Abstract

Diese Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung einer, bevorzugt wässrigen, Mischung R umfassend mindestens ein amphoteres Tensid T<sub>Amph</sub> und mindestens ein Biotensid S<sub>Bio</sub> zur Inhibierung der Korrosion einer Metalloberfläche O<sub>M</sub>. Es betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Behandlung, insbesondere Waschen oder Reinigung, bevorzugt Reinigung, einer Metalloberfläche O<sub>M</sub>, wobei O<sub>M</sub> mit der Mischung R kontaktiert wird.Die vorliegende Erfindung beruht auf der überraschenden Erkenntnis, dass die Mischung aus mindestens einem amphoteres Tensid T<sub>Amph</sub> und mindestens einem Biotensid S<sub>Bio</sub> die Korrosion von Metalloberflächen, insbesondere Eisen, synergistisch besser verhindern kann, als die Einzelkomponenten T<sub>Amph</sub> oder S<sub>Bio</sub> alleine.

Description

    Gebiet der Erfindung
  • Diese Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung einer, bevorzugt wässrigen, Mischung R umfassend mindestens ein amphoteres Tensid TAmph und mindestens ein Biotensid SBio zur Inhibierung der Korrosion einer Metalloberfläche OM. Es betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Behandlung, insbesondere Waschen oder Reinigung, bevorzugt Reinigung, einer Metalloberfläche OM, wobei OM mit der Mischung R kontaktiert wird.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung beruht auf der überraschenden Erkenntnis, dass die Mischung aus mindestens einem amphoteres Tensid TAmpn und mindestens einem Biotensid SBio die Korrosion von Metalloberflächen, insbesondere Eisen, synergistisch besser verhindern kann, als die Einzelkomponenten TAmph oder SBio alleine.
  • Stand der Technik
  • Der Stand der Technik offenbart den Einsatz von Biotensiden wie Rhamnolipiden oder Sophorolipiden zur Verhinderung der Korrosion von Metalloberflächen. Biotenside gelten als nachhaltige und umweltfreundliche Alternativen zu synthetisch hergestellten Tensiden und ihr Einsatz als Korrosionsinhibitoren ist attraktiv.
  • A. A. Jimoh et al., Front. Bioeng. Biotechnol. 2023, 11,1244595 (doi: 10.3389/fbioe.2023.1244595) offenbaren auf Seite 12 die antikorrosive Wirkung bestimmter Biotenside wie Alkylpolyglucoside oder Rhamnolipide auf Metalloberflächen wie Stahl bzw. Aluminiumlegierungen.
  • Die antikorrosive Wirkung von Rhamnolipiden auf Stahloberflächen offenbaren Z. Li et al., Corrosion Science 2022, 204, 110390.
  • US 9,884,986 B2 offenbart, dass bestimmte Glycolipide, darunter Rhamnolipide, Cellobioselipide, Trehaloselipide, korrosionsinhibierende Eigenschaften bezüglich Stahl aufweisen. Diese Wirkung kann durch Zusatz bestimmter Additive wie Ameisensäure und deren Salze, lod und dessen Salze sowie Metalloxide, verstärkt werden.
  • Die US 12,139,662 B2 offenbart synergistische Mischungen zur Inhibierung der Korrosion von Carbonstahl. Diese Mischungen umfassen eine Mischung aus Biotensiden, insbesondere Sophorolipiden, und einem Additiv wie Esterquats und phosphathaltigen Verbindungen.
  • Es besteht im Lichte dieser Fortschritte weiterhin ein Bedürfnis, die korrosionsinhibierende Wirkung von Biotensiden, bevorzugt synergistisch, zu verstärken.
  • Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung bestand deshalb darin, Mischungen umfassend Biotenside zur Verfügung zu stellen, die eine besonders gute Inhibierung der Korrosion von Metalloberflächen, insbesondere von Eisenoberflächen, erlauben.
  • Beschreibung der Erfindung 1. Mischung R
  • Überraschenderweise wurde nun eine Mischung R gefunden, die die vorstehend genannten Aufgaben löst.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft demnach in einem ersten Aspekt ein Verfahren zur Behandlung, insbesondere Waschen oder Reinigung, bevorzugt Reinigung, einer Metalloberfläche Om,
    wobei OM mit einer, bevorzugt wässrigen, Mischung R umfassend
    1. i. mindestens ein amphoteres Tensid TAmph,
    2. ii. mindestens ein Biotensid SBio,
    kontaktiert wird.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Mischung R zeichnet sich durch gegenüber den entsprechenden Zusammensetzungen des Standes der Technik verbesserte Eigenschaften aus, insbesondere durch eine besonders gute Verhinderung der Korrosion der Metalloberfläche OM, auf welche sie aufgebracht ist.
  • Es wurde insbesondere überraschend festgestellt, dass die Korrosion der Metalloberfläche OM bei Einsatz der Kombination aus dem mindestens einen amphoteren Tensid TAmph und dem mindestens einen Biotensid SBio besonders gut unterbunden wird, besonders im Vergleich zu der Korrosion der Metalloberfläche OM, wenn diese in derselben Menge mit nur einer der beiden Komponenten (amphoteres Tensid TAampn allein oder Biotensid SBio allein) kontaktiert wird.
  • Die Mischung R ist insbesondere ein Reinigungsmittel.
  • Das Anwendungsgebiet der Mischung R im Rahmen der Erfindung ist nicht weiter beschränkt, solange damit gemäß dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren eine Metalloberfläche OM behandelt, bevorzugt gereinigt, wird. Diese Metalloberfläche OM ist insbesondere mindestens ein Teil der Oberfläche O eines Objektes O. In einer Ausführungsform ist das Objekt O dabei ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Geschirr, Besteck. Bei der Metalloberfläche OM kann es sich aber auch um eine Oberfläche aus dem Haushalt handeln, wie die Oberfläche eines Spülbeckens, die Oberfläche einer Spülmaschine oder Waschmaschine, insbesondere eine Innenoberfläche einer Spülmaschine oder Waschmaschine.
  • Es ist jedoch noch bevorzugter, dass die Metalloberfläche Om die Oberfläche eines Objektes O ist, wobei O ein Fahrzeug oder Flugzeug ist. Noch bevorzugter ist O aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Auto, Flugzeug, Eisenbahn, Motorrad, Fahrrad, Boot, Unterseeboot, Drohne ausgewählt, und besonders bevorzugt ist O ein Auto.
  • Die Mischung R wird im Rahmen des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens demnach insbesondere als Reinigungsmittel für die Autowäsche verwendet, bevorzugt als Reinigungsmittel für die Handwäsche von Autos.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform (Ausführungsform "Ω") der vorliegenden Erfindung bezieht sich diese auf ein Verfahren zur Behandlung einer Metalloberfläche Om, wobei die Metalloberfläche Om bevorzugt die Oberfläche eines Objektes O ist, wobei O ein Fahrzeug oder Flugzeug ist, noch bevorzugter O aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Auto, Flugzeug, Eisenbahn, Motorrad, Fahrrad, Boot, Unterseeboot, Drohne ausgewählt ist, und besonders bevorzugt O ein Auto ist, wobei das Verfahren bevorzugt die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    1. (i) Bereitstellen einer, bevorzugt wässrigen, Mischung R* umfassend mindestens ein amphoteres Tensid TAmph und mindestens ein Biotensid SBio,
    2. (ii) Verdünnen der Mischung R* mit Wasser, wodurch die Mischung R erhalten wird,
    3. (iii) Kontaktieren der Metalloberfläche Om mit R,
    4. (iv) Gegebenenfalls Spülen der Metalloberfläche Om mit Wasser, so dass mindestens ein Teil der die Metalloberfläche Om kontaktierenden Mischung R entfernt wird.
  • Es versteht sich von selbst, dass die Bestandteile der in Schritt (i) bereitgestellten Mischung R* und der in Schritt (ii) erhaltenen Mischung R gleich sind, und sich beide Mischungen lediglich im Gehalt an Wasser unterscheiden. Insbesondere umfassen Mischung R* der Mischung R dasselbe mindestens eine amphotere Tensid TAmph und dasselbe mindestens eine Biotensid SBio.
  • Schritt (iii) der Ausführungsform Ω entspricht dabei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren.
  • In dieser Ausführungsform Ω ist es bevorzugt, dass die Mischung R* in Schritt (ii) mit Wasser so verdünnt wird, dass das Verhältnis des Gewichts von zu R* zugegebenen Wasser zum Gewicht von R* ≥ 1 : 1 ist, bevorzugt im Bereich von 106 : 1 bis 1 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 500000 : 1 bis 2 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 250000 : 1 bis 3 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 100000 : 1 bis 4 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 80000 : 1 bis 5 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 50000 : 1 bis 5 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 40000 : 1 bis 6 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 25000 : 1 bis 7 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 10000 : 1 bis 8 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 8000 : 1 bis 9 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 5000 : 1 bis 10 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 2500 : 1 bis 15 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 1000 : 1 bis 50 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 900 : 1 bis 25 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 800 : 1 bis 50 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 700 : 1 bis 75 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 600 : 1 bis 100 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 500 : 1 bis 125 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 400 : 1 bis 150 : 1 liegt, bevorzugter im Bereich von 300 : 1 bis 200 : 1 liegt.
  • In dieser Ausführungsform Ω ist es bevorzugt, dass die Mischung R (und insbesondere auch die Metalloberfläche OM ) in Schritt (iii) eine Temperatur im Bereich von ≥ 0°C, bevorzugter eine Temperatur im Bereich von 1 °C bis 99 °C, bevorzugter eine Temperatur im Bereich von 5 °C bis 70 °C, bevorzugter eine Temperatur im Bereich von 10 °C bis 60 °C, noch bevorzugter eine Temperatur im Bereich von 15 °C bis 50 °C, noch bevorzugter eine Temperatur im Bereich von 18 °C bis 45 °C, noch bevorzugter eine Temperatur im Bereich von 20 °C bis 40 °C, noch bevorzugter eine Temperatur im Bereich von 21 °C bis 38 °C, noch bevorzugter eine Temperatur im Bereich von 25 °C bis 35 °C, noch bevorzugter eine Temperatur im Bereich von 27 °C bis 33 °C aufweist.
  • In dieser Ausführungsform Ω ist es bevorzugt, dass das Kontaktieren der Metalloberfläche Om mit der Mischung R in Schritt (iii) mindestens 1 s dauert, bevorzugt mindestens 5 s, bevorzugter 5 s bis 300 min, bevorzugter 10 s bis 220 min, bevorzugter 30 s bis 200 min, bevorzugter 45 s bis 180 min, bevorzugter 60 s bis 150 min, bevorzugt 120 s bis 120 min, bevorzugter 180 s bis 90 min, bevorzugter 3 min bis 60 min, bevorzugter 5 min bis 30 min, noch bevorzugter 6 min bis 20 min, noch bevorzugter 8 min bis 15 min, noch bevorzugter 10 min bis 12 min dauert. Nach diesem Zeitraum erfolgt dann Schritt (iv), also gegebenenfalls das Spülen der Metalloberfläche Om mit Wasser, so dass mindestens ein Teil der die Metalloberfläche Om kontaktierenden Mischung R entfernt wird, bevorzugt diese die Metalloberfläche Om kontaktierende Mischung R im Wesentlichen vollständig entfernt wird.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform umfasst die Mischung R Wirkstoffkapseln WK umfassend mindestens einen Wirkstoff B. In dieser Ausführungsform ist es bevorzugt, dass in Schritt (iii) Scherkräfte auf die Wirkstoffkapseln WK ausgeübt werden, so dass mindestens ein Teil des Wirkstoffes B in die Waschlösung WR austritt.
  • 1.1 Mischung R
  • Die Mischung R umfasst i. mindestens ein amphoteres Tensid TAmph und ii. mindestens ein Biotensid SBio. Die Mischung R umfasst gegebenenfalls auch Wirkstoffkapseln WK umfassend mindestens einen Wirkstoff B.
  • Im Folgenden wird die Menge aller amphoteren Tensid TAmph, die von der Mischung R umfasst sind, und die Menge aller BiotensideSBio , die von der Mischung R umfasst sind, gegebenenfalls auch als "Tensidkombination TKomb" bezeichnet.
  • Die Mischung R umfasst gegebenenfalls auch Wasser. Bei der Mischung R kann es sich um ein kommerzielles Produkt handeln oder um eine Waschlösung, die erhalten wird, nachdem ein solches kommerzielles Produkt mit Wasser vermischt wird, um diese Waschlösung dann im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren einzusetzen.
  • Die Menge der Tensidkombination TKomp in der Mischung R ist nicht weiter beschränkt und kann sich unterscheiden, z.B. je nachdem ob es sich bei der Mischung R um eine konzentrierte Mischung handelt oder eine durch Verdünnung einer solchen Mischung erhaltenen Waschlösung.

  • pH-Werte werden im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung bei 25 °C gemessen.
  • In einer besonderen Ausführungsform gemäß Ausführungsform Ω der vorliegenden Erfindung, wird das Gesamtgewicht der Tensidkombination Tkomb in der Mischung R* so gewählt, dass es im Bereich von 3 Gew.-% bis 85 Gew.-%, bevorzugter im Bereich von 3 Gew.-% bis 60 Gew.-%, noch bevorzugter im Bereich von 3 Gew.-% bis 40 Gew.-%, am bevorzugtesten im Bereich von 3 Gew.-% bis 35 Gew.-% liegt, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Mischung R*.
  • 1.1.1 Tensid TAmph
  • Amphotere (synonym "zwitterionische") Tenside TAmph weisen im Sinne der Erfindung bevorzugt eine chemische Struktur auf, die mindestens eine anionische Gruppe ausgewählt aus -COO- oder -SO3 - und mindestens eine quaternäre Ammoniumgruppe als kationische Gruppe umfasst; oder eine Aminoxidfunktion umfasst.
  • Bevorzugt ist das amphotere Tensid TAmpn aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Amphoacetate, Amphodiacetate, Amphopropionate, Amphodipropionate, Aminoxide, Betaine ausgewählt.
  • Bevorzugter ist das amphotere Tensid TAmph aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Amphoacetate, Amphodiacetate, Amphopropionate, Amphodipropionate ausgewählt.
  • Bevorzugte Amphoacetate sind Cocoamphoacetate.
  • Bevorzugte Amphodiacetate sind Cocoamphodiacetate.
  • Bevorzugte Amphoproprionate sind Cocoamphopropionate.
  • Bevorzugte Amphodipropionate sind Cocoamphodipropionate.
  • Cocoamphoacetate, Cocoamphodiacetate, Cocoamphopropionate und Cocoamphodipropionate sind beispielsweise im Journal of the American College of Toxicology 1990, 9, 121 - 142 beschrieben.
  • Noch bevorzugter ist das amphotere Tensid TAmpn aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Amphoacetate, Amphopropionate ausgewählt. Besonders bevorzugt ist das amphotere Tensid TAmpn aus der Gruppe der Amphopropionate ausgewählt.
  • 1.1.1.1 Amphoacetate
  • "Amphoacetate" sind im Sinne der Erfindung insbesondere Verbindungen der Strukturformel (I*): wobei XI ein Alkalimetallion oder H+ ist, wobei XI bevorzugt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Na+, K+, Li+ ausgewählt ist, wobei XI bevorzugt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Na+, K+ ausgewählt ist, und wobei besonders bevorzugt XI = Na+ ist.
  • In Strukturformel (I*) ist RI ein gesättigter oder ungesättigter Alkylrest mit 3 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen. Bevorzugter ist in der Strukturformel (I*) der Rest RI-C(=O)- ausgewählt aus den Fettsäureacylresten der folgenden Säuren: Capronsäure, Caprylsäure, Caprinsäure, Laurinsäure, Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, Ölsäure, Linolsäure, Linolensäure, Arachinsäure, Gadoleinsäure.
  • Bevorzugter ist in Strukturformel (I*) der Rest RI-C(=O)- ausgewählt aus den Fettsäureacylresten der folgenden Säuren: Caprylsäure, Caprinsäure, Laurinsäure, Myristinsäure, Ölsäure, Linolsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure.
  • Besonders bevorzugt ist der Rest RI in Strukturformel (I*) ein unverzweigter, gesättigter Alkylrest mit 11 oder 13, bevorzugt 11, Kohlenstoffatomen, d.h. der Rest RI-C(=O)- ist der Fettsäureacylrest der Laurinsäure oder Myristinsäure, bevorzugt der Laurinsäure.
  • Als Amphoacetate werden bevorzugt Laurylamphoacetate oder Kokosamphoacetate eingesetzt. "Laurylamphoacetate" sind insbesondere Verbindungen in Strukturformel (I*), in denen der Rest RI-C(=O)- der Fettsäureacylrest der Laurinsäure ist, d.h. RI ist ein unverzweigter gesättigter Alkylrest mit 11 Kohlenstoffatomen.
  • "Kokosamphoacetate" sind insbesondere Mischungen von Verbindungen in Strukturformel (I*), wobei die Mischungen Verbindungen umfassen, in denen die Reste RI-C(=O)- Fettsäureacylreste der Laurinsäure, der Myristinsäure, der Palmitinsäure, der Stearinsäure, der Ölsäure, der Linolsäure, der Caprylsäure bzw. der Caprinsäure sind.
  • Mindestens ein Teil der Verbindungen gemäß Struktur (I*) abstrahieren, insbesondere wenn sie in Mischung mit Wasser vorliegen, durch die tertiäre Amingruppe ein Proton (H+), wodurch diese dann als quaternäre Ammoniumgruppe vorliegt. Dies passiert insbesondere in wässrigen Mischungen R.
  • 1.1.1.2 Amphodiacetate
  • "Amphodiacetate" sind im Sinne der Erfindung insbesondere Verbindungen der Strukturformel (II*): wobei einer von XII-1, XII-2 aus der Gruppe bestehend aus H+, Alkalimetallionen, bevorzugt H+, Na+, K+, Li+, bevorzugter H+, Na+, K+, noch bevorzugter H+, Na+ ausgewählt ist, und der andere von XII-1, XII-2 aus der Gruppe bestehend aus H+, Alkalimetallionen, insbesondere aus der Gruppe der Alkalimetallionen, bevorzugt Na+, K+, Li+, bevorzugter Na+, K+, noch bevorzugter Na+ ausgewählt ist.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind XII-1, XII-2 unabhängig voneinander jeweils aus der Gruppe der Alkalimetallionen ausgewählt, bevorzugt jeweils aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Na+, K+, Li+ ausgewählt, bevorzugter jeweils aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Na+, K+ ausgewählt, wobei XII-1, XII-2 besonders bevorzugt jeweils = Na+ sind.
  • In Strukturformel (II*) ist RII ein gesättigter oder ungesättigter Alkylrest mit 3 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen. Bevorzugter ist in der Strukturformel (II*) der Rest RII-C(=O)- ausgewählt aus den Fettsäureacylresten der folgenden Säuren: Capronsäure, Caprylsäure, Caprinsäure, Laurinsäure, Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, Ölsäure, Linolsäure, Linolensäure, Arachinsäure, Gadoleinsäure.
  • Bevorzugter ist in Strukturformel (II*) der Rest RII-C(=O)- ausgewählt aus den Fettsäureacylresten der folgenden Säuren: Caprylsäure, Caprinsäure, Laurinsäure, Myristinsäure, Ölsäure, Linolsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure.
  • Besonders bevorzugt ist der Rest RII ein unverzweigter, gesättigter Alkylrest mit 11 oder 13, bevorzugt 11, Kohlenstoffatomen, d.h. der Rest RII-C(=O)- ist der Fettsäureacylrest der Laurinsäure oder Myristinsäure, bevorzugt der Laurinsäure.
  • Als Amphodiacetate werden bevorzugt Laurylamphodiacetate oder Kokosamphodiacetate eingesetzt. "Laurylamphodiacetate" sind insbesondere Verbindungen in Strukturformel (II*), in denen der Rest RII-C(=O)- der Fettsäureacylrest der Laurinsäure ist, d.h. RII ist ein unverzweigter gesättigter Alkylrest mit 11 Kohlenstoffatomen.
  • "Kokosamphodiacetate" sind insbesondere Mischungen von Verbindungen in Strukturformel (II*), wobei die Mischungen Verbindungen umfassen, in denen die Reste RII-C(=O)- Fettsäureacylreste der Laurinsäure, der Myristinsäure, der Palmitinsäure, der Stearinsäure, der Ölsäure, der Linolsäure, der Caprylsäure bzw. der Caprinsäure sind.
  • Mindestens ein Teil der Verbindungen gemäß Struktur (II*) abstrahieren, insbesondere wenn sie in Mischung mit Wasser vorliegen, durch die tertiäre Amingruppe ein Proton, wodurch diese dann als quaternäre Ammoniumgruppe vorliegt. Dies passiert insbesondere in wässrigen Mischungen R.
  • 1.1.1.3 Amphopropionate
  • "Amphopropionate" sind im Sinne der Erfindung insbesondere Verbindungen der Strukturformel (III*): wobei XIII ein Alkalimetallion oder H+ ist, wobei XIII bevorzugt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Na+, K+, Li+ ausgewählt ist, wobei XIII bevorzugt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Na+, K+ ausgewählt ist, und wobei besonders bevorzugt XIII = Na+ ist.
  • In Strukturformel (III*) ist RIII ein gesättigter oder ungesättigter Alkylrest mit 3 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen. Bevorzugter ist in der Strukturformel (III*) der Rest RIII-C(=O)- ausgewählt aus den Fettsäureacylresten der folgenden Säuren: Capronsäure, Caprylsäure, Caprinsäure, Laurinsäure, Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, Ölsäure, Linolsäure, Linolensäure, Arachinsäure, Gadoleinsäure.
  • Bevorzugter ist in Strukturformel (III*) der Rest RIII-C(=O)- ausgewählt aus den Fettsäureacylresten der folgenden Säuren: Caprylsäure, Caprinsäure, Laurinsäure, Myristinsäure, Ölsäure, Linolsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure.
  • Besonders bevorzugt ist der Rest RIII in Strukturformel (III*) ein unverzweigter, gesättigter Alkylrest mit 11 oder 13, bevorzugt 11, Kohlenstoffatomen, d.h. der Rest RI-C(=O)- ist der Fettsäureacylrest der Laurinsäure oder Myristinsäure, bevorzugt der Laurinsäure.
  • Als Amphopropionate werden bevorzugt Laurylamphopropionate oder Kokosamphopropionate eingesetzt.
  • "Laurylamphopropionate" sind insbesondere Verbindungen in Strukturformel (III*), in denen der Rest RIII-C(=O)- der Fettsäureacylrest der Laurinsäure ist, d.h. RI ist ein unverzweigter gesättigter Alkylrest mit 11 Kohlenstoffatomen.
  • "Kokosamphopropionate" sind insbesondere Mischungen von Verbindungen in Strukturformel (III*), wobei die Mischungen Verbindungen umfassen, in denen die Reste RIII-C(=O)- Fettsäureacylreste der Laurinsäure, der Myristinsäure, der Palmitinsäure, der Stearinsäure, der Ölsäure, der Linolsäure, der Caprylsäure bzw. der Caprinsäure sind.
  • Mindestens ein Teil der Verbindungen gemäß Struktur (III*) abstrahieren, insbesondere wenn sie in Mischung mit Wasser vorliegen, durch die tertiäre Amingruppe ein Proton, wodurch diese dann als quaternäre Ammoniumgruppe vorliegt. Dies passiert insbesondere in wässrigen Mischungen R.
  • 1.1.1.4 Amphodipropionate
  • "Amphodipropionate" sind im Sinne der Erfindung insbesondere Verbindungen der Strukturformel (IV*): wobei einer von XIV-1, XIV-2 aus der Gruppe bestehend aus H+, Alkalimetallionen, bevorzugt H+, Na+, K+, Li+, bevorzugter H+, Na+, K+, noch bevorzugter H+, Na+ ausgewählt ist, und der andere von XIV-1, XIV-2 aus der Gruppe bestehend aus H+, Alkalimetallionen, insbesondere aus der Gruppe der Alkalimetallionen, bevorzugt Na+, K+, Li+, bevorzugter Na+, K+, noch bevorzugter Na+ ausgewählt ist.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind XIV-1, XIV-2 unabhängig voneinander jeweils aus der Gruppe der Alkalimetallionen ausgewählt, bevorzugt jeweils aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Na+, K+, Li+ ausgewählt, bevorzugter jeweils aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Na+, K+ ausgewählt, wobei XIV-1, XIV-2 besonders bevorzugt jeweils = Na+ sind.
  • In Strukturformel (IV*) ist RIV ein gesättigter oder ungesättigter Alkylrest mit 3 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen. Bevorzugter ist in der Strukturformel (IV*) der Rest RIV-C(=O)- ausgewählt aus den Fettsäureacylresten der folgenden Säuren: Capronsäure, Caprylsäure, Caprinsäure, Laurinsäure, Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, Ölsäure, Linolsäure, Linolensäure, Arachinsäure, Gadoleinsäure.
  • Bevorzugter ist in Strukturformel (IV*) der Rest RIV-C(=O)- ausgewählt aus den Fettsäureacylresten der folgenden Säuren: Caprylsäure, Caprinsäure, Laurinsäure, Myristinsäure, Ölsäure, Linolsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure.
  • Besonders bevorzugt ist der Rest RIV ein unverzweigter, gesättigter Alkylrest mit 11 oder 13, bevorzugt 11, Kohlenstoffatomen, d.h. der Rest RIV-C(=O)- ist der Fettsäureacylrest der Laurinsäure oder Myristinsäure, bevorzugt der Laurinsäure.
  • Als Amphodiproprionate werden bevorzugt Laurylamphodiproprionate oder Kokosamphodiproprionate eingesetzt.
  • "Laurylamphodiproprionate" sind insbesondere Verbindungen in Strukturformel (IV*), in denen der Rest RIV-e(=O)- der Fettsäureacylrest der Laurinsäure ist, d.h. RIV ist ein unverzweigter gesättigter Alkylrest mit 11 Kohlenstoffatomen.
  • "Kokosamphodipropionate" sind insbesondere Mischungen von Verbindungen in Strukturformel (IV*), wobei die Mischungen Verbindungen umfassen, in denen die Reste RIV-C(=O)- Fettsäureacylreste der Laurinsäure, der Myristinsäure, der Palmitinsäure, der Stearinsäure, der Ölsäure, der Linolsäure, der Caprylsäure bzw. der Caprinsäure sind.
  • Mindestens ein Teil der Verbindungen gemäß Struktur (IV*) abstrahieren, insbesondere wenn sie in Mischung mit Wasser vorliegen, durch die tertiäre Amingruppe ein Proton, wodurch diese dann als quaternäre Ammoniumgruppe vorliegt. Dies passiert insbesondere in wässrigen Mischungen R.
  • 1.1.1.5 Aminoxide
  • Wird als amphoteres Tensid TAmph ein Tensid vom Typ Aminoxid eingesetzt, handelt es sich dabei, insbesondere um ein Aminoxid der allgemeinen Strukturformel (V*):
  • Dabei ist RV1 eine, gegebenenfalls eine Ester und/oder Amidgruppe umfassende, Alkylgruppe, die bevorzugt 1 bis 30, bevorzugt 6 bis 29, bevorzugter 8 bis 25, noch bevorzugter 12 bis 24, noch mehr bevorzugter 12 bis 22, noch mehr bevorzugter 14 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatome, noch mehr bevorzugter 16 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatome umfasst.
  • In einer besonderen Ausführungsform ist RV1 eine Alkylgruppe, die bevorzugt 1 bis 30, bevorzugt 6 bis 29, bevorzugter 8 bis 25, noch bevorzugter 12 bis 24, noch mehr bevorzugter 12 bis 22, noch mehr bevorzugter 14 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatome, noch mehr bevorzugter 16 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatome umfasst.
  • RV2, RV3 sind unabhängig voneinander jeweils eine, gegebenenfalls hydroxylierte, Alkylgruppe, bevorzugt eine, gegebenenfalls hydroxylierte, Alkylgruppe mit 1 bis 20, bevorzugt 1 bis 18, bevorzugter 1 bis 16, noch bevorzugter 1 bis 14, noch bevorzugter 1 bis 12, noch bevorzugter 1 bis 10, noch bevorzugter 1 bis 8, noch bevorzugter 1 bis 6, noch bevorzugter 1 bis 4, noch bevorzugter 1 bis 3, noch bevorzugter 1 bis 2 Kohlenstoffatomen.
  • Noch bevorzugter sind RV2, RV3 sind unabhängig voneinander jeweils ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Methyl, Ethyl, 2-Hydroxyethyl, besonders bevorzugt sind RV2, RV3 unabhängig voneinander jeweils ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Methyl, Ethyl, noch bevorzugter beide Methyl.
  • Bevorzugte Beispiele für Tenside vom Typ Aminoxid sind ausgewählt aus Lauryldimethylaminoxid, N-Cocoalkyl-N,N-dimethylaminoxid und N-Talgfettalkyl-N,N-dihydroxyethylaminoxid, bevorzugt Lauryldimethylaminoxid.
  • 1.1.1.6 Betaine
  • Wird als amphoteres Tensid TAmph eines der Betaine eingesetzt, handelt es sich dabei, insbesondere um eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Strukturformel (XIII).
  • Betaine umfassen im Sinne der Erfindung bevorzugt Betain, Alkyldimethylbetain, Sulfobetain.
  • Noch bevorzugter sind Betaine wie die N-Alkyl-N,N-dimethylammoniumglycinate, z. B. das Cocoalkyldimethylammoniumglycinat, N-acylaminopropyl-N,N-dimethylammoniumglycinat, z. B. das Cocoacylaminopropyldimethylammoniumglycinat, das C12-C18-Akyldimethylacetobetain, das Cocoamidopropyldimethylacetobetain, 2-Alkyl-3-carboxymethyl-3-hydroxyethylimidazolin und Sulfobetaine mit jeweils 8 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen in der Alkyl- oder Acylgruppe. Bevorzugt sind hier Cocoacylaminoethylhydroxyethylcarboxymethylglycinate.
  • Besonders bevorzugte Betaine sind Alkyl- oder Alkylamidopropylbetain, besonders bevorzugt Cocoamidopropylbetain als bevorzugtestes Betain-Tensid.
  • Unter "Cocoamidopropylbetain" wird insbesondere eine Verbindung der Strukturformel (XIII) verstanden, wobei R ein gesättigter oder ungesättigter Alkylrest mit 3 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen ist.
  • In Strukturformel (XIII) ist bevorzugter der Rest R-C(=O)- ausgewählt aus den Fettsäureacylresten der folgenden Säuren: Capronsäure, Caprylsäure, Caprinsäure, Laurinsäure, Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, Ölsäure, Linolsäure, Linolensäure, Arachinsäure, Gadoleinsäure.
  • Am bevorzugtesten ist der Rest R ein unverzweigter, gesättigter Alkylrest mit 11 Kohlenstoffatomen, d.h. der Rest R-C(=O)- ist der Fettsäureacylrest der Laurinsäure.
  • 1.1.2 Biotenside
  • Das mindestens eine Biotensid SBio ist bevorzugt ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Rhamnolipide, Sophorolipide, Glucolipide, noch bevorzugter aus der Gruppe der Rhamnolipide, Sophorolipide ausgewählt, und am bevorzugtesten ein Rhamnolipid.
  • Glucolipide, wie auch Rhamnolipide und Sophorolipide, sind Biotenside und, wie Verfahren zu deren Synthese, dem Fachmann z.B. aus WO 2019/154970 A1 , EP 0 499 434 A1 (Glucolipide werden in diesem Dokument "Glucoselipide" genannt), DE 196 48 439 A1 , DE 196 00 743 A1 bekannt. EP 3 061 442 A2 , WO 03/006146 A1 , US 2008/0213194 A1 , JP H01-304034 A1 , CN 1337439 A beschreiben Verfahren zur Herstellung von Glucolipiden und Rhamnolipiden. WO 03/002700 A1 , US 4,305,961 A , US 7,556,654 B1 beschreiben Verfahren zur Herstellung von Sophorolipiden.
  • Rhamnolipide, Sophorolipide und Glucolipide fallen unter die allgemeine Klasse der Glykolipide.
  • 1.1.2.1 Glucolipid
  • Das Glucolipid (auch agekürzt als "G") weist im Rahmen der Erfindung insbesondere eine Struktur auf, die aus den folgenden Strukturformeln (I), (XIV) ausgewählt ist, wobei es sich bevorzugter um eine Struktur der Strukturformel (I) handelt, und noch bevorzugter um die folgende Strukturformel (II) handelt:
  • In den Strukturformeln (I) und (II) ist mGL = 3, 2, 1 oder 0, bevorzugt 1 oder 0.
  • Die Reste R1GL and R2GL sind unabhängig voneinander jeweils ein organischer Rest mit 2 bis 24, bevorzugt 5 bis 20, bevorzugter 7 bis 15, noch bevorzugter 7, Kohlenstoffatomen.
  • Bevorzugt sind R1GL und R2GL dabei unabhängig voneinander jeweils ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus
    1. i. gegebenenfalls substituierten Alkylresten mit 2 bis 24, bevorzugt 5 bis 20, bevorzugter 7 bis 15, noch bevorzugter 7, Kohlenstoffatomen, wobei die Substitution mit mindestens einem, insbesondere genau einem, Hydroxyrest die bevorzugte Substitution ist;
    2. ii. gegebenenfalls substituierten Alkenylresten mit 2 bis 24, bevorzugt 5 bis 20, bevorzugter 7 bis 15, noch bevorzugter 7, Kohlenstoffatomen, wobei die Substitution mit mindestens einem, insbesondere genau einem, Hydroxyrest die bevorzugte Substitution ist.
  • Bevorzugter sind R1GL und R2GL dabei unabhängig voneinander jeweils ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Pentenyl, Heptenyl, Nonenyl, Undecenyl, Tridecenyl und -(CH2)o-CH3 wobei o = 1 bis 23, bevorzugt 4 bis 12. Am bevorzugtesten sind R1GL und R2GL jeweils n-Heptyl.
  • Unterschiedliche Glucolipide werden in den Fällen, in denen mGL = 0, mit der folgenden Nomenklatur abgekürzt:
    "GL-CX" meint Glucolipide der allgemeinen Formeln (I) oder (II) in denen mGL = 0 und in denen der Rest R1GL = -(CH2)o-CH3 mit o = X-4 ist.
  • Unterschiedliche Glucolipide werden in den Fällen, in denen mGL = 1, mit der folgenden Nomenklatur abgekürzt:
    "GL-CXCY" meint Glucolipide der allgemeinen Formeln (I) oder (II) in denen mGL = 1 und in denen einer der Reste R1GL und R2GL = -(CH2)o-CH3 mit o = X-4 ist und der andere der Reste R1GL und R2GL = -(CH2)o-CH3 mit o = Y-4 ist.
  • Diese Nomenklatur unterscheidet demnach nicht zwischen "CXCY" und "CYCX".
  • Sollte einer der Indizes X und/oder Y um ":Z" ergänzt sein, bedeutet dies, dass der jeweilige Rest R1GL bzw. R2GL = ein unverzweigter, unsubstituierter Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit X-3 oder Y-3 Kohlenstoffatomen und Z Doppelbindungen ist.
  • Die geschlängelte Bindung in der Strukturformel (I) [und auch in der nachfolgend beschriebenen Strukturformel (III)] bedeutet, dass der jeweilige Substituent axial oder äquatorial, bevorzugt äquatorial, ausgerichtet ist.
  • Alkylreste können linear oder verzweigt sein. Alkenylreste können linear oder verzweigt sein und weisen bevorzugt eine bis drei Doppelbindungen auf.
  • In den Fällen, in denen die Verbindungen der Strukturformeln (I) bzw. (II) mehr als einen Rest R2GL aufweisen, können die Reste R2GL gleich oder verschieden voneinander sein.
  • Alternativ oder zusätzlich können als Glucolipid G auch Verbindungen (sogenannte "Di-Glucolipide") der folgenden allgemeinen Strukturformel (XIV) eingesetzt werden:
  • Dabei gilt in der Strukturformel (XIV):
    In der Strukturformel (XIV) ist mGL = 3, 2, 1 oder 0, bevorzugt 1 oder 0.
  • Die Reste R1GL and R2GL sind gleich oder verschieden und jeweils ein organischer Rest mit 2 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen, bevorzugt 5 bis 20, bevorzugter 7 bis 15, noch bevorzugter 7 Kohlenstoffatomen,
    • wobei die Reste R1GL und R2GL bevorzugt unabhängig voneinander ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe bestehend aus gegebenenfalls substituierten Alkylresten mit 2 bis 24, bevorzugter 5 bis 20, noch bevorzugter 7 bis 15, noch mehr bevorzugter 7 Kohlenstoffatomen, wobei hydroxysubstituierte Alkylreste bevorzugte substituierte Alkylreste sind,
    • gegebenenfalls substituierte Alkenylreste mit 2 bis 24, bevorzugt 5 bis 20, noch bevorzugter 7 bis 15 Kohlenstoffatomen, noch mehr bevorzugter 7 Kohlenstoffatomen, wobei hydroxysubstituierte Alkenylreste bevorzugte substituierte Alkenylreste sind,
    • wobei die Reste R1GL und R2GL bevorzugter unabhängig voneinander ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Pentenyl, Heptenyl, Nonenyl, Undecenyl, Tridecenyl und -(CH2)oCH3, wobei o = 1 bis 23, bevorzugt 4 bis 12 ist. Am bevorzugtesten sind R1GL und R2GL jeweils n-Heptyl.
  • Einer der Reste RG2, RG3, RG4 und RG6 ist ein Rest der allgemeinen Strukturformel (T), und die drei übrigen der Reste RG2, RG3, RG4 und RG6 sind jeweils Wasserstoff.
  • In der allgemeinen Strukturformel (T) ist einer von TG1, TG2, TG3, TG4 und TG6, bevorzugt TG1, eine direkte Bindung zur Struktur (XIV), während die anderen vier von TG1, TG2, TG3, TG4 und TG6 jeweils Hydroxy sind, wobei es bevorzugt ist, dass TG1 eine direkte Bindung zur Struktur (XIV) ist, während die TG2, TG3, TG4 und TG6 jeweils Hydroxy sind.
  • Die geschlängelte Bindung in Strukturformeln (XIV) und (T) bedeutet, dass der jeweilige Rest in axialer oder äquatorialer Stellung, bevorzugt äquatorialer Stellung zum Zuckerring steht.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Glucolipid G kann auch als Salz vorliegen. In dieser Ausführungsform ist es bevorzugt, dass das Glucolipid G als Salz vorliegt, in welchem das Kation aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Li+, Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Al3+, NH4 +, Ammoniumionen, bei denen es sich um primäre, sekundäre oder tertiäre Ammoniumionen handeln kann, ausgewählt ist. Besonders bevorzugte Kationen sind aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Na+, K+, NH4 + und Triethanolammoniumkation ausgewählt.
  • Bevorzugte Ammoniumkationen sind ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Tetramethylammonium, Tetraethylammonium, Tetrapropylammonium, Tetrabutylammonium,
    [(2-Hydroxyethyl)trimethylammonium] (= Cholin) sowie den Kationen des 2-Aminoethanols ("MEA"), Diethanolamins ("DEA"), 2,2',2"-Nitrilotriethanols ("TEA"), 1-Aminopropan-2-ols, Ethylendiamins, Diethylentriamins, Triethylentetramins, Tetraethylenpentamins, 1,4-Diethylendiamins, Piperazins, Aminoethylpiperazins und Aminoethylethanolamins.
  • Mischungen der zuvor genannten Kationen können ebenfalls als Kationen der Glucolipidsalze eingesetzt werden.
  • Die Menge des Glucolipids G in der Tensidkombination TKomb beträgt mindestens 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht von TKomb.
  • Die Menge des Glucolipids G in der Tensidkombination TKomb liegt bevorzugt im Bereich von 20 Gew.-% bis 100 Gew.-%, bevorzugter im Bereich 20 Gew.-% bis 99 Gew.-%, noch bevorzugter im Bereich 20 Gew.-% bis 95 Gew.-%, noch bevorzugter im Bereich 20 Gew.-% bis 85 Gew.-%, noch bevorzugter im Bereich 20 Gew.-% bis 75 Gew.-%, noch bevorzugter im Bereich 20 bis 50 Gew.-%, noch bevorzugter im Bereich 20 Gew.-% bis 35 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht von TKomb.
  • 1.1.2.2 Rhamnolipide
  • Rhamnolipide sind insbesondere Verbindungen der folgenden Strukturformel (III) und deren Salze, bevorzugt Verbindungen der folgenden Strukturformel (IV) und deren Salze:
  • In den Strukturformeln (III) und (IV) ist mRL = 2, 1 oder 0, bevorzugt 1 oder 0.
  • In den Strukturformeln (III) und (IV) ist nRL = 1 oder 0.
  • Die Reste R1RL und R2RL sind unabhängig voneinander jeweils ein organischer Rest mit 2 bis 24, bevorzugt 5 oder 13 Kohlenstoffatomen.
  • Bevorzugt sind R1RL und R2RL dabei unabhängig voneinander jeweils ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus
    1. i. gegebenenfalls substituierten Alkylresten mit 2 bis 24, bevorzugt 5 bis 13, Kohlenstoffatomen, wobei die Substitution mit mindestens einem, insbesondere genau einem, Hydroxyrest die bevorzugte Substitution ist;
    2. ii. gegebenenfalls substituierten Alkenylresten mit 2 bis 24, bevorzugt 5 bis 13, Kohlenstoffatomen, wobei die Substitution mit mindestens einem, insbesondere genau einem, Hydroxyrest die bevorzugte Substitution ist.
  • Bevorzugter sind R1RL und R2RL dabei unabhängig voneinander jeweils ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Pentenyl, Heptenyl, Nonenyl, Undecenyl, Tridecenyl und -(CH2)o-CH3 wobei o = 1 bis 23, bevorzugt 4 bis 12.
  • Für nRL = 1 ist die glykosidische Bindung zwischen den beiden Rhamnoseieinheiten bevorzugt in der α-Konfiguration. Die optisch aktiven Kohlenstoffatome der Fettsäurereste sind bevorzugt R-Enantiomere (z.B. (R)-3-{(R)-3-[2-O-(α-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl]oxydecanoyl}-oxydecanoat). "Di-Rhamnolipide" ("Di-RL") sind jene Verbindungen der Strukturformeln (III) und (IV) bzw. deren Salze, für welche nRL = 1.
  • "Mono-Rhamnolipide" ("Mono-RL") sind jene Verbindungen der Strukturformeln (III) und (IV) bzw. deren Salze, für welche nRL = 0.
    Unterschiedliche Rhamnolipide werden mit der folgenden Nomenklatur abgekürzt: "diRL-CXCY" meint Di-Rhamnolipide der Strukturformeln (III) and (IV), in denen einer der Reste R1RL und R2RL = -(CH2)o-CH3 mit o = X-4 ist und der andere der Reste R1RL und R2RL = -(CH2)o-CH3 mit o = Y-4 ist. "monoRL-CXCY" meint Mono-Rhamnolipide der Strukturformeln (III) and (IV), in denen einer der Reste R1RL und R2RL = -(CH2)o-CH3 mit o = X-4 ist und der andere der Reste R1RL und R2RL = -(CH2)o-CH3 mit o = Y-4 ist.
  • Diese Nomenklatur unterscheidet demnach nicht zwischen "CXCY" und "CYCX".
  • Für Rhamnolipide mit mRL=0 werden die Begriffe "monoRL-CX" oder "diRL-CX" entsprechend verwendet.
  • Sollte einer der Indizes X und/oder Y um ":Z" ergänzt sein, bedeutet dies, dass der jeweilige Rest R1RL bzw. R2RL = ein unverzweigter, unsubstituierter Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit X-3 oder Y-3 Kohlenstoffatomen und Z Doppelbindungen ist.
  • In den Fällen, in denen die Verbindungen der Strukturformeln (III) bzw. (IV) mehr als einen Rest R2RL aufweisen, können die Reste R2RL gleich oder verschieden voneinander sein.
  • 1.1.2.3 Sophorolipide
  • Sophorolipide sind insbesondere Verbindungen der folgenden Strukturformel (V), (VII) und deren Salze, bevorzugt Verbindungen der folgenden Strukturformel (VI), (VIII) und deren Salze:
  • Verbindungen der Strukturformeln (V), (VI) repräsentieren die Säureform, Verbindungen der Strukturformeln (VII), (VIII) repräsentieren die Lactonform.
  • In den Strukturformeln (V), (VI), (IX) und (X) ist nSL = 1 oder 0, bevorzugt 1.
  • In den Strukturformeln (V), (VI), (VII) und (VIII) [und auch für die Reste R1SL, R2SL und R4SL in den Strukturformeln (IX), (X), (XI) und (XII)] gilt:
    • R1SL = H oder -CO-CH3,
    • R2SL = H oder -CO-CH3,
    • R3SL = ein zweiwertiger organischer Rest mit 6 bis 32 Kohlenstoffatomen, bevorzugt 12 bis 20, bevorzugter 14 bis 16, am bevorzugtesten 15 Kohlenstoffatomen.
  • R3SL ist bevorzugt ein gegebenenfalls substituierter, zweiwertiger Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 6 bis 32 Kohlenstoffatomen, wobei die Substitution mit mindestens einem, insbesondere genau einem, Hydroxyrest die bevorzugte Substitution ist.
  • R3SL ist bevorzugter ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus
    1. i. gegebenenfalls substituierten Alkylenresten mit 6 bis 32, bevorzugt 12 bis 20, bevorzugter 14 bis 16, am bevorzugtesten 15 Kohlenstoffatomen, wobei die Substitution mit mindestens einem, insbesondere genau einem, Hydroxyrest die bevorzugte Substitution ist, und wobei die Kohlenstoffkette im Alkylenrest bevorzugterweise unverzweigt ist;
    2. ii. gegebenenfalls substituierten Alkenylenresten mit 6 bis 32, bevorzugt 12 bis 20, bevorzugter 14 bis 16, am bevorzugtesten 15 Kohlenstoffatomen, wobei die Substitution mit mindestens einem, insbesondere genau einem, Hydroxyrest die bevorzugte Substitution ist, und wobei die Kohlenstoffkette im Alkenylenrest bevorzugterweise unverzweigt ist, und wobei der Alkenylenrest bevorzugt 1 bis 3, noch bevorzugter eine Doppelbindung aufweist.
  • R3SL ist noch bevorzugter ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus
    1. i. unverzweigten oder verzweigten, bevorzugt unverzweigten, Alkylenresten mit 6 bis 32, bevorzugt 12 bis 20, bevorzugter 14 bis 16, am bevorzugtesten 15 Kohlenstoffatomen;
    2. ii. unverzweigten oder verzweigten, bevorzugt unverzweigten, Alkylenresten mit 6 bis 32, bevorzugt 12 bis 20, bevorzugter 14 bis 16, am bevorzugtesten 15 Kohlenstoffatomen, wobei in jedem Fall der Alkylenrest mindestens eine OH-Gruppe, bevorzugt eine OH-Gruppe aufweist;

  • Sophorolipide sind noch bevorzugter Verbindungen der folgenden Strukturformel (IX), (XI) und deren Salze, bevorzugt Verbindungen der folgenden Strukturformel (X), (XII) und deren Salze:
  • Verbindungen der Strukturformeln (IX), (X) repräsentieren die Säureform, Verbindungen der Strukturformeln (XI), (XII) repräsentieren die Lactonform.
  • nSL, R1SL, R2SL, R4SL haben die Bedeutung, wie sie für die Strukturformeln (V), (VII), (VI), (VIII) beschrieben wurden.
  • Sophorolipide können als Mischungen der Säure- und Lactonform genutzt werden, zum Beispiel kann das Verhältnis des Gewichts an eingesetztem Sophorolipid in Lactonform zum Gewicht des eingesetzten Sophorolipids in Säureform im Bereich von 20 : 80 bis 80 : 20, bevorzugt im Bereich von 30 : 70 bis 40 : 60 liegen.
  • Das Verhältnis zwischen Säure- und Lactonform kann gemäß EP 1 411 111 B1 , Seite 8, Absatz [0053] bestimmt werden.
  • Sophorolipide können wie in EP 1 411 111 A1 , Absätze [0021], [0022], beschrieben, erhalten werden.
  • Als Sophorolipide können auch Derivate der Sophorolipide, insbesondere die Derivate, die in EP 4 317 448 A1 oder EP 3 034 613 A1 beschrieben sind, genutzt werden.
  • 1.1.3 Salze
  • Die Mischung R umfasst bevorzugt Salze. Diese Salze können organische oder anorganische Kationen aufweisen, insbesondere Kationen ausgewählt aus Alkalimetallkationen oder Erdalkalimetallkationen, bevorzugt Kationen ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Li+, Na+, K+, Cs+, Ca2+, Mg2+. Die Anionen dieser Salze sind insbesondere ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Halogenidionen, bevorzugt Cl-, oder Ammoniumionen, bevorzugt Amide, Trialkylammoniumionen, insbesondere Triethylammoniumionen. Ein bevorzugtes Salz ist Kochsalz (NaCl).
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform liegt der Gesamtgehalt an allen Salzen in der Mischung R im Bereich von 0.01 Gew.-% bis 5 Gew.-%, bevorzugt im Bereich von 0.5 Gew.-% bis 2 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Mischung R.
  • 1.1.4 Tensid T*
  • Vorzugsweise umfasst die Mischung R mindestens ein von SBio und TAmph verschiedenes Tensid T*.
  • Insbesondere handelt es sich beim Tensid T* um ein synthetisches Tensid. "Synthetisch" bedeutet, dass bei der Herstellung kein biotechnologisches Verfahren eingesetzt wurde, das heißt, dass T* nicht durch Mikroorganismen, insbesondere nicht durch Bakterien oder Pilzen, hergestellt wird.
  • Das Tensid T* ist bevorzugt ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus anionischen Tensiden, nichtionischen Tensiden, kationischen Tensiden, bevorzugt ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus anionischen Tensiden, nichtionischen Tensiden, und am bevorzugtesten ein anionisches Tensid.
  • 1.1.4.1 Nichtionisches Tensid
  • Bevorzugte als Tensid T* einsetzbare nichtionischen Tenside sind alkoxylierte, vorteilhaft ethoxylierte, Alkohole, bei denen es sich insbesondere um Primäralkohole handelt, mit bevorzugt 8 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen und bevorzugt durchschnittlich 1 bis 12 mol Ethylenoxid ("EO") pro mol Alkohol, wobei der Alkoholrest linear oder verzweigt, bevorzugt an der 2-Position methylverzweigt sein kann oder lineare und methylverzweigte Reste in einem Gemisch enthalten kann. Bevorzugt sind jedoch insbesondere Alkoholethoxylate mit linearen Resten aus Alkoholen nativen Ursprungs mit 12 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen, beispielsweise aus Kokosnuss-, Palm-, Talgfett oder Oleylalkohol, und durchschnittlich 2 bis 8 EO pro mol Alkohol. Zu den bevorzugten ethoxylierten Alkoholen gehören beispielsweise C12-C14-Alkohole mit 3 EO, 4 EO oder 7 EO, C9-C11-Alkohole mit 7 EO, C13-C15-Alkohole mit 3 EO, 5 EO, 7 EO oder 8 EO, C12-C18-Alkohole mit 3 EO, 5 EO oder 7 EO und Mischungen davon, wie Mischungen aus C12-C14-Alkoholen mit 3 EO und C12-C18-Alkoholen mit 7 EO. Bei den angegebenen Ethoxylierungsgraden handelt es sich um statistische Durchschnittswerte, die für ein bestimmtes Produkt eine ganze Zahl oder ein Bruch sein können. Bevorzugte Alkoholethoxylate haben eine enge homologe Verteilung.
  • Neben diesen nichtionischen Tensiden ist es auch möglich, Fettalkohole mit mehr als 12 EO als Tensid T* zu verwenden. Beispiele hierfür sind Talgfettalkohole mit 14 EO, 25 EO, 30 EO oder 40 EO. Nichtionische Tenside, die Ethylenoxid- ("EO") und Propylenoxid-("PO") Gruppen zusammen im Molekül enthalten, können ebenfalls verwendet werden. In diesem Zusammenhang ist es möglich, Blockcopolymere mit EO-PO Blockeinheiten oder PO-EO Blockeinheiten, aber auch EO-PO-EO Copolymere oder PO-EO-PO Copolymere zu verwenden.
  • Selbstverständlich ist es auch möglich, gemischte alkoxylierte nichtionische Tenside zu verwenden, bei denen EO- und PO-Einheiten nicht blockweise, sondern zufällig verteilt sind. Solche Produkte sind durch Umsetzung von Ethylenoxid und Propylenoxid mit Fettalkoholen erhältlich.
  • Darüber hinaus können auch Alkylglykoside als weitere nichtionische Tenside T* verwendet werden.
  • Eine weitere Klasse von bevorzugt verwendeten nichtionischen Tensiden, die entweder als alleiniges nichtionisches Tensid oder in Kombination mit anderen nichtionischen Tensiden verwendet werden, sind alkoxylierte, vorzugsweise ethoxylierte oder ethoxylierte und propoxylierte Fettsäurealkylester, vorzugsweise mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen in der Alkylkette, insbesondere Fettsäuremethylester, wie sie beispielsweise in JP S58-217598 A beschrieben sind oder die vorzugsweise nach dem in WO 90/13533 A1 beschriebenen Verfahren hergestellt werden.
  • Nichtionische Tenside vom Fettsäure-Alkanolamid-Typ können ebenfalls geeignet sein. Die Menge dieser nichtionischen Tenside ist vorzugsweise nicht größer als die der ethoxylierten Fettalkohole, insbesondere nicht mehr als die Hälfte davon.
  • Weitere geeignete nichtionische Tenside sind Polyhydroxyfettsäureamide. Bei den Polyhydroxyfettsäureamiden handelt es sich um Substanzen, die üblicherweise durch reduktive Aminierung eines reduzierenden Zuckers mit Ammoniak, einem Alkylamin oder einem Alkanolamin und anschließender Acylierung mit einer Fettsäure, einem Fettsäurealkylester oder einem Fettsäurechlorid gewonnen werden können.
  • Noch bevorzugter als T* einsetzbare nichtionische Tenside sind Alkoholethoxylate ("AE" oder "AEO"), Alkoholpropoxylate, propoxylierte Fettalkohole ("PFA"), alkoxylierte Fettsäurealkylester wie ethoxylierte und/oder propoxylierte Fettsäurealkylester, Alkylphenolethoxylate ("APE"), Nonylphenolethoxylate ("NPE"), Alkylpolyglycoside ("APG"), alkoxylierte Amine, Fettsäuremonoethanolamide ("FAM"), Fettsäurediethanolamide ("FADA"), ethoxylierte Fettsäuremonoethanolamide ("EFAM"), Polyglycerinester, Glycerolester, propoxylierte Fettsäuremonoethanolamide ("PFAM"), Polyhydroxyalkylfettsäureamide oder N-Acyl-N-Alkylderivate von Glucosamin (Glucamide, "GA" oder Fettsäureglucamid, "FAGA"), sowie Produkte, die unter den Handelsnamen "SPAN" und "TWEEN" erhältlich sind, und Kombinationen davon.
  • Noch mehr bevorzugter als T* einsetzbare nichtionische Tenside sind ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus AE, Alkoholpropoxylate, PFA, alkoxylierte Fettsäurealkylester, APE, NPE, APG, alkoxylierte Amine, FAM, FADA, EFAM.
  • Noch mehr bevorzugter als T* einsetzbare nichtionische Tenside sind ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus AE, Alkoholpropoxylate, PFA, alkoxylierte Fettsäurealkylester.
  • 1.1.4.2 Anionisches Tensid
  • Bevorzugte als Tensid T* einsetzbare anionische Tenside sind beispielsweise jene in der WO 2014/173659 A1 , Seite 3, Zeile 15 bis 25 genannten anionischen Tenside und jene auf Seite 3, Zeile 18 bis Seite 4, Zeile 22 der WO 2014/118095 A1 genannten anionischen Tenside.
  • Es ist bevorzugt, dass die anionischen Tenside vom Sulfonat- und Sulfattyp sind.
  • Geeignete anionische Tenside vom Typ Sulfonat sind hier vorzugsweise C9-C13-Alkylbenzolsulfonate, Olefinsulfonate, d.h. Mischungen aus Alken- und Hydroxyalkansulfonaten, und auch Disulfonate, wie sie beispielsweise aus C12-C18-Monoolefinen mit einer terminalen oder internen Doppelbindung durch Sulfonierung mit gasförmigem Schwefeltrioxid und anschließender alkalischer oder saurer Hydrolyse der Sulfonierungsprodukte erhalten werden. Ebenfalls geeignet sind Alkansulfonate, die aus C12-C18-Alkanen gewonnen werden, beispielsweise durch Sulfochlorierung oder Sulfatoxidation mit anschließender Hydrolyse oder Neutralisation. In ähnlicher Weise eignen sich auch die Ester der α-Sulfo-Fettsäuren (Estersulfonate), beispielsweise die α-sulfonierten Methylester von hydrierten Kokos-, Palmkern- oder Talgfettsäuren.
  • Weitere geeignete anionische Tenside sind sulfatierte Fettsäureglycerinester. Unter Fettsäureglycerinestern sind die Mono-, Di- und Triester sowie Mischungen davon zu verstehen, wie sie bei der Herstellung durch Veresterung eines Monoglycerins mit 1 bis 3 mol Fettsäure oder bei der Umesterung von Triglyceriden mit 0.3 bis 2 mol Glycerin erhalten werden. Bevorzugte sulfatierte Fettsäureglycerinester sind hier die Sulfatierungsprodukte gesättigter Fettsäuren mit 6 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatomen, beispielsweise von Capronsäure, Caprylsäure, Caprinsäure, Myristinsäure, Laurinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure oder Behensäure.
  • Bevorzugte Alkylsulfate und Alkenylsulfate sind die Alkalimetallsalze und insbesondere die Natriumsalze der Schwefelsäurehalbester der C12-C18 Fettalkohole, beispielsweise aus Kokosfettalkohol, Talgfettalkohol, Lauryl-, Myristyl-, Cetyl- oder Stearylalkohol oder die C10-C20 Oxoalkohole (Oxoalkohole sind Alkohole, die durch katalytische Hydrierung von Aldehyden aus der Hydroformylierungsreaktion von Olefinen mit Synthesegas entstehen) und solche Halbester von Sekundäralkoholen dieser Kettenlängen. Des Weiteren werden bevorzugt Alkylsulfate und Alkenylsulfate der angegebenen Kettenlänge verwendet, die ein synthetisches geradkettiges Alkylradikal enthalten, das auf petrochemischer Basis hergestellt wurde, und die ein analoges Abbauverhalten zu den geeigneten Verbindungen auf Basis fettchemischer Rohstoffe aufweisen. Unter dem Gesichtspunkt des Waschens sind die C12-C16-Alkylsulfate und C12-C18-Alkylsulfate sowie C14-C18-Alkylsulfate bevorzugt. 2,3-Alkylsulfate, die beispielsweise gemäß der US 3,234,258 A oder der US 5,075,041 A hergestellt werden und als Handelsprodukte der Shell Oil Company unter dem Namen DAN® bezogen werden können, sind ebenfalls geeignete anionische Tenside.
  • Geeignet sind auch die Schwefelsäuremonoester der mit 1 bis 6 mol Ethylenoxid ("EO") ethoxylierten geradkettigen oder verzweigten C7-C20-Alkohole, wie z. B. 2-methylverzweigte C9-C11-Alkohole mit durchschnittlich 3.5 mol EO oder C12-C18-Fettalkohole mit 1 bis 4 EO. Aufgrund ihres starken Schaumverhaltens werden sie in Reinigungszusammensetzungen nur in relativ geringen Mengen eingesetzt, zum Beispiel in Mengen von 1 bis 5 Gew.-%.
  • Weitere geeignete anionische Tenside sind ebenfalls die Salze der Alkylsulfobernsteinsäure, die auch als Sulfosuccinate oder als Sulfobernsteinsäureester bezeichnet werden und mit Alkoholen, vorzugsweise Fettalkoholen und insbesondere ethoxylierten Fettalkoholen, die Monoester und/oder Diester der Sulfobernsteinsäure bilden. Bevorzugte Sulfosuccinate enthalten C8-C18-Fettalkoholreste oder Mischungen daraus. Besonders bevorzugte Sulfosuccinate enthalten einen Fettalkoholrest, der von ethoxylierten Fettalkoholen abgeleitet ist. Besonders bevorzugt sind in diesem Zusammenhang wiederum Sulfosuccinate, deren Fettalkoholradikale von ethoxylierten Fettalkoholen mit einer engen homologen Verteilung abgeleitet sind. Es ist ebenfalls möglich, Alkylbernsteinsäure und Alkenylbernsteinsäure mit vorzugsweise 8 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen in der Alkylkette/Alkenylkette oder Salze davon zu verwenden. Besonders bevorzugte anionische Tenside sind Seifen. Ebenfalls geeignet sind gesättigte und ungesättigte Fettsäureseifen, wie die Salze der Laurinsäure, Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, (hydrierte) Erucasäure und Behensäure, sowie Seifenmischungen, die insbesondere aus natürlichen Fettsäuren gewonnen sind, beispielsweise Kokosnuss-, Palmkern-, Olivenöl- oder Talgfettsäure.
  • Die anionischen Tenside einschließlich der Seifen können in Form ihrer Natrium-, Kalium- oder Ammoniumsalze sowie löslicher Salze organischer Basen, wie Mono-, Di- oder Triethanolamin, vorliegen. Vorzugsweise liegen die anionischen Tenside in Form ihrer Natrium- oder Kaliumsalze, insbesondere in Form der Natriumsalze, vor.
  • Als anionische Tenside sind auch die Acyle von Aminosäuren, wie Acylglutamat oder Acylglycinat, wobei das Acyl bevorzugt ein Fettsäureacylrest (Lauroyl, Cocoyl) ist geeignet.
  • Noch bevorzugter als T* einsetzbare anionische Tenside sind Sulfate und Sulfonate, insbesondere ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus linearen Alkylbenzolsulfonaten ("LAS"), Isomeren von LAS, verzweigten Alkylbenzolsulfonaten ("BABS"), Phenylalkansulfonaten, α-Olefinsulfonaten ("AOS"), Olefinsulfonaten, Alkensulfonaten, Alkyl-2,3-diylbis(sulfaten), Hydroxyalkylsulfonaten, Hydroxyalkyldisulfonaten, Alkylsulfaten ("AS") wie Natriumdodecylsulfat ("SDS"), Fettalkoholsulfaten ("FAS"), Sulfate primärer Alkohole ("PAS"), Alkoholethersulfate ("AES" oder "AEOS" oder "FES", wie zum Beispiel Alkoholethoxysulfate oder Fettsäureethersulfate) wie zum Beispiel Natrium dodecylpoly(oxyethylen) sulfat ("SLES"), sekundäre Alkylsulfonate ("SAS"), Paraffinsulfonate ("PS"), Estersulfonate, sulfonierte Fettsäureglycerolester, α-sulfofettsäuremethylester ("a-SFMe" oder "SES") wie zum Beispiel Methylestersulfonat ("MES"), alkyl- oder alkenylsuccinsäure, dodecenyl/tetradecenyl-Succinsäure("DTSA"), Fettsäurederivate von Aminosäuren, Diester und Monoester von Sulfosuccinsäuren oder Seifen.
  • Noch mehr bevorzugter als T* einsetzbare anionische Tenside sind ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus LAS, Alkoholethersulfate, insbesondere SLES, LAS.
  • 1.1.4.3 Kationisches Tensid
  • Bevorzugte als Tensid T* einsetzbare kationische Tenside sind ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Alklydimethylethanolamin quat ("ADMEAQ"), Cetyltrimethylammoniumbromid ("CTAB"), Dimethyldistearylammoniumchlorid ("DSDMAC") und Alkylbenzyldimethylammonium, alkylquartäre Ammoniumverbindungen, alkoxylierte quartäre Ammoniumverbindungen ("AQA") und Kombinationen davon.
  • 1.1.5 Wirkstoffkapseln WK
  • Die Mischung R umfasst gegebenenfalls mindestens einen Wirkstoff B. Dieser kann unverkapselt oder verkapselt, d.h. umfasst von Wirkstoffkapseln WK, in der Mischung R vorliegen.
  • Bevorzugte Wirkstoffe B sind unter Punkt 1.1.7 offenbart.
  • Die Wirkstoffkapseln WK sind insbesondere makroskopisch oder mikroskopisch, bevorzugt makroskopisch. "Makroskopisch" bedeutet insbesondere, dass der Durchmesser der Wirkstoffkapseln WK ≥ 3 µm ist, bevorzugt im Bereich von 3 µm bis 10 µm liegt. "Mikroskopisch" bedeutet insbesondere, dass der Durchmesser der Wirkstoffkapseln WK < 3 µm ist, bevorzugt im Bereich von 0.01 µm bis < 3 µm, noch bevorzugter im Bereich von 0.1 µm bis 2 µm liegt.
  • Partikelgröße und durchschnittlicher Durchmesser der Wirkstoffkapseln WK liegen in einer weiteren Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung im Bereich von 10 nm bis 1000 µm, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 50 nm bis 100 µm, bevorzugter im Bereich von 2 µm bis 40 µm, noch bevorzugter im Bereich von 4 µm bis 15 µm, noch mehr bevorzugter im Bereich von 5 µm bis 10 µm, noch bevorzugter im Bereich von 6 µm bis 7 µm.
  • Die statistische Verteilung der Partikelgröße und des durchschnittlichen Durchmessers der Wirkstoffkapseln WK kann eng, breit oder multimodal sein. Multimodale Verteilungen können dann vorliegen, wenn Wirkstoffkapseln WK aus verschiedenen Kapselchemietypen eingesetzt werden.
  • Die Wirkstoffkapseln WK umfassen in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform eine einen Kern K umhüllende Schale S, wobei sich bevorzugt mindestens ein Wirkstoff B in dem Kern K befindet.
  • Die Wirkstoffkapseln WK, insbesondere die Schale S der Wirkstoffkapseln WK, umfassen bevorzugt Harnstoff-Formaldehyd und/oder Melamin-Formaldehyd.
  • Die Wirkstoffkapseln WK können in einer Ausführungsform Mikrokapseln umfassen, d.h. dass der Wirkstoff B dann als Mikrokapseln vorliegt. "Mikrokapseln" bedeutet insbesondere, dass der Durchmesser des Wirkstoffs B < 3 µm ist, bevorzugt im Bereich von 0.01 µm bis < 3 µm, noch bevorzugter im Bereich von 0.1 µm bis 2 µm liegt.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die Wirkstoffkapseln WK solche, die den mindestens einen Wirkstoff B durch Einwirkung von Druck und/oder Scherkräften, insbesondere Reibung, Druck und/oder Scherspannung, auf die Wirkstoffkapseln WK freisetzen. Dies ist bevorzugt bei Duft-Wirkstoffen, wobei diese Duft-Wirkstoffe in den Wirkstoffkapseln WK durch mechanische Einwirkung (z.B. Reibung, Druck, Scherkräfte) freigesetzt werden.
  • Zusätzlich oder alternativ zu diesem Mechanismus der Freisetzung können auch solche Wirkstoffkapseln WK eingesetzt werden, die den mindestens einen Wirkstoff B dadurch freisetzen, dass B aus der äußersten Schale der Wirkstoffkapsel WK diffundiert. Dabei wird der darin enthaltene sensorisch nützliche Wirkstoff durch Diffusion durch die Außenwand der Kapsel freigesetzt.
  • Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung bevorzugte Wirkstoffkapseln WK sind den Wirkstoff B durch Reibung freisetzenden Wirkstoffkapseln WK. Diese Wirkstoffkapseln WK umfassen noch bevorzugter Melaminformaldehyd. Entsprechende kommerziell erhältliche Wirkstoffkapseln WK sind beispielsweise unter dem Handelsnamen "Aroma Ball Type 1" und "Aroma Ball S-series encapsulates" (ex Polychrom, Südkorea) erhältlich.
  • Die Wirkstoffkapseln WK umfassen in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform eine einen Kern K umhüllende Schale S. Diese Schale S umfasst bevorzugt mindestens einen Stoff ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Polyurethane, Polyamid, Polyolefin, Polysaccharid, Protein, Silicon, Lipid, Cellulose, modifizierte Cellulose, Gummiharz, Polyacrylat, Polyphosphat, Polystyrol, Polyester, Polymethylmethacrylat. Die Schale S umfasst noch bevorzugter mindestens einen Stoff ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Melamin-Formaldehyd-Kondensate, Harnstoff-Formaldehyd-Kondensate. Die Schale S kann auch ähnliche Typen von Aminoplasten umfassen. Am bevorzugtesten umfasst die Schale S Melamin-Formaldehyd-Kondensat.
  • Es können auch Wirkstoffkapseln WK verwendet werden, die durch Koazervierung von Gelatine erhalten werden.
  • Die Bezeichnungen "Melamin-Formaldehyd-Kondensationsharz", "Melamin-Formaldehyd" und "Melaminharz" werden im Rahmen dieser Erfindung synonym verwendet.
  • Die Bezeichnungen "Harnstoff -Formaldehyd-Kondensationsharz", "Harnstoff -Formaldehyd" und "Harnstoffharz" werden im Rahmen dieser Erfindung synonym verwendet.
  • Die Koazervierung von Gelatine ist insbesondere bevorzugt zum Erhalt von Mikrokapseln, die in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren als Wirkstoffkapseln WK oder als Wirkstoff B eingesetzt werden.
  • Die Herstellung von Aminoplasten umfassende Kapseln (die dann als Wirkstoffkapseln WK oder Wirkstoffe B verwendet werden können), sind dem Fachmann bekannt und beispielsweise in der US 3,516,941 A beschrieben. Ein typisches Verfahren zur Herstellung von Gelatine umfassende Kapseln, die dann als Wirkstoffkapseln WK oder Wirkstoffe B verwendet werden können, sind dem Fachmann bekannt und beispielsweise in der US 2,800,457 A beschrieben. Die Verkapselung von Geruchsstoffen zur Verwendung der erhaltenen Wirkstoffkapseln in Konsumartikeln ist beschrieben in der US 4,145,184 A und der US 5,112,688 A . Durch die Verkapselung können je nach dazu eingesetzter Technik Porenlücken oder Zwischengitteröffnungen entstehen.
  • In der Technik bekannte und zur Verwendung in der vorliegenden Erfindung als Wirkstoffkapseln WK geeignete Duftkapseln umfassen eine Wand oder Schale S, bevorzugt eine Schale S, die ein dreidimensional vernetztes Netzwerk eines Aminoplastharzes umfasst, insbesondere daraus besteht, bevorzugt ein substituiertes oder unsubstituiertes Acrylsäurepolymer oder -copolymer, das mit einem Harnstoff-Formaldehyd-Vorkondensat oder einem Melamin-Formaldehyd-Vorkondensat vernetzt ist, umfasst, besonders bevorzugt daraus besteht.
  • Die Bildung von Mikrokapseln unter Verwendung von Mechanismen, die dem vorstehenden Mechanismus ähnlich sind, unter Verwendung von (i) Melamin-Formaldehyd- oder Harnstoff-Formaldehyd-Vorkondensaten und (ii) Polymeren, die substituierte Vinylmonomereinheiten mit daran gebundenen protonenabgebenden funktionellen Gruppenanteilen (z. B. Sulfonsäuregruppen oder Carbonsäureanhydridgruppen) enthalten, ist in der US 4,406,816 A (2-Acrylamido-2-methylpropansulfonsäuregruppen), der GB 2,062,570 A (Styrolsulfonsäuregruppen) und der GB 2,006,709 A (Carbonsäureanhydridgruppen) offenbart.
  • Die Wirkstoffkapseln WK umfassen in einer besonderen Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung außerdem ein Trägeröl, bevorzugt im Kern.
  • Bei den Trägerölen handelt es sich um hydrophobe Materialien, die mit den in der vorliegenden Erfindung verwendeten Wirkstoffe B, insbesondere mit flüchtigen Wirkstoffen B, mischbar sind.
  • Geeignete Öle sind solche, die eine angemessene Affinität zum Wirkstoff B aufweisen. Handelt es sich bei dem Wirkstoff B um ein Parfüm, umfassen als Trägeröl geeignete Materialien, ohne darauf beschränkt zu sein, insbesondere mindestens ein Öl, welches aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Triglyceridöl, Mono- und Diglyceride, Mineralöl, Silikonöl, Diethylphthalat, Polyalphaolefine, Rizinusöl und Isopropylmyristat ausgewählt ist.
  • Vorzugsweise ist das Öl ein Triglyceridöl, besonders bevorzugt ein Caprin-/Capryl-Triglyceridöl.
  • 1.1.6 Abscheidungshilfsmittel AD
  • Die Wirkstoffkapsel WK , insbesondere die Schale S der Wirkstoffkapsel WK , kann weiterhin ein Abscheidungshilfsmittel AD umfassen, das vorzugsweise kovalent gebunden ist.
  • Das Abscheidungshilfsmittel AD ist bevorzugt ein Polysaccharid, welches vorzugsweise ein β-1,4-verknüpftes Rückgrat aufweist. Vorzugsweise ist das Polysaccharid ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Cellulose, Cellulosederivat. Es kann auch ein anderes β-1,4-verknüpftes Polysaccharid mit einer Affinität zu Cellulose, wie beispielsweise Polymannan, Polyglucan, Polyglucomannan, Polyxyloglucan und Polygalactomannan oder eine Mischung davon, eingesetzt werden. Das Polysaccharid kann außerdem aus der Gruppe ausgewählt werden, die aus Polyxyloglucan (auch bezeichnet als "Xyloglucan") und Polygalactomannan (auch bezeichnet als "Galactomannan") besteht.
  • Bevorzugte Polymannane sind acetylierte Polymannan-Polysaccharide.
  • Besonders als Abscheidungshilfsmittel AD bevorzugte Polysaccharide werden aus Johannisbrotkernmehl, Tamarindenkernmehl, Xyloglucan, nichtionischem Guarkernmehl, kationischer Stärke und Mischungen davon ausgewählt. Am bevorzugtesten ist als Abscheidungshilfsmittel AD Johannisbrotkernmehl. Vorzugsweise weist das Rückgrat des als Abscheidungshilfsmittel AD eingesetzten Polysaccharids nur β-1,4-Bindungen auf.
  • Optional weist das als Abscheidungshilfsmittel AD eingesetzte Polysaccharid zusätzliche Verknüpfungen zu den β-1,4-Verknüpfungen auf, beispielsweise β-1,3-Verknüpfungen. Somit sind optional noch weitere Verknüpfungen vorhanden. Als Abscheidungshilfsmittel AD können auch Polysaccharide eingesetzt werden, die Polysaccharid-Grundgerüste aufweisen, welche (ob terminal oder innerhalb der Polysaccharidkette), ein Material oder eine chemische Struktur enthalten, das kein Saccharidring ist.
  • Das als Abscheidungshilfsmittel AD eingesetzte Polysaccharid kann geradlinig oder verzweigt sein.
  • Viele natürlich vorkommende Polysaccharide weisen zumindest einen gewissen Verzweigungsgrad auf, oder zumindest einige Saccharidringe liegen in Form von anhängenden Seitengruppen an einem Polysaccharid-Hauptrückgrat vor (die vorzugsweise bei der Bestimmung des Substitutionsgrades nicht berücksichtigt werden).
  • Vorzugsweise liegt das als Abscheidungshilfsmittel AD eingesetzte Polysaccharid in einem Anteil im Bereich von 0.1 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Wirkstoffkapseln WK , vor.
  • Das Abscheidungshilfsmittel AD , bei dem es sich vorzugsweise um ein Polysaccharid handelt, wird insbesondere durch eine kovalente Bindung, durch Verschlaufung oder durch Adsorption an die Partikel, insbesondere die Wirkstoffkapseln WK , gebunden, vorzugsweise durch eine kovalente Bindung oder Verschlaufung und besonders bevorzugt durch eine kovalente Bindung.
  • Unter "Verschlaufung" ist hier zu verstehen, dass das Abscheidungshilfsmittel AD im Verlauf der Polymerisation und bei zunehmender Partikelgröße auf dem Partikel, insbesondere der Wirkstoffkapsel WK , adsorbiert wird, wobei ein Teil des adsorbierten Abscheidungshilfsmittels AD im Inneren des Partikels, insbesondere der Wirkstoffkapsel WK , vergraben wird. Daher ist am Ende der Polymerisation ein Teil des Abscheidungshilfsmittels AD in der Polymermatrix des Partikels, insbesondere der Wirkstoffkapsel WK , eingeschlossen und gebunden, während der Rest ungehindert austritt und, wenn das Partikel, insbesondere die Wirkstoffkapsel WK , in der Mischung R vorliegt, die Mischung R kontaktiert bzw. sich in diese erstrecken kann.
  • Unter Adsorption ist hier insbesondere eine Adsorption des Abscheidungshilfsmittels AD an der Oberfläche des Partikels, insbesondere der Wirkstoffkapsel WK , zu verstehen; eine solche Adsorption kann beispielsweise aufgrund von Wasserstoffbrücken, Van-der-Waals-Bindung oder elektrostatischer Anziehung zwischen dem Abscheidungshilfsmittel AD und dem Partikel, insbesondere der Wirkstoffkapsel WK , erfolgen. Das Abscheidungshilfsmittel AD haftet in dieser Ausführungsform daher hauptsächlich an der Oberfläche des Partikels, insbesondere der Wirkstoffkapsel WK , und verteilt sich nicht in nennenswertem Umfang im Inneren des Partikels, insbesondere der Wirkstoffkapsel WK .
  • Dies unterscheidet sich von Pfropfcopolymeren, bei denen beispielsweise ein Polysaccharid entlang der Länge einer Polymerkette gepfropft werden kann.
  • Ein Partikel, insbesondere eine Wirkstoffkapsel WK , das aus einem Pfropfcopolymer gebildet ist, würde daher im gesamten Inneren des Partikels sowie auf der Partikeloberfläche Polysaccharide enthalten. Diese Art von Partikel können im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung eingesetzt werden, sind aber weniger als Wirkstoffkapsel WK bevorzugt. Somit kann man sich das Partikel, das bei Verwendung eines Polysaccharids als Abscheidungshilfsmittel AD gemäß dem Verfahren der Erfindung als Wirkstoffkapsel WK entsteht, als ein "haariges Partikel" vorstellen, das sich von einem Pfropfcopolymer unterscheidet. Dieses Merkmal der Erfindung bietet dem Hersteller erhebliche Möglichkeiten zur Kostensenkung, da viel weniger Abscheidungshilfsmittel erforderlich ist, um das gleiche Aktivitätsniveau zu erreichen wie bei Systemen, die Polysaccharid-Copolymere verwenden.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform befindet sich das Abscheidungshilfsmittel AD im äußersten Teil der Schale S der Wirkstoffkapsel WK , wobei die Schale S Melamin-Formaldehyd-Polymer und/oder Harnstoff-Formaldehyd-Polymer, bevorzugt Melamin-Formaldehyd-Polymer umfasst, wobei die Schale S noch bevorzugter aus Melamin-Formaldehyd-Polymer und/oder aus Harnstoff-Formaldehyd-Polymer besteht, noch bevorzugter aus Melamin-Formaldehyd-Polymer besteht. Die Schale S weist insbesondere einer Dicke im Bereich von 5 nm bis 20 nm auf.
  • Als Abscheidungshilfsmittel AD werden in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung ein Polymer P1 eingesetzt, was bevorzugt ausgewählt ist aus Polyestern aus Terephthalsäure und anderen aromatischen Dicarbonsäuren mit schmutzablösenden Eigenschaften. Dies sind sogenannte "Polyester-Soil-Release-Polymere".
  • Als Polymer P1 werden insbesondere die sogenannten
    • PEG/POET-(Polyethylenglykol/Polyoxyethylenterephthalat)-Polyester,
    • PET/POET-(Polyethylenterephthalat/Polyoxyethylenterephthalat) und PET/PEG-(Polyethylenterephthalat/Polyethylenglykol)-Polyester bevorzugt. Besonders bevorzugt sind davon PET/POET.
  • Das Polymer P1 weist, in einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform, mindestens ein Mol freie OH-Gruppe pro Mol Polymer auf, um eine kovalente Bindung an insbesondere eingesetzte Reaktivfarbstoff(e) zu ermöglichen.
  • Besonders bevorzugt weist das Polymer P1 mindestens zwei freie OH-Gruppen auf. Vorzugsweise sind die OH-Gruppen die Endgruppen des Polymers P1 .
  • Das Polymer P1 kann auch Gruppen ausgewählt aus Oxyalkylenoxygruppe [-O(CH2)tO-] oder Polyoxyalkyleneoxygruppe [-O(CH2)w-]sO- aufweisen, wobei t, w, s unabhängig voneinander ganze Zahlen sind.
  • Vorzugsweise wird die Oxyalkylenoxygruppe aus folgenden Gruppen ausgewählt: Oxy-1,3-propylenoxy [O-CH2CH2CH2O-], Oxy-1,2-ethylenoxy [-OCH2CH2O-]. Dabei können eine oder mehrere der CH2-Gruppen des Oxyalkylenoxy durch C1- bis C4-Alkylgruppen substituiert sein, so dass auch Oxy-1,2-propylenoxy {-OCH2[CH(CH3)]O-} als bevorzugte Oxyalkylenoxygruppe in Frage kommt.
  • Eine Polyoxyalkylenoxygruppe erleichtert die Wasserlöslichkeit des Polymers P1.
  • Vorzugsweise wird die Polyoxyalkylenoxygruppe ausgewählt aus:
    • Polyoxy-1,2-propylenoxy {-O(CH2[CH(CH3)]-}sO-;
    • Polyoxy-1,3-propylenoxy [O-CH2CH2CH2-]sO-; und
    • Polyoxy-1,2-ethylenoxy [O-CH2CH2-]sO-.
  • Die Polyoxyalkylenoxygruppe kann eine Mischung verschiedener Oxyalkylenoxygruppen sein. Im Polymer P1 können demnach verschiedene Polyoxyalkylenoxytypen vorhanden sein.
  • Das Polymer P1 kann auch eine 1,4-Phenyldicarboxylatgruppe umfassen. Diese hat bevorzugt die Struktur -OC(=O)-Phenylring-C(=O)-O-. Die beiden Carboxylatgruppen stehen dabei in para-Stellung zueinander am Phenylring.
  • Das Polymer P1 hat bevorzugt eine Struktur der chemischen Formel (I)*:
  • Dabei gilt in der chemischen Formel (I)*:
    • R2 ist ausgewählt aus CH3, H, bevorzugt R2 = H.
    • b = 2 oder 3, bevorzugt b = 3.
    • y = eine ganze Zahl im Bereich 2 bis 100, bevorzugt eine ganze Zahl im Bereich 5 bis 50.
    • n und m sind unabhängig voneinander jeweils eine ganze Zahl im 1 bis 100, bevorzugt jeweils eine ganze Zahl im 2 bis 30.
  • Die durch die mit "n" und "m" geklammerten Einheiten können abwechselnd oder in Blöcken im Polymer P1 der chemischen Struktur (I)* vorkommen. Die terminalen (End-)Gruppen des Polymers P1 der chemischen Struktur (I)* sind -(CH2)bOH.
  • Eine andere bevorzugte Struktur des Polymers P1 ist die chemische Struktur (II)*:
  • Dabei gilt in der chemischen Strukturformel (II)*:
    • R1, R2 sind unabhängig voneinander jeweils ausgewählt aus (i), (ii), (iii), (iv), wobei (i) bevorzugt ist,
      1. (i) X-(OC2H4)n-(OC3H6)m-(*), worin X = C1-4-Alkyl, bevorzugt X = Methyl;
      2. (ii) X-(OC3H6)m-(OC2H4)n-(*), worin X = C1-4-Alkyl, bevorzugt X = Methyl;
      3. (iii) X-(OC3H6)m-(*), worin X = C1-4-Alkyl, bevorzugt X = Methyl;
      4. (iv) X-(OC2H4)n-(*), worin X = C1-4-Alkyl, bevorzugt X = Methyl;
    • wobei die -(OC2H4)-Gruppen und die (OC3H6)-Gruppen in den Resten (i) und (ii) blockweise oder gemischt (= nicht blockweise), bevorzugt blockweise, vorliegen,
    • wobei "(*)" die Bindung zum einfach gebundenen Sauerstoff der jeweiligen "COO" Gruppe in der Struktur (II)* bezeichnet,
    • n = eine ganze Zahl im Bereich von 12 bis 120, bevorzugt 40 bis 50,
    • m = eine ganze Zahl im Bereich von 1 bis 10, bevorzugt 2 bis 7,
    • a = eine ganze Zahl im Bereich von 4 bis 9.
  • Die Polymere P1 , insbesondere jene der chemischen Struktur (I)* oder (II)**, können auf verschiedenen Wegen synthetisiert werden, beispielsweise durch eine Veresterungsreaktion von Dimethylterephthalat mit Ethylenglykol und Polyethylenglykol. Diese Reaktion wird beschrieben durch F. Khorshahi, S. Lin, A. Jensen, D. Kwoh, Polymer Bulletin 1992, 28, 451 - 458.
  • Alternativ können die Polymere P1 , insbesondere jene der chemischen Struktur (I)*, durch die direkte Veresterung von Terephthalsäure mit Ethylenglykol und/oder Propylenglykol und Polypropylenglykol oder auch durch Umesterung eines Polyethylenterephthalats mit einem Polyethylenglykol oder Polypropylenglykol erhalten werden.
  • Es ist bevorzugt, dass das mittlere Molekulargewicht des Polymers P1 , insbesondere das mittlere Molekulargewicht der Polymere P1 der chemischen Struktur (I)* oder (II)**, im Bereich von 1000 g/mol bis 50000 g/mol liegt, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 1000 g/mol bis 15000 g/mol, bevorzugter von 2000 g/mol bis 10000 g/mol.
  • 1.1.7 Wirkstoff B
  • Die Mischung R umfasst insbesondere mindestens einen Wirkstoff B.
  • Der Wirkstoff B ist nicht weiter beschränkt und kann je nach Anwendung der Mischung R ausgewählt werden. Als Wirkstoff B kann gemäß der Erfindung ein verkapselter oder nicht verkapselter Wirkstoff eingesetzt werden.
  • Bevorzugt ist der Wirkstoff B ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Konservierungsstoff, Farbstoff, Parfum, Silikone, Schmutzlösepolymere auf Polyesterbasis, Hydrotrope, Trübungsmittel, Farbstoffe, Enzyme, Weichmacher, Polymere zur Verhinderung der erneuten Schmutzablagerung, Antioxidantien, pH-Regler und Puffer, Verdickungsmittel, externe Strukturmittel zur Rheologiemodifizierung, umfasst, bevorzugt ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Konservierungsstoff, Silikone, Parfum, noch bevorzugter aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Silijone, Konservierungsstoff, und noch bevorzugter ist der mindestens eine Wirkstoff B ein Konservierungsstoff.
  • 1.1.8 Parfüm
  • Ein bevorzugter Wirkstoff B ist ein Parfüm PF oder eine Parfümmischung MPF . Die Bestandteile des Parfüms PF können aus Materialien sowohl natürlichen als auch synthetischen Ursprungs ausgewählt werden.
  • 1.1.9 Konservierungsstoff
  • Die Mischung R umfasst als bevorzugte Ausführungsform als Wirkstoff B mindestens einen Konservierungsstoff ("preservative").
  • Diese sind dem Fachmann bekannt. Der Konservierungsstoff ist bevorzugt ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Benzoat, bevorzugt Natriumbenzoat; Isothiazoline, bevorzugt ausgewählt aus Isothiazoline ausgewählt aus Methylisothiazolinon ("MIT"; CAS-Nr.: 2682-20-4), Chlormethylisothiazolinon ("CIT"; CAS-Nr.: 26172-55-4), Benzisothiazolinon ("BIT"; CAS-Nr.: 2634-33-5); Phenoxyethanol; Parabene.
  • Phenoxyethanol ist als Konservierungsstoff besonders bevorzugt.
  • In den Ausführungsformen, in denen die Mischung R mindestens einen Konservierungsstoff umfasst, ist es bevorzugt, dass der Gehalt aller Konservierungsstoffe, die von der Mischung R umfasst ist, im Bereich 1 ppm bis 10 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 10 ppm bis 5 Gew.-%, bevorzugter 100 ppm bis 1 Gew.-%, noch bevorzugter 500 ppm bis 0.5 Gew.-%, noch bevorzugter 1000 ppm bis 2500 ppm liegt, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Mischung R.
  • 1.1.10 Silikone
  • Silikone sind im Sinne der Erfindung insbesondere ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Polyalkylsiloxane, Polyarylsiloxane, Polyalkylarylsiloxane, Polyethersiloxan-Copolymer, Aminosilikone, Silikongummis, vernetzte Silikonelastomere.
  • In den Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung, in denen die Mischung R ein Silikon umfasst, ist es bevorzugt, dass der Anteil aller Silikone, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der der Mischung R, 0.0001 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0.001 Gew.-%bis 5 Gew.-%, bevorzugter 0.01 Gew.-%bis 2.5 Gew.%, bevorzugter 0.1 Gew.-%bis 1 Gew.-% beträgt.
  • 1.2 Herstellung der Mischung R
  • Die Mischung R kann durch Mischen der Bestandteile in einem geeigneten Mischer hergestellt werden. Zur Herstellung einer Mischung R, die Wirkstoffkapseln WK umfasst, ist es sinnvoll, mindestens ein amphoteres Tensid TAmph und mindestens ein Biotensid SBio vorzulegen und WK dann darin zu mischen.
  • Dadurch wird eine homogenere stabilere Mischung R erhalten, da sich die Wirkstoffkapseln in der Mischung R nicht so schnell absetzen wie in den Dispersionen, die gemäß dem Stand der Technik, WO 2014/173659 A1 , erhalten werden.
  • Die Mischung R umfasst bevorzugt Wasser.   • Der pH-Wert des Wassers in der Mischung R liegt bevorzugt im Bereich 3 bis 9, noch bevorzugter bei 4 bis 8, noch bevorzugter bei 5.5 bis 7.5, noch bevorzugter bei 6.0 bis 7.0, gemessen bei 25 °C.
  • Die Mischung R kann weitere Bestandteile umfassen, insbesondere ausgewählt aus den folgenden Punkten i. bis iv.:
    1. i. Pflanzenöle: Erdnussöl, Cannolaöl, Rizinusöl, Kakaobutter, Kokosöl, Maisöl, Baumwollsamenöl, Olivenöl, Palmkernöl, Rapsöl, Distelöl, Sesamöl und Sojaöl;
    2. ii. Ester: Butylmyristat, Cetylpalmitat, Decyloleat, Glyceryllaurat, Glycerylricinoleat, Glycerylstearat, Glycerylisostearat, Hexyllaurat, Isobutylpalmitat, Isocetylstearat, Isopropylisostearat, Isopropyllaurat, Isopropyllinoleat, Isopropylmyristat, Isopropylpalmitat, Isopropylstearat, Propylenglykolmonolaurat, Propylenglykolricinoleat, Propylenglykolstearat und Propylenglykolisostearat;
    3. iii. Tierische Fette: Acetylatelte Lanolinalkohole, Lanolin, Schweineschmalz, Nerzöl und Talg;
    4. iv. Fettsäuren und Alkohole: Behensäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, Behenylalkohol, Cetylalkohol, Eicosanylalkohol und Isocetylalkohol;
    5. v. Wirkstoffe in Handwasch- und Textilreinigungszusammensetzungen, die sich besonders zum Suspendieren eignen, wie Trübungsmittel und visuelle Hinweise, entweder mit oder ohne darin eingebettete funktionelle Inhaltsstoffe und andere Inhaltsstoffe, antimikrobielle Mittel;
    6. vi. Schmutzlösepolymere auf Polyesterbasis, Hydrotrope, Trübungsmittel, Farbstoffe, Enzyme, weitere Tenside wie nichtionische, kationische und/oder amphotere Tenside, Weichmacher, Polymere zur Verhinderung der erneuten Schmutzablagerung, Bleichmittel, Bleichaktivatoren und Bleichkatalysatoren, Antioxidantien, pH-Regler und Puffer, Verdickungsmittel, externe Strukturmittel zur Rheologiemodifizierung sowie dem Fachmann bekannte visuelle Hinweise.
  • Die Enzyme können beispielsweise ausgewählt sein aus Proteasen (z.B. jene in der WO 2016/146497 A1 beschriebenen), α-Amylasen, Cellulasen, Lipasen, Peroxidasen/Oxidasen, Pektatlyasen, Cutinasen und Mannanasen oder Mischungen davon.
  • Als Enzyme können auch jene in der WO 2012/010405 A1 beschriebenen Enzyme eingesetzt werden.
  • Die Mischung R kann als Gel oder Flüssigkeit vorliegen.
  • 2. Verfahren zur Behandlung einer Metalloberfläche OM
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft in einem ersten Aspekt ein Verfahren zur Behandlung, bevorzugt zum Waschen und/oder Reinigen, einer Metalloberfläche OM.
  • Die Metalloberfläche OM umfasst bevorzugt mindestens ein Metall ausgewählt aus Magnesium, Eisen, Kupfer, Zink, Aluminium, insbesondere Magnesium, Eisen, Kupfer, Aluminium, noch bevorzugter Magnesium, Eisen, Aluminium, noch bevorzugter Aluminium, Eisen, und ist ganz bevorzugt Eisen, besonders bevorzugt eine Stahloberfläche.
  • Im Sinne der Erfindung ist unter "Aluminium" insbesondere sowohl unlegiertes Aluminium als auch Aluminiumlegierungen, bei denen insbesondere der Massengehalt an Aluminium größer ist als der jedes anderen enthaltenen Elements, zu verstehen. Bevorzugt ist der Aluminiumwerkstoff unlegiertes Aluminium. Unlegiertes Aluminium ist insbesondere Reinstaluminium mit einem Reinheitsgehalt von > 99.0 Gew.-%, bevorzugter > 99.9 Gew.-%. Aluminiumlegierungen, enthalten neben dem Aluminium insbesondere mindestens ein Legierungsmetall ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Magnesium, Mangan, Silicium, Zink, Blei, Kupfer, Titan, Eisen, bevorzugter ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Magnesium, Mangan, Silicium, Zink, Blei, Kupfer, Titan. Das Aluminium kann auch als Aluminiumwerkstoff, insbesondere als Knetlegierung oder als Gusslegierung von Aluminium, vorliegen.
  • Im Sinne der Erfindung ist "Eisen" insbesondere sowohl unlegiertes Eisen als auch Eisenlegierungen, wie insbesondere Stahl. Unlegiertes Eisen ist insbesondere Eisen mit einem Reinheitsgehalt von > 99.0 Gew.-%, bevorzugter > 99.9 Gew.-%. Unter "Stahl" ist im Sinne dieser Erfindung insbesondere jede Eisenlegierung zu verstehen, bei der der Massengehalt an Eisen größer ist als der jedes anderen enthaltenen Elements. Bevorzugt beträgt der Anteil an Eisen im Stahlwerkstoff > 50 Gew.-%, bevorzugter ≥ 60 Gew.-%, noch mehr bevorzugter ≥ 70 Gew.-%, noch mehr bevorzugter ≥ 80 Gew.-%, noch mehr bevorzugter ≥ 99 Gew.-%. Der Stahlwerkstoff enthält erfindungsgemäß neben dem Eisen insbesondere mindestens ein Legierungsmetall ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Nickel, Chrom, Vanadium, Molybdän, Niob, Wolfram, Kobalt, Magnesium, Mangan, Silicium, Zink, Blei, Kupfer, Titan, bevorzugter ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Nickel, Chrom, Vanadium, Molybdän, Niob, Wolfram, Kobalt, Magnesium, Mangan, Titan, besonders Chrom, wobei dieses noch bevorzugter einen Massenanteil im Stahlwerkstoff höher als 10.5 Gew.-%, aber kleiner als 50 Gew.-% hat. Noch mehr bevorzugter ist der Kohlenstoffgehalt im Stahlwerkstoff dann stets gleichzeitig < 2.06 Gew.-%, bevorzugter ≤ 1.2 Gew.-%. Es versteht sich von selbst, dass die Summe der Gehalte aus Eisen, Legierungsmetall (beispielsweise Chrom) und Kohlenstoff im Stahlwerkstoff 100 Gew.-% nicht überschreiten darf. Der Stahl kann auch als Stahlwerkstoff, insbesondere als Knetlegierung oder als Gusslegierung desselben, vorliegen. Der Stahl kann ausgewählt sein aus Edestahl, Baustahl, feuerverzinkter Stahl.
  • Im Sinne der Erfindung ist "Kupfer" insbesondere sowohl unlegiertes Kupfer als auch Kupferlegierungen, bei denen Kupfer den Hauptanteil hat (> 50 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gewicht der Legierung), wie insbesondere Messing. Unlegiertes Kupfer ist insbesondere Kupfer mit einem Reinheitsgehalt von > 99.0 Gew.-%, bevorzugter > 99.9 Gew.-%.
  • Im Sinne der Erfindung ist "Zink" insbesondere sowohl unlegiertes Zink als auch Zinklegierungen, bei denen Zink den Hauptanteil (> 50 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gewicht der Legierung) hat. Unlegiertes Zink ist insbesondere Zink mit einem Reinheitsgehalt von > 99.0 Gew.-%, bevorzugter > 99.9 Gew.-%.
  • Im Sinne der Erfindung ist "Magnesium" insbesondere eine Magnesiumlegierung, insbesondere mit Zink und/oder Magnesium, wie insbesondere Magnesium MgAl9Zn1 (auch bezeichnet als "Magnesium AZ91").
  • Der pH-Wert des Wassers in der Mischung R, besonders bevorzugt wenn dieses als Waschlauge eingesetzt wird, liegt bevorzugt im Bereich 3 bis 9, noch bevorzugter bei 4 bis 8, noch bevorzugter bei 5.5 bis 7.5, noch bevorzugter bei 6.0 bis 7.0, gemessen bei 25 °C.
  • Die Mischung R ist besonders zum Waschen in Wasser mit hoher Wasserhärte geeignet, vorzugsweise größer als 5 °FH, vorzugsweise größer als 40 °FH, noch besser größer als 90 °FH, wobei "1 °FH" 10 µg CaCO3 pro 1 Liter Wasser entspricht.
  • Die Temperatur, bei welcher das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren durchgeführt wird, ist nicht weiter beschränkt.
  • Bevorzugt wird das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von ≥ 0°C, bevorzugter bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 1 °C bis 99 °C, bevorzugter bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 5 °C bis 70 °C, bevorzugter bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 10 °C bis 60 °C, noch bevorzugter bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 15 °C bis 50 °C, noch bevorzugter bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 18 °C bis 45 °C, noch bevorzugter bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 20 °C bis 40 °C, noch bevorzugter bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 21 °C bis 38 °C, noch bevorzugter bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 25 °C bis 35 °C, noch bevorzugter bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 27 °C bis 33 °C durchgeführt.
  • Es ist bevorzugt, dass das Kontaktieren der Metalloberfläche OM mit der Mischung R im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren mindestens 1 s dauert, bevorzugt mindestens 5 s, bevorzugter 5 s bis 300 min, bevorzugter 10 s bis 220 min, bevorzugter 30 s bis 200 min, bevorzugter 45 s bis 180 min, bevorzugter 60 s bis 150 min, bevorzugt 120 s bis 120 min, bevorzugter 180 s bis 90 min, bevorzugter 3 min bis 60 min, bevorzugter 5 min bis 30 min, noch bevorzugter 6 min bis 20 min, noch bevorzugter 8 min bis 15 min, noch bevorzugter 10 min bis 12 min dauert. Nach diesem Zeitraum erfolgt dann gegebenenfalls das Spülen der Metalloberfläche OM mit Wasser, so dass mindestens ein Teil der die Metalloberfläche OM kontaktierenden Mischung R entfernt wird.
  • Die Mischung R umfasst vorzugsweise keine Builder (Gerüststoffe), kann diese aber in einer weniger bevorzugten Ausführungsform umfassen.
  • Weiteres wesentliches Merkmal des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens ist, dass die, bevorzugt wässrige, Mischung R die Oberfläche OM kontaktiert.
  • "Kontaktiert" bedeutet, dass die Mischung R in direktem Kontakt mit der Oberfläche OM steht. "In direktem Kontakt stehen" bedeutet im Sinne der Erfindung insbesondere "benetzen".
  • Die Oberfläche OM ist insbesondere mindestens ein Teil der Oberfläche O eines Objektes O.
  • Es versteht sich daher von selbst, dass das Objekt O und die Mischung R über die Oberfläche OM in direktem Kontakt stehen. Es wurde nämlich überraschend gefunden, dass die Behandlung, insbesondere Waschen oder Reinigen, des Objekts O, mit der Mischung R besonders vorteilhaft ist, da die Korrosion an der Oberfläche OM dadurch besonders effizient minimiert wird.
  • 3. Verwendung
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft in einem zweiten Aspekt die Verwendung der Mischung R umfassend
    1. i. mindestens ein amphoteres Tensid TAmph,
    2. ii. mindestens ein Biotensid SBio,
    zur Inhibierung der Korrosion einer Metalloberfläche OM.
  • Die Verwendung findet am bevorzugtesten in einem Verfahren gemäß dem ersten Aspekt der Erfindung statt.
  • Die Zusammensetzungen der Erfindung sind vorzugsweise unbehandelt.
  • Alle angegebenen Prozent (%) sind, wenn nicht anders angegeben, Massenprozent.
  • pH Werte werden im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung bei 25 °C gemessen, soweit nicht anders angegeben.
  • In den nachfolgend aufgeführten Beispielen wird die vorliegende Erfindung beispielhaft beschrieben, ohne dass die Erfindung, deren Anwendungsbreite sich aus der gesamten Beschreibung und den Ansprüchen ergibt, auf die in den Beispielen genannten Ausführungsformen beschränkt sein soll.
  • Beispiele: 1. Verwendete Chemikalien
  • Die folgenden Chemikalien wurden verwendet.
    • Rewoferm ® RL 210 ("RL"; 50 Gew.-% Rhamnolipid; Evonik Industries AG);
    • Rewoteric ® AM KSF 40 (40 Gew.-% Natriumcocoamphopropionat, CAS-Nummer.: 93820-52-1; Evonik Industries AG);
    • Rewoferm ® SL ONE ("SL"; 45 Gew.-% Sophorolipid; Evonik Industries AG);
    • Texapon ® N 70 ("SLES"; 70 Gew.-% Natriumlaurylethersulfat; CAS-Nummer: 68585-34-2; BASF);
    • Marlon ARL [80 Gew.-% lineare Alkylbenzensulfonate (davon ~ 14 Gew-% Natriumtoluensulfonat); CAS-Nummer: 68411-30-3; 20 Gew.-% Wasser; Sasol];
    • Plantacare ® 818 UP (100 Gew.-% Coco-Glucosid, CAS-Nummer: 1310-73-2; BASF);
    • Tomadol 91-6 (100 Gew.-% Fettalkoholethoxylat, CAS-Nummer: 68439-46-3; Evonik Industries AG); Tego Betain C 60 (47 Gew.-% Cocamidopropylbetain, CAS-Nummer: 97862-59-4; Evonik Industries AG).
    2. Versuchsdurchführung
  • Eine Baustahlplatte ST 35 wurde mit verschiedenen Testlösungen, die durch 1:200 Verdünnung in aufgehärtetem Wasser von 16 °dGH aus den nachfolgend beschriebenen Formulierungen 1) bis 10) erhalten wurden, aus einer Triggersprayflasche besprüht, so dass die Fläche vollständig bedeckt war. Nach 30 Minuten wurde die Platte erneut eingesprüht. Nach einer Zeit von 120 Minuten wurde die Platte mit Ethanol abgewaschen und trocknen gelassen. Eine optische Evaluierung der entstandenen Korrosion wurde umgehend durchgeführt.
  • Es wurden die einzelnen Komponenten in den folgenden Formulierungen 1) bis 10) getestet. Dabei handelte es sich um Biotenside [Rhamnolipide in Formulierung 2), Sophorolipide in Formulierung 4)], das amphotere Tensid Natriumcocoamphopropionat [in Testformulierung 2)] und des Weiteren auch noch andere häufig in Autoshampoos eingesetzte Tenside [in Testformulierungen 4) bis 9)]. Als Vergleich wurde in Testformulierung 10) eine Testlösung ohne Tensid (lediglich Konservierungsstoff Phenoxyethanol) getestet.
  • Die genaue Zusammensetzung der Formulierungen 1) bis 10) war wir folgt:
    1. 1.) 74 % Wasser, 8 Gew.-% Rewoferm RL 210, 17.5 Gew.-% Rewoteric AM KSF 40 MB, 0.5 Gew.% Phenoxyethanol;
    2. 2.) 77.5 % Wasser, 22 Gew.-% Rewoferm RL 210, 0.5 Gew.-% Phenoxyethanol;
    3. 3.) 72 % Wasser, 27.5 % Rewoteric AM KSF 40 MB, 0.5 % Phenoxyethanol;
    4. 4.) 76.1 % Wasser, 23.4 % Rewoferm SL ONE, 0,5 % Phenoxyethanol;
    5. 5.) 83.3 % Wasser, 15.7 % Texapon N 70, 0.5 % Phenoxyethanol;
    6. 6.) 85.8 % Wasser, 13.8 % Marlon ARL, 0.5 % Phenoxyethanol;
    7. 7.) 88.5 % Wasser, 11 % Plantacare 818 UP, 0.5 % Phenoxyethanol;
    8. 8.) 88.5 % Wasser, 11 % Tomadol 91-6, 0.5 % Phenoxyethanol;
    9. 9.) 76.1 % Wasser, 13.8 % Tego Betain C 60, 0.5 % Phenoxyethanol;

    3. Ergebnisse
  • Die Evaluierung der jeweils behandelten Platte wurde optisch durchgeführt und die Korrosion nach Größe der korrodierten Oberfläche in einem Zahlsystem von 0 (keinerlei Anzeichen für Korrosion) bis 10 (starke Korrosion) kategorisiert. Die Ergebnisse waren wie folgt:

  • Die Einzelkomponenten in den Testformulierungen 2), 3) und 4) erzeugten nur minimale Korrosion, das heißt einzelne, kleine Rostflecken auf der Platte (Werte von "0.5" bis "2").
  • Bei der Formulierung 1) zeigte sich eine weitere Verbesserung gegenüber den Formulierungen 2) bis 4): Bei Anwendung der Formulierung 1) waren nicht einmal einzelne Rostflecken zu beobachten. Als Einzige erzeugte somit die Tensidkombination in der Formulierung 1) keinerlei Korrosion auf dem Stahlblech (Wert "0"), was eine qualitative Verbesserung der Antikorrosionswirkung gegenüber den Formulierungen 2) bis 4) zeigte.
  • Es zeigt sich somit, dass überraschenderweise die Kombination aus Biotenside (hier RL, aber auch SL) auf dem Stahlblechen die Korrosion besonders gut verhinderte. Die Korrosion wird somit nur bei der Kombination aus Biotensiden (Rewoferm RL 210) und amphoteren Tensiden (Rewoteric AM KSF 40) wie in der Formulierung 1) vollständig unterbunden. Werden die jeweiligen Tenside einzeln [Formulierungen 2) bis 4)] in derselben Menge eingesetzt, wird eine, wenn auch minimale, Korrosion beobachtet.
  • Es handelt sich somit um einen synergistischen Effekt.

Claims (15)

  1. Verfahren zur Behandlung, bevorzugt zur Reinigung, einer Metalloberfläche Om wobei OM mit einer, bevorzugt wässrigen, Mischung R umfassend
    i. mindestens ein amphoteres Tensid TAmph,
    ii. mindestens ein Biotensid SBio ,
    kontaktiert wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das amphotere Tensid TAmpn eine chemische Struktur aufweist, die mindestens eine anionische Gruppe ausgewählt aus -COO- oder -SO3 - und mindestens eine quaternäre Ammoniumgruppe als kationische Gruppe umfasst; oder wobei TAmph mindestens eine Aminoxidfunktion umfasst.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei das amphotere Tensid TAmpn aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Amphoacetate, Amphodiacetate, Amphopropionate, Amphodipropionate, Aminoxide, Betaine ausgewählt ist, insbesondere aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Amphoacetate, Amphodiacetate, Amphopropionate, Amphodipropionate ausgewählt ist.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Biotensid SBio aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Rhamnolipide, Sophorolipide, Glucolipide ausgewählt ist, und bevorzugt ein Rhamnolipid ist.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Gesamtgewicht aller amphoteren Tenside TAmpn in der Mischung R und aller Biotenside SBio in der Mischung R im Bereich 0.0001 Gew.-% bis 99 Gew.-% liegt, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Mischung R.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei das Verhältnis des Gesamtgewichts aller amphoteren Tenside TAmph in der Mischung R zum Gesamtgewicht aller Biotenside SBio in der Mischung R im Bereich von 1 : 99 bis 99 : 1 liegt.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst:
    (i) Bereitstellen einer, bevorzugt wässrigen, Mischung R* umfassend das mindestens eine amphotere Tensid TAmph und das mindestens eine Biotensid SBio,
    (ii) Verdünnen der Mischung R* mit Wasser, wodurch die Mischung R erhalten wird,
    (iii) Kontaktieren der Metalloberfläche Om mit R,
    (iv) gegebenenfalls Spülen der Metalloberfläche Om mit Wasser, so dass mindestens ein Teil der die Metalloberfläche Om kontaktierenden Mischung R entfernt wird.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Mischung R mindestens ein von SBio verschiedenes Tensid T*, wobei T* aus der Gruppe bestehend aus nichtionisches, anionisches, kationisches Tensid ausgewählt ist, umfasst.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Mischung R wässrig ist und einen pH im Bereich von 1.0 bis 10.0 aufweist.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Metalloberfläche OM mindestens ein Metall ausgewählt aus Magnesium, Eisen, Kupfer, Zink, Aluminium umfasst, und bevorzugt eine Stahloberfläche ist.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei die Metalloberfläche OM die Oberfläche eines Objektes O ist, wobei O insbesondere ein Fahr- oder Flugzeug ist.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei O aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Auto, Flugzeug, Eisenbahn, Motorrad, Fahrrad, Boot, Unterseeboot, Drohne ausgewählt ist, und O bevorzugt ein Auto ist.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei die Mischung R mindestens einen Wirkstoff B umfasst, der ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Konservierungsstoff, Farbstoff, Parfum, Silikone, Schmutzlösepolymere auf Polyesterbasis, Hydrotrope, Trübungsmittel, Farbstoffe, Enzyme, Weichmacher, Polymere zur Verhinderung der erneuten Schmutzablagerung, Antioxidantien, pH-Regler und Puffer, Verdickungsmittel, externe Strukturmittel zur Rheologiemodifizierung.
  14. Verwendung einer Mischung R umfassend
    i. mindestens ein amphoteres Tensid TAmph,
    ii. mindestens ein Biotensid SBio,
    zur Inhibierung der Korrosion einer Metalloberfläche OM.
  15. Verwendung gemäß Anspruch 14 in einem Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13.
