Anordnung mit wenigstens einer Schubladenausziehführung (9), wobei die Schubladenausziehführung (9) eine an einem Möbelkorpus zu befestigende Korpusschiene (10) und wenigstens eine relativ zur Korpusschiene (10) verfahrbare Ausziehschiene (11) aufweist, wobei die Schubladenausziehführung (9) wenigstens eine Koppelvorrichtung (18) zum lösbaren Koppeln der Aus ziehschiene (11) mit einer Schublade (1) umfasst, wobei - die Anordnung wenigstens eine Schubladenseitenwand (2) mit einem Hohlprofil aus Metall mit wenigstens einem ersten Koppelelement (18a) umfasst, welches mit der Koppelvorrichtung (18) der Schubladenausziehführung (9), vorzugsweise lösbar, koppelbar ist, und dass - die Anordnung wenigstens ein zweites Koppelelement (18c) umfasst, welches an einer Schublade (1) aus einem Holzmaterial zu befestigen ist und welches anstelle des wenigstens einen ersten Koppelelementes (18a) alternativ mit der Koppel Vorrichtung (18) der Schubladenausziehführung (9), vorzugsweise lösbar, koppelbar ist.

Description

Anordnung mit wenigstens einer Schubladenaus ziehführung
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Anordnung mit wenigstens einer Schubladenaus ziehführung, wobei die Schubladenaus ziehführung eine an einem Möbelkorpus zu befestigende Korpusschiene und wenigstens eine relativ zur Korpusschiene verfahrbare Aus ziehschiene aufweist , wobei die Schubladenaus ziehführung wenigstens eine Koppelvorrichtung zum lösbaren Koppeln der Ausziehschiene mit einer Schublade umfasst .
Darüber hinaus betri f ft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Kopplung einer Schubladenseitenwand oder einer Schublade mit einer Aus ziehschiene einer Schubladenaus ziehführung .
Gemäß dem Stand der Technik sind Koppelvorrichtungen (EP 0 421 458 Bl , EP 3 167 756 Al , DE 33 47 540 Al , DE 20 2008 006 214 Ul , EP 0 421 458 Al ) bekannt , durch die eine Schublade in ihrer Gesamtheit an einer aus ziehbaren Schiene einer Schubladenaus ziehführung montierbar und demontierbar ist , sodass die Schublade - beispielsweise zu Reinigungs zwecken - von der Schubladenaus ziehführung getrennt und im Anschluss daran wieder befestigt werden kann .
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es , eine verbesserte Koppelvorrichtung anzugeben, welche universeller einsetzbar ist .
Dies wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst . Weitere Aus führungsbeispiele der vorliegenden Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen definiert .
Gemäß der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass
- die Anordnung wenigstens eine Schubladenseitenwand mit einem Hohlprofil aus Metall mit wenigstens einem ersten Koppelelement umfasst , welches mit der Koppelvorrichtung der Schubladenaus ziehführung, vorzugsweise lösbar, koppelbar ist , und dass
- die Anordnung wenigstens ein zweites Koppelelement umfas st , welches an einer Schublade aus einem Hol zmaterial zu befestigen ist und welches anstelle des wenigstens einen ersten Koppelelementes alternativ mit der Koppelvorrichtung der Schubladenaus ziehführung, vorzugsweise lösbar, koppelbar ist .
Mit anderen Worten ist eine Koppelvorrichtung vorgesehen, welche sich einerseits für die lösbare Kopplung einer aus einem Hohlprofil bestehenden Seitenwand mit einer Aus ziehschiene einer Schubladenaus ziehführung und andererseits für die lösbare Kopplung einer aus einem Hol zmaterial bestehenden Schublade mit einer Aus ziehschiene einer Schubladenaus ziehführung eignet .
Die Koppelvorrichtung ist daher universeller einsetzbar, ohne dass dabei die Notwendigkeit besteht , dass zwei verschieden ausgebildete Koppelvorrichtungen zur Erfüllung dieser Funktionen vorgesehen werden müssen .
Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der vorliegenden Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Figurenbeschreibung .

Fig . la zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht einer Schublade 1 mit Schubladenseitenwänden 2 , einer mit den Schubladenseitenwänden 2 zu verbindenden Frontblende 3 , einem Schubladenboden 4 und einer Rückwand 5 .
Die Schubladenseitenwände 2 umfassen j eweils eine
Verbindungsvorrichtung 6 zum, vorzugsweise lösbaren, Verbinden der Frontblende 3 mit der Schubladenseitenwand 2 . Die Schubladenseitenwände 2 weisen j eweils ein Hohlprofil 8 aus Metall auf , in welchem die Verbindungsvorrichtung 6 zumindest bereichsweise , vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen vollständig, anordenbar ist .
Die Schubladenseitenwand 2 weist eine der Frontblende 3 zugewandte Stirnseite 7 auf , wobei die Verbindungsvorrichtung 6 in einem verbundenen Zustand zwischen der Schubladenseitenwand 2 und der Frontblende 3 zumindest bereichsweise eine der Schubladenseitenwand 2 zugewandte Rückseite der Frontblende 3 kontaktiert .
Die Schublade 1 ist über eine Schubladenaus ziehführung 9 relativ zu einem hier nicht gezeigten Möbelkorpus verfahrbar gelagert . Die Schubladenaus ziehführung 9 umfasst eine an einem Möbelkorpus zu befestigende Korpusschiene 10 und wenigstens eine relativ zur Korpusschiene 10 bewegbare Aus ziehschiene 11 . Die Schublade 1 ist über eine noch zu beschreibende Koppelvorrichtung 18 ( Fig . 2a) mit der Aus ziehschiene 11 der Schubladenaus ziehführung 9 lösbar koppelbar .
Die Schublade 1 umfasst wenigstens eine parallel zur Frontblende 3 anordenbare Rückwand 5. Die Schubladenseitenwand 2 kann wenigstens einen Rückwandhalter 12 aufweisen, über welchen die Rückwand 5 mit der Schubladenseitenwand 2 , vorzugsweise lösbar, verbindbar ist .
Fig . 1b zeigt den in Fig . la eingerahmten Bereich in einer vergrößerten Ansicht .
Fig . 1c zeigt ein Halteteil 13 , welches beispielsweise über Schrauben 14 und/oder Dübel an der Rückseite der Frontblende 3 zu befestigen ist . Fig . Id zeigt das an der Rückseite der Frontblende 3 befestigte Halteteil 13 . Die Verbindungsvorrichtung 6 kann vorteilhafterweise eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung 29 ( Fig . 5 ) aufweisen, durch welche das Halteteil 13 mit der Schubladenseitenwand 2 lösbar verriegelbar ist .
Fig . 2a zeigt die Schubladenseitenwand 2 in einer perspektivischen Ansicht von oben, wobei die Schubladenseitenwand 2 über eine Koppelvorrichtung 18 mit der Aus ziehschiene 11 der Schubladenaus ziehführung 9 lösbar koppelbar ist . Im gezeigten Aus führungsbeispiel ist ein an der Schubladenseitenwand 2 angeordnetes erstes Koppelelement 18a vorgesehen, welches mit einem Koppelhebel 18b der Aus ziehschiene 11 lösbar koppelbar ist . In der gezeigten Figur 2a ist der ungekoppelte Zustand zwischen dem Koppelelement 18a und dem Koppelhebel 18b gezeigt .
Die Koppelvorrichtung 18 mit dem ersten Koppelelement 18a und die Verbindungsvorrichtung 6 zum, vorzugsweise lösbaren, Verbinden der Frontblende 3 mit der Schubladenseitenwand 2 sind zu einer gemeinsamen Baueinheit zusammengefasst .
Der Koppelhebel 18b zum lösbaren Koppeln mit dem ersten Koppelelement 18a ist an der Aus ziehschiene 11 um eine in Montagelage vertikal verlaufende Achse biegbar oder verschwenkbar gelagert .
Die Schubladenaus ziehführung 9 kann eine Höheneinstellvorrichtung 17 mit einem bewegbaren Betätigungselement 17a aufweisen, wobei eine Höhenlage der Schublade 1 relativ zur Aus ziehschiene 11 durch eine Betätigung des Betätigungselementes 17a einstellbar ist .
Im hinteren Bereich der Aus ziehschiene 11 ist ein Haken 15 vorgesehen, welcher mit einem vorgegebenen Abstand zur Oberseite der Aus ziehschiene 11 angeordnet ist und welcher sich in Längsrichtung L der Schubladenseitenwand 2 erstreckt . In einem montierten Zustand der Schubladenseitenwand 2 ist der Haken 15 in einem Loch 16 des Rückwandhalters 12 auf genommen . Der Haken 15 definiert eine hintere Position der Schublade 1 an der Aus ziehschiene 11 . Darüber hinaus kann der hintere Bereich der Schublade 1 durch den in das Loch 16 eingrei fenden Haken 15 in einer quer zur Längsrichtung L der Schubladenseitenwand 2 verlaufenden Richtung stabilisiert werden .
Fig . 2b zeigt den in Fig . 2a eingerahmten Bereich in einer vergrößerten Ansicht . Gemäß einem Aus führungsbeispiel kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Schubladenseitenwand 2 im Wesentlichen quaderförmig und/oder in einer Querschnittsebene senkrecht zur Längsrichtung L der Schubladenseitenwand 2 im Wesentlichen rechteckig ausgebildet ist .
Die Verbindungsvorrichtung 6 zum lösbaren Verbinden mit der Frontblende 3 umfasst die Koppelvorrichtung 18 , durch welche die Schubladenseitenwand 2 mit der Aus ziehschiene 11 der Schubladenaus ziehführung 9 lösbar koppelbar ist .
Im gezeigten Aus führungsbeispiel umfasst die Koppelvorrichtung 18 wenigstens ein an der Schubladenseitenwand 2 angeordnetes erstes Koppelelement 18a, welches mit dem Koppelhebel 18b lösbar koppelbar ist .
Das erste Koppelelement 18a weist in der gezeigten Figur eine Anlagefläche 19 , eine erste in Längsrichtung L verlaufende Anschlagfläche 20a und/oder eine zweite Anschlagfläche 20b auf , welche sich quer zur Längsrichtung L der Schubladenseitenwand 2 erstreckt . In der gezeigten Konfiguration ist die Anlagefläche 19 zur Anlage an der Schubladenseitenwand 2 , die erste Anschlagfläche 20a zur Anlage an einem Vertikalsteg 23 der Aus ziehschiene 11 und die zweite Anschlagfläche 20b zur Anlage am Koppelhebel 18b ausgebildet . Durch die in einer Längsrichtung L der Schubladenseitenwand 2 versetzten Verriegelungs flächen 22 kann die Schublade 1 in einem verriegelten Zustand mit der Aus ziehschiene 11 verschiedene Tiefenpositionen einnehmen, sodass die Vorderseite der Frontblende 3 im Wesentlichen in einer gemeinsamen Ebene zu benachbarten Frontblenden ausrichtbar ist .
Selbstverständlich ist es in kinematischer Umkehr auch möglich, dass der Koppelhebel 18b an Verbindungsvorrichtung 6 der Schubladenseitenwand 2 und das erste Koppelelement 18a an der Aus ziehschiene 11 angeordnet ist .
Darüber hinaus weist das erste Koppelelement 18a wenigstens eine Schrägfläche 20c auf , durch welche der Koppelhebel 18b beim Koppeln der Schubladenseitenwand 2 mit der Aus ziehschiene 11 entgegen einer Federkraft in eine Richtung quer zur Längsrichtung L der Schubladenseitenwand 2 auslenkbar ist . Nach dem Auslenken ist der Koppelhebel 18b durch die aufgebaute Federkraft selbsttätig mit dem ersten Koppelelement 18a verriegelbar .
Gemäß einem Aus führungsbeispiel kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Schubladenseitenwand 2 eine sich in Längsrichtung L der Schubladenseitenwand 2 verlaufende Nut 24 zur Aufnahme eines Randes des Schubladenbodens 4 aufweist . Die Nut 24 kann einen oberen Haltesteg 24a und einen davon beabstandeten und im Wesentlichen parallel verlaufenden unteren Haltesteg 24b aufweisen, zwischen denen der Rand des Schubladenbodens 4 anordenbar ist . Vorzugsweise kann vorgesehen sein, dass zumindest eine Seitenfläche der Schubladenseitenwand 2 aus einem einstückigen Blechstück gebildet ist , wobei die Nut 24 samt den beiden Haltestegen 24a, 24b in das Blechstück durch Umbiegungen eingeformt ist .
Fig . 3a zeigt die Kopplung der Schubladenseitenwand 2 in einer weiteren Stellung der Schubladenseitenwand 2 relativ zur Aus ziehschiene 11 .
Durch Aufschieben der Schubladenseitenwand 2 auf die Aus ziehschiene 11 der Schubladenaus ziehführung 9 wird der Koppelhebel 18b durch das Zusammenwirken der beiden Schrägflächen 20c, 21 in einer parallel zur Laufebene der Aus ziehschiene 11 verlaufenden Ebene verschwenkt , wobei ein Kraf tspeicher zur Kraftbeaufschlagung des Koppelhebels 18b auf ladbar ist .
Zu erkennen ist , dass das vordere Ende der Aus ziehschiene 11 einen, vorzugsweise nach vorne hin abfallenden, Steg 11a aufweist , welcher in einer Führung 25 des Koppelhebels 18b verschiebbar geführt ist . Durch den in die Führung 25 eingrei fenden Steg 11a ist der Koppelhebel 18b in eine seitliche Richtung präzise führbar .
Fig . 3b zeigt die verriegelte Stellung zwischen der Schubladenseitenwand 2 und der Aus ziehschiene 11 . Durch eine fortgesetzte Bewegung der Schubladenseitenwand 2 auf die Aus ziehschiene 11 ist der Koppelhebel 18b durch die Kraft des sich entspannenden Kraf tspeichers mit dem ersten Koppelelement 18a lösbar koppelbar . In der gekoppelten Stellung liegt die erste Anschlagfläche 20a des ersten Koppelelementes 18a am Vertikalsteg 23 der Aus ziehschiene 11 an und stabilisiert so die
Schubladenseitenwand 2 in einer quer zur Längsrichtung L verlaufenden Richtung . Der Koppelhebel 18b kann beispielsweise einen zur Handbetätigung ausgebildeten Gri f f 26 aufweisen, durch welchen die Kopplung zwischen der Schubladenseitenwand 2 und der Aus ziehschiene 11 lösbar ist . Durch eine manuelle Betätigung des Gri f fs 26 entgegen der federnden Kraft des Koppelhebels 18b ist die Kopplung zwischen der Schubladenseitenwand 2 und der Aus ziehschiene 11 wieder lösbar .
Fig . 4a zeigt die gekoppelte Stellung zwischen dem Koppelhebel 18b und dem ersten Koppelelement 18a in einer perspektivischen Ansicht . Das erste Koppelelement 18a ist im gezeigten Aus führungsbeispiel an einem Grundkörper 6a der Verbindungsvorrichtung 6 angeordnet , wobei der Grundkörper 6a in einem vorderen Bereich der Schubladenseitenwand 2 anordenbar ist .
Der Koppelhebel 18b mit den Verriegelungs flächen 22 ist an einem Biegegelenk 27 gelagert , welches bei diesem Aus führungsbeispiel den Kraf tspeicher zur Kraftbeaufschlagung des Koppelhebels 18b bildet .
Der Koppelhebel 18b umfasst die quer zur Längsrichtung L verlaufende Führung 25 zur linearen Führung des Steges 11a der Aus ziehschiene 11 . Der Koppelhebel 18b ist über wenigstens einen Befestigungsabschnitt 28 mit der Aus ziehschiene 11 der Schubladenaus ziehführung 9 verbindbar .
Fig . 4b zeigt einen Querschnitt des an der Aus ziehschiene 11 angeordneten Koppelhebels 18b . Zu erkennen ist der nach vorne hin abfallende Steg 11a der Aus ziehschiene 11 , wobei der Koppelhebel 18b über den in die Führung 25 eingrei fenden Steg 11a in einer quer zur Längsrichtung L verlaufenden Richtung verschiebbar geführt ist . Fig . 5 zeigt ein mögliches Aus führungsbeispiel einer Verbindungsvorrichtung 6 in einer Explosionsdarstellung . Die Verbindungsvorrichtung 6 weist einen, vorzugsweise aus Kunststof f bestehenden, Grundkörper 6a auf , welcher innerhalb des Hohlprofils 8 der Schubladenseitenwand 2 anordenbar ist . Zu erkennen ist , dass das erste Koppelelement 18a der Koppelvorrichtung 18 am oder im Grundkörper 6a der Verbindungsvorrichtung 6 angeordnet ist .
Die Verbindungsvorrichtung 6 weist eine sich in Längsrichtung L der Schubladenseitenwand 2 erstreckende Nut 24 auf , in welcher ein Rand des Schubladenbodens 4 anordenbar ist .
Gemäß bevorzugten Aus führungsbeispielen kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Verbindungsvorrichtung 6
- wenigstens eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung 29 aufweist , durch welche wenigstens ein an der Frontblende 3 zu befestigendes Halteteil 13 lösbar verriegelbar ist , vorzugsweise wobei die Verriegelungsvorrichtung 29 wenigstens ein, vorzugsweise federbelastetes und/oder verschiebbar gelagertes , Verriegelungselement 29a aufweist , und/oder
- wenigstens eine Einstellvorrichtung 31 aufweist , durch welche eine Lage der Frontblende 3 relativ zur Schubladenseitenwand 2 in wenigstens eine Richtung, vorzugsweise quer zu einer Längsrichtung L der Schubladenseitenwand 2 , einstellbar ist , vorzugsweise wobei die wenigstens eine Einstellvorrichtung 31 wenigstens einen Exzenter 32 aufweist , und/oder
- in einem montierten Zustand an der Schubladenseitenwand 2 - mit Ausnahme der Koppelvorrichtung 18 - im Wesentlichen vollständig innerhalb der Schubladenseitenwand 2 aufgenommen ist , und/oder
- einen Grundkörper 6a aufweist , vorzugsweise wobei der Grundkörper 6a aus Kunststof f gebildet und/oder im Wesentlichen L- förmig ausgebildet ist . Im gezeigten Aus führungsbeispiel weist die Verriegelungsvorrichtung 29 ein von einem Federelement 29b belastetes Verriegelungselement 29a mit einer Kerbe 30 auf , welche zur Aufnahme eines Bol zens 13a des Halteteiles 13 ausgebildet ist . Beim Einführen des Bol zens 13a in die Kerbe 30 wird das Verriegelungselement 29a durch die Schrägfläche 33 entgegen der Kraft des Federelementes 29b nach oben bewegt , wobei der Bol zen 13a anschließend in der Kerbe 30 verriegelbar ist .
Die Einstellvorrichtung 31 kann ein drehbares Einstellelement 31a mit wenigstens einem Exzenter 32 aufweisen, welcher zwischen den beiden parallel zueinander verlaufenden Seitenstegen des Halteteiles 13 anordenbar i st . Durch eine Drehung des Einstellelementes 31a ist das Halteteil 13 (und damit die Frontblende 3 ) in einer seitlichen Richtung relativ zum Grundkörper 6a einstellbar .
Fig . 6a zeigt die Schubladenseitenwand 2 mit dem Hohlprofil 8 in einer perspektivischen Ansicht von unten . In der gezeigten Figur ist das an der Frontblende 3 zu befestigende Halteteil 13 mit der Verriegelungsvorrichtung 29 der Verbindungsvorrichtung 6 verriegelt .
Fig . 6b zeigt den in Fig . 6a eingerahmten Bereich in einer vergrößerten Ansicht , aus welcher der vordere Endbereich der Schubladenseitenwand 2 näher hervorgeht . Das erste Koppelelement 18a der Koppelvorrichtung 18 i st zum lösbaren Koppeln mit der Aus ziehschiene 11 der Schubladenaus ziehführung 9 vorgesehen .
Das Verriegelungselement 29a der Verriegelungsvorrichtung 29 ragt von der Schubladenseitenwand 2 nach unten hin ab, wobei die Verriegelung zwischen dem Halteteil 13 und dem Verriegelungselement 29a durch Druckausübung auf das Verriegelungselement 29a lösbar ist .
Das Einstellelement 31a der Einstellvorrichtung 31 weist eine Aufnahme für ein Werkzeug auf , wobei eine Lage des Halteteiles 13 in einer quer zur Längsrichtung L der Schubladenseitenwand 2 verlaufenden Richtung durch eine Drehung des Einstellelementes 31a einstellbar ist .
Fig . 7a-7c zeigen die lösbare Verriegelung des an der Frontblende 3 zu befestigenden Halteteiles 13 mit der Verbindungsvorrichtung 6 in zeitlich aufeinanderfolgenden Schritten .
Fig . 7a zeigt das Halteteil 13 mit dem Bol zen 13a, welcher beim Einschieben des Halteteiles 13 mit dem Verriegelungselement 29a der Verriegelungsvorrichtung 29 lösbar verriegelbar ist .
Fig . 7b zeigt , dass das Verriegelungselement 29a beim Auftref fen des Bol zens 13a auf die Schrägfläche 33 des Verriegelungselementes 29a entgegen der Kraft des Federelementes 29b bewegt wird . Das Federelement 29b kann als Druckfeder ausgebildet sein . Damit wird also das Verriegelungselement 29a entgegen der Kraft des Federelementes 29b nach oben bewegt .
Fig . 7c zeigt , dass der Bol zen 13a des Halteteiles 13 durch die Kraft des sich entspannenden Federelementes 29b verriegelt wird, wobei sich der Bol zen 13a des Halteteiles 13 im verriegelten Zustand innerhalb der Kerbe 30 des Verriegelungselementes 29a befindet .
Fig . 8a zeigt ein weiteres Aus führungsbeispiel mit einer aus einem Hol zmaterial bestehenden Schublade 1 , welche über die Koppelvorrichtung 18 mit einer Aus ziehschiene 11 einer Schubladenaus ziehführung 9 lösbar koppelbar ist . Die Schublade 1 umfasst Schubladenseitenwände 2 , eine Rückwand 5 und einen
Schubladenboden 4 .
Im vorliegenden Aus führungsbeispiel können die Schubladenseitenwände 2 aus einem soliden Hol zmaterial gebildet sein . Damit die Schublade 1 mit der Aus ziehschiene 11 der Schubladenaus ziehführung 9 lösbar koppelbar ist , ist ein zweites Koppelelement 18c vorgesehen, welches an der Schublade 1 , vorzugsweise an einem Vertikalsteg 23b ( Fig . 8b ) der Schublade 1 , zu befestigen ist .
Fig . 8b zeigt den in Fig . 8a eingekreisten Bereich in einer vergrößerten Ansicht . Gemäß möglichen Aus führungsbeispielen kann vorgesehen sein, dass das zweite Koppelelement 18c
- an einem vorderen Ende der Schublade 1 zu befestigen ist , und/ oder
- wenigstens eine Befestigungsstelle 39 aufweist , durch welche das zweite Koppelelement 18c an der Schublade 1 zu befestigen ist , und/oder
- eine Anlagefläche 19 aufweist , vorzugsweise wobei die Anlagefläche 19 an der der Schublade 1 anlegbar ist , und/oder
- eine in Längsrichtung L der Schubladenseitenwand 2 verlaufende Anschlagfläche 20a aufweist , vorzugsweise wobei die Anschlagfläche 20a an einem Vertikalsteg 23 der Aus ziehschiene 11 der Schubladenaus ziehführung 9 anlegbar ist , und/oder
- eine quer zur Längsrichtung L der Schubladenseitenwand 2 verlaufende Anschlagfläche 20b aufweist , vorzugsweise wobei die Anschlagfläche 20b mit dem Koppelhebel 18b lösbar koppelbar ist , und/oder
- wenigstens eine Schrägfläche 20c aufweist , durch welche der Koppelhebel 18b beim Koppeln mit dem zweiten Koppelelement 18 c entgegen einer Federkraft in eine Richtung quer zur Längsrichtung L der Schubladenseitenwand 2 auslenkbar ist . Fig . 8c zeigt das an der Schublade 1 montierte zweite Koppelelement 18c, welches aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit gestrichelt dargestellt ist .
Fig . 8d zeigt das an der Schublade 1 montierte zweite Koppelelement 18c in einer weiteren perspektivischen Ansicht von unten, d . h . in Blickrichtung auf die Unterseite des Schubladenbodens 4 .
Fig . 9a zeigt das Aus führungsbeispiel gemäß den Fig . 8a- 8d mit dem zweiten Koppelelement 18c in einer ungekoppelten Stellung . Aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit ist die Schublade 1 , an welcher das zweite Koppelelement 18c befestigt ist , nicht dargestellt .
Wenn die Schublade 1 zur Montage auf die Aus ziehschiene 11 der Schubladenaus ziehführung 9 aufgeschoben wird, so tri f ft die Schrägfläche 21 des Koppelhebels 18b auf die Schrägfläche 20c des zweiten Koppelelementes 18c auf . Auf diese Weise wird der Koppelhebel 18b entgegen seiner federnden Wirkung in einer Richtung quer zur Längsrichtung L verschwenkt .
Fig . 9b zeigt die gekoppelte Stellung zwischen der Schublade 1 und der Aus ziehschiene 11 der Schubladenaus ziehführung 9 , wobei die Anschlagfläche 20b des zweiten Koppelelementes 18c mit dem Koppelhebel 18b verriegelt ist .
Das Verfahren zur Kopplung einer Schubladenseitenwand 2 oder einer Schublade 1 mit einer Aus ziehschiene 11 einer Schubladenaus ziehführung 9 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die Schubladenseitenwand 2 oder die Schublade 1 mit der Aus ziehschiene 11 mittels der Koppelvorrichtung 18 lösbar gekoppelt wird .
Bei einem möglichen Aus führungsbeispiel des Verfahrens kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Schubladenseitenwand 2 oder die Schublade 1 für die Kopplung im Wesentlichen parallel zu einer Längsrichtung L der Aus ziehschiene 11 bewegt wird und/oder wobei die Koppelvorrichtung 18 einen federbelasteten Koppelhebel 18b aufweist , welcher bei der Kopplung entgegen der federnden Wirkung verdrängt wird .

Claims

Patentansprüche Anordnung mit wenigstens einer Schubladenausziehführung (9) , wobei die Schubladenausziehführung (9) eine an einem Möbelkorpus zu befestigende Korpusschiene (10) und wenigstens eine relativ zur Korpusschiene (10) verfahrbare Ausziehschiene (11) aufweist, wobei die Schubladenausziehführung (9) wenigstens eine Koppelvorrichtung (18) zum lösbaren Koppeln der Ausziehschiene (11) mit einer Schublade (1) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
- die Anordnung wenigstens eine Schubladenseitenwand (2) mit einem Hohlprofil aus Metall mit wenigstens einem ersten Koppelelement (18a) umfasst, welches mit der Koppelvorrichtung (18) der Schubladenausziehführung (9) , vorzugsweise lösbar, koppelbar ist, und dass
- die Anordnung wenigstens ein zweites Koppelelement (18c) umfasst, welches an einer Schublade (1) aus einem Holzmaterial zu befestigen ist und welches anstelle des wenigstens einen ersten Koppelelementes (18a) alternativ mit der Koppelvorrichtung (18) der
Schubladenausziehführung (9) , vorzugsweise lösbar, koppelbar ist. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die wenigstens eine Koppelvorrichtung (18) wenigstens einen schwenkbaren oder biegbaren Koppelhebel (18b) zum lösbaren Koppeln mit den Koppelelementen (18a, 18c) aufweist. Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der wenigstens eine
Koppelhebel (18b)
- in Montagelage um eine vertikal verlaufende Achse (34) biegbar oder schwenkbar ist, und/oder - wenigstens zwei in einer Längsrichtung (L) der Schubladenseitenwand (2) oder der Schublade (1) versetzte Verriegelungsflächen (22) aufweist, und/oder
- wenigstens einen Griff (26) aufweist, durch welchen die Kopplung zwischen der Schubladenseitenwand (2) und der Ausziehschiene (11) lösbar ist, und/oder
- an einem Biegegelenk (27) gelagert ist, durch welches der Koppelhebel (18b) mit einer Kraft beaufschlagbar ist, und/ oder
- wenigstens eine Führung (25) aufweist, in welcher ein Steg (11a) der Ausziehschiene (11) verschiebbar geführt ist. nordnung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei das erste Koppelelement (18a) und/oder das zweite Koppelelement (18c)
- eine Anlagefläche (19) aufweist, vorzugsweise wobei die Anlagefläche (19) an der Schubladenseitenwand (2) oder an der Schublade (1) anliegt oder anlegbar ist, und/oder
- eine in Längsrichtung (L) der Schubladenseitenwand (2) verlaufende Anschlagfläche (20a) aufweist, vorzugsweise wobei die Anschlagfläche (20a) an einem Vertikalsteg (23) der Ausziehschiene (11) oder an einem Vertikalsteg (23b) der Schublade (1) anlegbar ist, und/oder
- eine quer zur Längsrichtung (L) der Schubladenseitenwand (2) verlaufende Anschlagfläche (20b) aufweist, vorzugsweise wobei die Anschlagfläche (20b) mit dem Koppelhebel (18b) lösbar koppelbar ist, und/oder
- wenigstens eine Schrägfläche (20c) aufweist, durch welche der Koppelhebel (18b) beim Koppeln mit dem Koppelelement (18a) entgegen einer Federkraft in eine Richtung quer zur Längsrichtung (L) der Schubladenseitenwand (2) auslenkbar ist . Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Schubladenseitenwand (2) ein Hohlprofil (8) und eine
Verbindungsvorrichtung (6) zum lösbaren Verbinden einer Frontblende (3) mit der Schubladenseitenwand (2) aufweist, wobei die Verbindungsvorrichtung (6) zumindest bereichsweise innerhalb des Hohlprofils (8) angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise wobei die Verbindungsvorrichtung (6) das erste Koppelelement (18a) zum lösbaren Koppeln der Schubladenseitenwand (2) mit der Ausziehschiene (11) einer Schubladenausziehführung (9) umfasst . Anordnung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Verbindungsvorrichtung (6)
- wenigstens eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung (29) aufweist, durch welche wenigstens ein an der Frontblende (3) zu befestigendes Halteteil (13) lösbar verriegelbar ist, vorzugsweise wobei die Verriegelungsvorrichtung (29) wenigstens ein, vorzugsweise federbelastetes und/oder verschiebbar gelagertes, Verriegelungselement (29b) aufweist, und/oder
- wenigstens eine Einstellvorrichtung (31) aufweist, durch welche eine Lage der Frontblende (3) relativ zur Schubladenseitenwand (2) in wenigstens eine Richtung, vorzugsweise quer zu einer Längsrichtung (L) der Schubladenseitenwand (2) , einstellbar ist, vorzugsweise wobei die wenigstens eine Einstellvorrichtung (31) wenigstens einen Exzenter (32) aufweist, und/oder
- in einem montierten Zustand an der Schubladenseitenwand
(2) - mit Ausnahme der Koppelvorrichtung (8) - im
Wesentlichen vollständig innerhalb der
Schubladenseitenwand (2) aufgenommen ist, und/oder - einen Grundkörper (6a) aufweist, vorzugsweise wobei der Grundkörper (6a) aus Kunststoff gebildet und/oder im Wesentlichen L-förmig ausgebildet ist. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die
Schubladenseitenwand (2) im gekoppelten Zustand mit der Ausziehschiene (11) der Schubladenausziehführung (9) zumindest bereichsweise zwischen einem Befestigungsabschnitt (10a) der Korpusschiene (10) der Schubladenausziehführung (9) und einem parallel zum Befestigungsabschnitt (10a) angeordneten
Vertikalsteg (23) der Ausziehschiene (11) angeordnet ist. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Schubladenseitenwand (2) eine sich in einer Längsrichtung (L) der Schubladenseitenwand (2) verlaufende Nut (24) zur Aufnahme eines Randes eines Schubladenbodens (4) aufweist, wobei die Nut (24) wenigstens einen oberen Haltesteg (24a) und einen davon beabstandeten und im Wesentlichen parallel verlaufenden unteren Haltesteg (24b) aufweist, zwischen denen der Rand des Schubladenbodens (4) anordenbar ist, vorzugsweise wobei zumindest eine Seitenfläche der Schubladenseitenwand (2) aus einem einstückigen Blechstück gebildet ist, wobei die Nut (24) samt den beiden Haltestegen (24a, 24b) in das Blechstück durch Umbiegungen eingeformt ist. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Schubladenseitenwand (2) im Wesentlichen quaderförmig und/oder in einer Querschnittsebene senkrecht zur Längsrichtung (L) der Schubladenseitenwand (2) im Wesentlichen rechteckig ausgebildet ist. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 und mit wenigstens einer Frontblende (3) für die Schublade (1) . Anordnung nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Anordnung
- wenigstens einen mit der Schubladenseitenwand (2) und/oder mit der Frontblende (3) verbindbaren Schubladenboden (4) umfasst, und/oder
- wenigstens eine parallel zur Frontblende (3) anordenbare Rückwand (5) umfasst, vorzugsweise wobei die Schubladenseitenwand (2) wenigstens einen Rückwandhalter (12) umfasst, über welchen die Rückwand (5) mit der Schubladenseitenwand (2) , vorzugsweise lösbar, verbindbar ist . Verfahren zur Kopplung einer Schubladenseitenwand (2) oder einer Schublade (1) gemäß der Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 mit einer Ausziehschiene (11) einer Schubladenausziehführung (9) , wobei die Schubladenseitenwand (2) oder die Schublade (1) mit der Ausziehschiene (11) mittels der Koppelvorrichtung (18) lösbar gekoppelt wird. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Schubladenseitenwand (2) oder die Schublade (1) für die Kopplung im Wesentlichen parallel zu einer Längsrichtung (L) der Ausziehschiene (11) bewegt wird und/oder wobei die Koppelvorrichtung (18) einen federbelasteten Koppelhebel (18b) aufweist, welcher bei der Kopplung entgegen der federnden Wirkung verdrängt wird.
