Claims (15)

  1. Herstellungsverfahren für eine fadenverstärkte aufblasbare Matratze, wobei die Matratze einen fadenverstärkten Körper (1), eine erste Deckschicht (21), eine zweite Deckschicht (22) und eine Seitenwand (3) umfasst, die durch Schneiden geformt sind, die Seitenwand (3) darauf mit einer Luftpumpe (5) und einer Luftdüse (3a1) versehen ist und ein Ende der Seitenwand (3) mit der ersten Deckschicht (21) oder der zweiten Deckschicht (22) über einen Verstärkungsstreifen (4b) und eine äußere Seitendecke der ersten Deckschicht (21) oder der zweiten Deckschicht (22) verbunden ist, wobei das Herstellungsverfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    S1, Verschweißen und Verbinden von äußeren Kanten jeweils der ersten Deckschicht (21) und der zweiten Deckschicht (22) mit dem Verstärkungsstreifen (4b) und Durchführen von Zuschneiden, um eine entsprechende Größe des Verstärkungsstreifens (4b) zu regeln;
    S2, Verschweißen und Verbinden der ersten Deckschicht (21) und der zweiten Deckschicht (22) mit dem fadenverstärkten Körper (1), um einen Matratzenkörper zu bilden, und Schneiden und Regeln einer Größe der ersten Deckschicht (21) und der zweiten Deckschicht (22);
    S3, Verschweißen und Verbinden einer Seite einer geschnittenen ersten Deckschicht (21) mit einer äußeren Seite eines oberen Endes der Seitenwand (3) über den Verstärkungsstreifen (4b) und direkt Verschweißen und Verbinden der anderen Seite mit einer inneren Seite des oberen Endes der Seitenwand (3) und
    S4, Verschweißen und Verbinden einer äußeren Seite eines unteren Endes der Seitenwand (3) mit dem Verstärkungsstreifen (4b), der sich auf der zweiten Deckschicht (22) befindet, und direkt Verschweißen und Verbinden einer inneren Seite des unteren Endes der Seitenwand (3) mit der zweiten Deckschicht (22).
  2. Herstellungsverfahren für eine fadenverstärkte aufblasbare Matratze nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend nach Schritt S1: Prüfen, ob ein Leckdruck oder Falten an einem bestimmten Positionsphänomen vorliegt, und wenn das der Fall ist, dessen Platzieren in einem Fehlerbereich.
  3. Herstellungsverfahren für eine fadenverstärkte aufblasbare Matratze nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Verstärkungsstreifen (4b) jeweils an der ersten Deckschicht (21) oder der zweiten Deckschicht (22) mittels einer Hochfrequenzschweißvorrichtung angeschweißt wird und eine externe Vertiefung (4d) auf dem Verstärkungsstreifen (4b) gebildet wird.
  4. Herstellungsverfahren für eine fadenverstärkte aufblasbare Matratze nach Anspruch 1, wobei Schritt S2 Folgendes umfasst: Nachdem die erste Deckschicht (21) und die zweite Deckschicht (22) beide flach gelegt wurden, Verschweißen und Verbinden des fadenverstärkten Körpers (1) mit der ersten Deckschicht (21) und der zweiten Deckschicht (22) über eine Hochfrequenzschweißvorrichtung und Bilden einer internen Vertiefung (4c) sowohl auf der ersten Deckschicht (21) als auch auf der zweiten Deckschicht (22).
  5. Herstellungsverfahren für eine fadenverstärkte aufblasbare Matratze nach Anspruch 1, ferner vor Schritt S3 Folgendes umfassend: Zeichnen einer Linie auf der Seitenwand (3), festes Verbinden einer Luftdüse (3a1) mit der Seitenwand (3), dann Öffnen eines Luftpumpenlochs (5b) in der Seitenwand (3) und Drücken der Luftpumpe (5) durch eine Matrize.
  6. Herstellungsverfahren für eine fadenverstärkte aufblasbare Matratze nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Seitenwand (3) nach dem Schneiden markiert und einer Strichzeichnung an einer Position unterzogen wird, an der ein Loch geöffnet werden muss, und die Luftdüse (3a1) durch die Seitenwand (3) geschweißt wird.
  7. Herstellungsverfahren für eine fadenverstärkte aufblasbare Matratze nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Seitenwand (3) nach unten gebracht wird und das Luftpumpenloch (5b) in der Seitenwand (3) gebildet wird und die Luftpumpe (5) dann durch das Luftpumpenloch (5b) unter Nutzung einer Matrize an der Seitenwand (3) befestigt wird.
  8. Herstellungsverfahren für eine fadenverstärkte aufblasbare Matratze nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend nach Schritt S4: Prüfen, ob ein fertiges Produkt optische Fehler aufweist, und wenn das der Fall ist, dessen Platzieren in einem Bereich für fehlerhafte Produkte.
  9. Fadenverstärkte aufblasbare Matratze, umfassend einen fadenverstärkten Körper (1) und zwei Deckschichten (2) und eine Seitenwand (3), die den fadenverstärkten Körper (1) umgibt, wobei zwei Enden der beiden Deckschichten (2) mit der Seitenwand (3) verschweißt und verbunden sind, wobei ein Verbindungsstreifen (4), der die Seitenwand (3) überlappt und mit dieser verbunden ist, mit den äußeren Kanten der beiden Deckschichten (2) verschweißt und verbunden ist, der Verbindungsstreifen (4) einen Passstreifen (4a) und einen Verstärkungsstreifen (4b) umfasst, die Seitenwand (3) einen Teil des Passstreifens (4a) überlappt, der Verstärkungsstreifen (4b) eine Überlappungsposition bedeckt und ein Ende der Seitenwand (3) zwischen den Passstreifen (4a) und den Verstärkungsstreifen (4b) geklemmt und verbunden werden kann.
  10. Fadenverstärkte aufblasbare Matratze nach Anspruch 9, wobei ein Ende des Passstreifens (4a) mit der Deckschicht (2) verbunden ist und ein Ende des Verstärkungsstreifens (4b) mit dem Passstreifen (4a) verschweißt und verbunden ist.
  11. Fadenverstärkte aufblasbare Matratze nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei eine Verbindungsposition des Verbindungsstreifens (4) und der Deckschicht (2) mit einer internen Vertiefung (4c) und einer externen Vertiefung (4d) versehen ist, wobei die interne Vertiefung (4c) durch eine Schweißverbindung des Passstreifens (4a) und der Deckschicht (2) gebildet ist und die externe Vertiefung (4d) durch eine Schweißverbindung des Passstreifens (4a) und des Verstärkungsstreifens (4b) gebildet ist.
  12. Fadenverstärkte aufblasbare Matratze nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei ein Bereich des fadenverstärkten Körpers (1) der gleiche ist wie ein Bereich der Deckschicht (2) und die beiden Deckschichten (2) mit dem fadenverstärkten Körper (1) verbunden sind.
  13. Fadenverstärkte aufblasbare Matratze nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Verbindungsstreifen (4) mit den beiden Deckschichten (2) und der Seitenwand (3) mittels einer Hochfrequenzschweißvorrichtung verschweißt und verbunden ist.
  14. Fadenverstärkte aufblasbare Matratze nach Anspruch 9, wobei eine Luftpumpe (5) in der fadenverstärkten aufblasbaren Matratze bereitgestellt ist, ein Luftloch (3a) in der Seitenwand (3) bereitgestellt ist, eine Luftdüse (3a1) auf dem Luftloch (3a) bereitgestellt ist und die Luftdüse (3a1) mit der Luftpumpe (5) kooperieren kann.
  15. Fadenverstärkte aufblasbare Matratze nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Passstreifen (4a) und der Verstärkungsstreifen (4b) durch Verschweißen von PVC-Material mit PVC-Passgewebe gebildet sind.
