optische Anzeigevorrichtung 16 weist mindestens eine, im Ausführungsbeispiel fünf Multicolor-LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e auf, wie in Figur 2 gezeigt. Mit den Multicolor-LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e können die Grundfarben rot, gelb, grün und blau gebildet werden. Durch ein Mischen der Grundfarben können die Farben weiß, braun, violett und orange erzeugt werden. Die LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e sind nebeneinander beabstandet angeordnet. Es ist aber auch denkbar, dass die LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e in Form von einem Licht-Balken an der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 angeordnet sind. Die LEDs 16a, 16,b, 16c, 16,d, 16e können aber auch in einem Muster angeordnet sein. Die LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e sind so angeordnet, dass sie ein Bediener der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 beim Arbeiten mit der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 im Blick hat. Die LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e können dabei quadratisch, rechteckig, rund, oval, dreieckig oder mehreckig aufgebaut sein.
Mit Hilfe der LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e werden Informationen über eine unterschiedliche Farbabfolge übermittelt. Das heißt, dass die Informationen über ein und dasselbe HM1 12 nacheinander angezeigt werden, wobei die Informationen über leuchtende, sowie in einer bestimmten Frequenz blinkende LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e übermittelt werden. Im Ausführungsbeispiel wird der Ladezustand der wiederaufladbaren Batterie 20 über fünf grün leuchtende LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e angezeigt, wobei die LED 16e orange leuchtet, wenn die Kapazität der wiederaufladbaren Batterie unter 20% fällt. Verringert sich die Kapazität der wiederaufladbaren Batterie weiterhin, leuchtet die LED 16e rot Die Geschwindigkeitseinstellung der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 wird über eine weisse Anzeige angezeigt. Orange zeigt eine beginnende Überhitzung einer Komponente der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 an. Ist die Komponente der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 und/oder die gesamte Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 überhitzt und wird die Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 abgeschaltet, wird dies in einer roten Anzeige angezeigt.
Im einzelnen sind hier noch einmal die Anzeigeoptionen aufgelistet, wobei die Aufzählung nicht vollständig sein muss:
Weiße LED: Anzeige des Geschwindigkeitseinstellung
Grüne LED: Anzeige des Ladezustands der wiederaufladbaren Batterie 20 Orange LED: der Beginn der Überhitzung einer Komponente der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 bzw. eine LED in orange zeigt an, dass die Kapazität der wiederaufladbaren Batterie unter 20% fällt, Rote LED: Überhitzung einer Komponente und Abschaltung der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 bzw. eine LED in rot zeigt an, dass die Kapazität der wiederaufladbaren Batterie nahe Null geht.
Blaue LED: Pairing
Figur 3 zeigt ein Verfahren zur Anzeige des Ladezustands der wiederaufladbaren Batterie 20 im laufenden Betrieb. Weiterhin dient das Verfahren der Anzeige der Geschwindigkeitseinstellungen der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10, wenn im laufenden Betrieb der Handwerkeugmaschine 10 das Bedienelement 14 der Handwerkzeugmaschine betätigt wird. In einem Schritt 100 wird der Geräteschalter 18 der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 betätigt. Daraufhin läuft in 110 die Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 im normalen Betrieb. Im Betrieb der Handwerkzugmaschine 10 wird der Ladezustand der wiederaufladbaren Batterie 20 angezeigt, indem die fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 grün leuchten. Sinkt die Kapazität der wiederaufladbaren Batterie, leuchten weniger als fünf LEDs.
Nach einer festgelegten Zeit, die im Ausführungsbeispiel 20s beträgt, wechselt die Farbe der fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e auf weiß und zeigt damit die Geschwindigkeitseinstellung der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 an. Nach einer Zeit, die im Ausführungsbeispiel 3s beträgt, wechselt die Farbe der LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e zurück auf grün, das heißt auf die Ladezustandsanzeige der wiederaufladbare Batterie 20. Die Schritte 110 und 120 werden im Wechsel wiederholt bis in einem Schritt 130 die Handwerkzeugmaschine abgeschaltet wird. Wird die Handwerkzeugmaschine abgeschaltet, leuchten die LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 im Schritt 140 für weitere 5s nach, bis die Anzeige erlöscht.
Die Zeiten sind hierbei beispielhaft, es können auch andere Zeitabfolgen als 20s und 5s existieren.
Figur 4 zeigt ein weiteres Verfahren zur Anzeige des Ladezustands der wiederaufladbaren Batterie 20 und der Geschwindigkeitseinstellungen der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10. In einem Schritt 200 ist die Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 abgeschaltet. Das HMI wurde nicht betätigt. In 210 wird das Bedienelemente 14 an der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 betätigt. Daraufhin leuchten die fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 weiß und zeigen die Geschwindigkeitseinstellung der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 an. Je nach Drehzahl leuchten alle fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 oder entsprechend weniger. Die Anzeige der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 erscheint so lange wie das Bedienelemente 14 gedrückt wird. Im Schritt 220 wird das Bedienelement 14 losgelassen. Daraufhin leuchtet die LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e noch 3s in weiß. Nach 3s wechselt die Anzeige der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 im Schritt 230 zu grün und zeigt damit den Ladezustand der wiederaufladbaren Batterie 10 an. Im Schritt 240 erlischt die Anzeige der fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e. Im Schritt 250 wird der Geräteschalter 18 der Handwerkzeugmaschine betätigt und schaltet somit die Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 ein. Die Anzeige der fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e erfolgt in grüner Farbe und zeigt den Ladezustand der wiederaufladbare Batterie 20 an. Die Anzeige des Ladezustands der wiederaufladbaren Batterie 20 erfolgt dabei für eine unbestimmte Zeit und zwar solange, bis das Bedienelement 14 betätigt wird. Wird im Schritt 260 das Bedienelement 14 betätigt, erfolgt eine Anzeige der Geschwindigkeitseinstellungen der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 und zwar solange das Bedienelement 14 betätigt wird. Wird im Schritt 270 das Bedienelement 14 losgelassen, leuchtet die Anzeige der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 für weitere 3s nach. Im Schritt 280 erfolgt die Anzeige der Ladezustand der wiederaufladbare Batterie 10 in dem die Farbe der LEDs auf grün wechselt in 290 wird der Geräteschalter 18 der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 erneut betätigt und stoppt die Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 in 291 leuchten die fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e für weitere 5s nach. Ist der Geräteschalter 18 der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 ein Totmannschalter erfolgt das Stopen der Handwerkzeugmaschine durch Loslassen des Schalters 18.
Figur 5 zeigt ein Verfahren zur Anzeige des Ladezustands der wiederaufladbaren Batterie 20 der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10. In einem Schritt 300 wird die Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 gestartet, in dem der Geräteschalter 18 betätigt wird. Daraufhin erfolgt die Anzeige des Ladezustands der wiederaufladbare Batterie 20 in dem die LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 grün leuchten, in einem Schritt 310 leuchten alle fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16. Verringert sich der Kapazität der wiederaufladbaren Batterie 20 um 20% erlischt in 320 die Anzeige der LED 16e für 0,25s. Nach 0,25s leuchtet die LED 16e für 0,25s, danach erlischt die LED 16e für 0,25s, um danach für weitere 0,25s zu leuchten, bevor sie erlischt. Von außen sieht es wie eine einsekündiges Blinken der LED 16e aus. In 330 leuchten die vier LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d.
Verringert sich die Kapazität der wiederaufladbaren Batterie 20 um weitere 20% erlischt in 340 die Anzeige der LED 16d für 0,25s. Nach 0,25s leuchtet die LED 16d für 0,25s, danach erlischt die LED 16d für 0,25s, um danach für weitere 0,25s zu leuchten, bevor sie erlischt. Von außen sieht es wie eine einsekündiges Blinken der LED 16d aus. In 350 leuchten die drei LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c.
Verringert sich die Kapazität der wiederaufladbaren Batterie 20 um weitere 20% erlischt in 360 die Anzeige der LED 16c für 0,25s. Nach 0,25s leuchtet die LED 16c für 0,25s, danach erlischt die LED 16c für 0,25s, um danach für weitere 0,25s zu leuchten, bevor sie erlischt. Von außen sieht es wie eine einsekündiges Blinken der LED 16c aus. In 370 leuchten die zwei LEDs 16a, 16b. Verringert sich die Kapazität der wiederaufladbaren Batterie 20 um weitere 20% erlischt in 380 die Anzeige der LED 16b für 0,25s. Nach 0,25s leuchtet die LED 16b für 0,25s, danach erlischt die LED 16b für 0,25s, um danach für weitere 0,25s zu leuchten, bevor sie erlischt. Von außen sieht es wie eine einsekündiges Blinken der LED 16b aus. In 390 leuchtet die LED 16a orange.
Verringert sich die Kapazität der wiederaufladbaren Batterie 20 um weitere 20% verändert sich die orange Anzeige der LED 16a in 391 für 0,25s auf eine rote Anzeige, um dann für weitere 0,25s wieder orange zu leuchten und danach wieder auf rot zu wechseln. In 392 leuchtet die LED 16a dauerhaft rot. Kurz vor Verringerung der Kapazität der wiederaufladbare Batterie 20 auf Null verändert sich die rote Anzeige der LED 16a in 393 für 0,25s, in dem sie ausgeht, um dann für weitere 0,25s wieder rot zu leuchten und danach wieder zu erlöschen. So sieht es wie ein Blinken aus. In 394 leuchtet die LED 16a dauerhaft rot. Kurz vor Stop der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 blinkt die LED 16a in 395 rot. Nach Stop der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 blinkt die LED 16a für weitere 5s rot, um dann zu erlöschen.
Ist die wiederaufladbare Baterie unbrauchbbar, blinkt die LED 16a nach Einschalten der HAndwerkzeugmascine so lange rot, so lange der Geräteschalter 18 gedrückt gehalten wird und nach Loslassen des Geräteschalers 18 für weitere 5s rot nach.
Ist die Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 überhitzt und/oder geblockt und wird der Geräteschalter 18 betätigt, blinken die fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 rot solange, der Geräteschalter 18 betätigt wird. Nach loslassen des Betätigungsschalters 18 blinken die fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 für weitere 3s rot.
Es ist aber auch der Fall denkbar, dass die Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 bei Betätigung des Geräteschalters 18 in Betrieb geht und erst im Laufe des Betriebs blockiert wird. In dem Fall leuchten bei Start der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 die fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 grün und zeigen somit den Ladezustand der wiederaufladbare Batterie 10 an. Tritt jetzt der blockierte Fall ein, blinken die fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 rot Die LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e blinken in dem sie 0,25 Sekunden rot anzeigen für 0,25 Sekunden erlöschen weitere 0,25 Sekunden rot leuchten und danach erlöschen, wenn der Geräteschalter 18 nicht mehr betätigt wird.
Es ist auch denkbar dass die Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 nach Start Beginn zu überhitzen. In dem Fall leuchten die fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 nach Start der Handwerkzeugmaschine grün und zeigen somit den Ladezustand der wiederaufladbaren Batterie 10 an. Überhitzt eine Komponente der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 blinken für 5s alle fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 orange. Nach 5s leuchten die fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 wieder in grün. Nach 5s leuchten alle fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 orange und nach weiteren 5s leuchten die fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 wieder grün. Tritt jetzt der Zeitpunkt ein, in dem die Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 oder eine Komponente der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 überhitzt, blinken die fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 rot. Nach Stop der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10, blinken die fünf LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 für weitere 5s, um danach zu erlöschen.
Wird das Bedienelement 14 betätigt, leuchten die LEDs 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d, 16e der optischen Anzeigevorrichtung 16 weiß entsprechend der Drehzahleinstellung. Wird das Betätigungselement 14 dauerhaft betätigt, e.g. 5s, so blinken die LES in blau undd das Gerät such nach einem Pairingpartner z.B. über eine Bluetooth Verbindung. Ist das Gerät verbunden leuchten die LEDs blau um die erfolgreiche Verbindung zu zeigen, wird da Gerät nicht gestartet oder ein Bedienelement nicht betätigt so erlöschen die blauen LEDs nach z.B. 10s. Wird das Gerät gestartet so zeigen die LEDs mit grünen LEDs den Batteriezustand an oder bei einem betätigen eines Bedienelementes wird mit den weisen LEDs die Drehzahleinstellung angezeigt.
Figur 6 zeigt die unterschiedlichen Handwerkzeugmaschinen, in denen das HMI integriert sein kann.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Handwerkzeugmaschine (10) mit einem Human Machine Interface (12) und mit einer als Energiequelle für die Handwerkzeugmaschine (10) dienende wiederaufladbare Batterie (20), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das HMI (12) ein Bedienelement (14) und eine optische Anzeigevorrichtung (16) aufweist.
2. Handwerkzeugmaschine (10) nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bedienelement (14) als Druckknopf ausgebildet ist und zu Einstellungen an der Handwerkzeugmaschine (10), insbesondere zur Drehzahleinstellung verwendet wird.
3. Handwerkzeugmaschine (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die optische Anzeigevorrichtung (16) mindestens eine Multicolor-LED (16a), insbesondere aber mehrere Multicolor-LEDs (16a, 16,b, 16c, 16,d, 16e) aufweist, wobei die LEDs (16a, 16,b, 16c, 16,d, 16e ) nebeneinander beabstandet an der Handwerkzeugmaschine (10) angeordnet sind.
4. Handwerkzeugmaschine (10) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit Hilfe der LEDs (16a, 16,b, 16c, 16,d, 16e) Informationen über eine unterschiedliche Farbabfolge übermittelt werden, wobei die Informationen über ein und dasselbe HMI (12) nacheinander angezeigt werden, wobei über leuchtende Und/oder in einer bestimmten Frequenz blinkende LEDs (16a,
16,b, 16c, 16,d, 16e ) die Informationen übermittelt werden.
5. Handwerkzeugmaschine (10) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über grün leuchtende LEDs (16a, 16,b, 16c, 16,d, 16e ) der Ladezustand der wiederaufladbaren Batterie (20) angezeigt wird und nach einer festgelegten Zeit die Farbe der LEDs (16a, 16,b, 16c, 16,d, 16e ) auf weiß wechselt und damit die Geschwindigkeitseinstellung anzeigt, wobei nach einer weiteren festgelegten Zeit die Anzeige zurück auf grün geht und damit erneut die Ladezustandsanzeige zeigt.
6. Handwerkzeugmaschine (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei beginnender Überhitzung einer Komponente der Handwerkzeugmaschine (10) die LEDs (16a, 16,b, 16c, 16,d, 16e ) orange leuchten, wobei bei vollständiger Überhitzung die die LEDs (16a, 16,b, 16c, 16,d, 16e ) rot leuchten, insbesondere rot blinken.
7. Handwerkzeugmaschine (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über das Bedienelement (14) Einstellungen, insbesondere können Drehzahleinstellungen und/oder Verbindungseinstellungen vorgenommen werden können.
