Claims (15)

  1. Brandschutztür, umfassend mindestens ein Türblatt (100), wobei jedes Türblatt einen Rahmen und mindestens eine innerhalb des Rahmens gehaltene Füllplatte (140) umfasst, wobei der Rahmen umfasst:
    ein erstes Rahmenelement (120) und ein zweites Rahmenelement (130), das von dem ersten Rahmenelement (120) beabstandet ist;
    eine Verglasungsleiste (110), die an dem zweiten Rahmenelement (130) befestigt ist; und
    mindestens eine Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) für ein Halten einer der mindestens einen Füllplatte (140) zwischen dem ersten Rahmenelement (120) und der Verglasungsleiste (110), wobei die Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) aus einem Material hergestellt ist, das einen Schmelzpunkt von mindestens 1000 °C aufweist, und wobei die Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) umfasst:
    einen L-förmigen Abschnitt (180), der an einem ersten Ende (70) der Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) angeordnet ist, der L-förmige Abschnitt (180) umfassend:
    eine erste Basis (20), die an dem ersten Rahmenelement (120) befestigt ist; und
    eine Wand (10), die sich von der ersten Basis (20) nach oben erstreckt, wobei die Wand (10) eine erste Seite (200) der Füllplatte (140) kontaktiert;
    eine zweite Basis (50), die an einem zweiten Ende (80) der Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) angeordnet ist, wobei die zweite Basis (50) an dem zweiten Rahmenelement (130) befestigt ist;
    einen mittleren Abschnitt (30), der zwischen dem ersten Ende (70) und dem zweiten Ende (80) und angrenzend an die zweite Basis (50) angeordnet ist, wobei der mittlere Abschnitt (30) umfasst:
    eine erhöhte Fläche (520), die in Bezug auf die zweite Basis (50) erhöht ist; und
    eine Seitenwand (510), die die erhöhte Fläche (520) mit der zweiten Basis (50) verbindet; und
    mindestens einen Schenkel (40A, 40B), der sich von einer Kante der erhöhten Fläche (520) angrenzend an die Seitenwand (510) erstreckt, wobei der mindestens eine Schenkel (40A, 40B) nach oben gegen eine zweite Seite (230) der Füllplatte (140) gebogen ist, und wobei die Füllplatte (140) zwischen der Wand (10) und dem mindestens einen Schenkel (40A, 40B) eingespannt ist, und
    wobei:
    die zweite Basis (50) einen Vorsprung (60) beinhaltet, der sich von einer oberen Fläche (530) davon erstreckt und von dem mittleren Abschnitt (30) beabstandet ist; oder
    die Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) ein zusätzliches Teil (220) beinhaltet, das an der oberen Fläche (530) der zweiten Basis (50) befestigt und von dem mittleren Abschnitt (30) beabstandet ist.
  2. Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) für ein Verwenden bei einem Halten einer Füllplatte (140) in einer Brandschutztür,
    wobei die Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) aus einem Material hergestellt ist, das einen Schmelzpunkt von mindestens 1000 °C aufweist, und
    wobei die Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) umfasst:
    einen L-förmigen Abschnitt (180), der an einem ersten Ende (70) der Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) angeordnet ist, der L-förmige Abschnitt (180) umfassend:
    eine erste Basis (20) für ein Befestigen an einem ersten Rahmenelement (120) einer Brandschutztür; und
    eine Wand (10), die sich von der ersten Basis (20) nach oben erstreckt;
    eine zweite Basis (50) für ein Befestigen an einem zweiten Rahmenelement (130) einer Brandschutztür, die an einem zweiten Ende (80) der Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) angeordnet ist;
    einen mittleren Abschnitt (30), der zwischen dem ersten Ende (70) und dem zweiten Ende (80) und angrenzend an die zweite Basis (50) angeordnet ist, wobei der mittlere Abschnitt (30) umfasst:
    eine erhöhte Fläche (520), die in Bezug auf die zweite Basis (50) erhöht ist; und
    eine Seitenwand (510), die die erhöhte Fläche (520) mit der zweiten Basis verbindet; und
    mindestens einen Schenkel (40A, 40B), der sich von einer Kante der erhöhten Fläche (520) angrenzend an die Seitenwand (510) in Richtung des zweiten Endes (80) der Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) erstreckt, und
    wobei:
    die zweite Basis (50) einen Vorsprung (60) beinhaltet, der von dem mittleren Abschnitt (30) beabstandet ist; oder
    die Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) ein zusätzliches Teil (220) beinhaltet, das ein drittes Mittel für ein Befestigen (170C) an einer oberen Fläche (530) der zweiten Basis (50) umfasst, wobei, wenn das zusätzliche Teil (220) an der oberen Fläche (530) der zweiten Basis (50) befestigt ist, das zusätzliche Teil (220) von dem mittleren Abschnitt (30) beabstandet ist.
  3. Tür nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Füllplatte (140) aus einem feuerbeständigen Glas oder aus einem oder mehreren feuerhemmenden Materialien besteht, die mit Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung verkleidet sind.
  4. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3, wobei das Material, aus dem die Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) hergestellt ist, einen höheren Schmelzpunkt aufweist als: ein Material, aus dem das erste Rahmenelement (120) hergestellt ist; und ein Material, aus dem das zweite Rahmenelement (130) hergestellt ist.
  5. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 4, wobei das erste (120) und/oder zweite (130) Rahmenelement und/oder die Verglasungsleiste (110) aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung hergestellt sind, wobei vorzugsweise das erste Rahmenelement (120), das zweite Rahmenelement (130) und die Verglasungsleiste (110) jeweils aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung hergestellt sind.
  6. Tür nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Material, aus dem die Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) hergestellt ist, mit Aluminium verträglich ist, vorzugsweise wobei die Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) aus Edelstahl hergestellt ist.
  7. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 6 oder Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) nach Anspruch 2, wobei der L-förmige Abschnitt (180) einen Winkel von 90° oder weniger zwischen der ersten Basis (20) und der Wand (10) aufweist, wobei der Winkel vorzugsweise in einem Bereich von 90° bis 85° liegt.
  8. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 7 oder Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 7, wobei die Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) mindestens zwei Schenkel (40A, 40B) umfasst, vorzugsweise wobei die Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) zwei Schenkel (40A, 40B) umfasst.
  9. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 8, wobei die Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) an jedem des ersten (120) und zweiten (130) Rahmenelements durch ein oder mehrere Befestigungselemente befestigt ist, vorzugsweise wobei die Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) an jedem des ersten und zweiten Rahmenelements durch eine oder mehrere Schrauben (540C) befestigt ist.
  10. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 9 oder Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 7 bis 8, wobei sich der Vorsprung (60) oder das zusätzliche Teil (220) parallel zu einer Ecke erstreckt, die die Seitenwand (510) und die zweite Basis (50) verbindet.
  11. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 10, wobei die Tür eine Pendeltür ist.
  12. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 11 oder Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) nach einem der Ansprüche 2, 7 bis 8 oder 10, wobei die zweite Basis (50) eine gekrümmte Lippe (90) umfasst, die an dem zweiten Ende (80) der Haltevorrichtung angeordnet ist, wobei die gekrümmte Lippe (90) für ein Aufnehmen innerhalb eines Merkmals des zweiten Rahmenelements (130) ausgelegt ist.
  13. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 12, wobei die Tür ferner mindestens ein feststehendes Türblatt (100) umfasst.
  14. Verfahren für ein Installieren einer Füllplatte (140) in einem Rahmen eines Türblatts (100) einer Brandschutztür unter Verwendung mindestens einer Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) nach einem der Ansprüche 2, 7 bis 8, 10 oder 12, wobei der Rahmen umfasst:
    ein erstes Rahmenelement (120) und ein zweites Rahmenelement (130), das von dem ersten Rahmenelement (120) beabstandet ist; und
    eine Verglasungsleiste (110) für ein Befestigen an dem zweiten Rahmenelement (130), und
    wobei das Verfahren umfasst:
    Befestigen der ersten Basis (20) der Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) an dem ersten Rahmenelement (120) und der zweiten Basis (50) der Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) an dem zweiten Rahmenelement (130);
    wobei die Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) das zusätzliche Teil (220) umfasst, Befestigen des zusätzlichen Teils (220) an der zweiten Basis (50);
    Platzieren der Füllplatte (140) zwischen dem ersten Rahmenelement (120) und dem zweiten Rahmenelement (130);
    Platzieren einer Vorderkante eines Verglasungswerkzeugs (190) in einer Ecke, die von der Seitenwand (510) des mittleren Abschnitts (30) und der zweiten Basis (50) der Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) gebildet wird;
    während des Verwendens des Vorsprungs (60) oder des zusätzlichen Teils (220) als Stütze, Biegen des mindestens einen Schenkels (40A, 40B) nach oben durch Schwenken des Verglasungswerkzeugs (190), bis der mindestens eine Schenkel (40A, 40B) gegen die Füllplatte (140) gedrückt wird, und
    Befestigen der Verglasungsleiste (110) an dem zweiten Rahmenelement (130).
  15. Bausatz, umfassend mindestens eine Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000) nach einem der Ansprüche 2, 7 bis 8, 10 oder 12 und ein Verglasungswerkzeug (190) für ein Verwenden bei einem Biegen des mindestens einen Schenkels (40A, 40B) der Haltevorrichtung (1, 1000), wobei das Verglasungswerkzeug (190) umfasst:
    einen verkeilten Abschnitt (270), der an einem ersten Ende (70) angeordnet ist; und
    einen Griff (280), der an einem zweiten Ende (80) angeordnet ist, wobei der Griff (280) einen Greifabschnitt (290) umfasst, und wobei der Greifabschnitt (290) eine Längsachse parallel zu einer Vorderkante (300) des verkeilten Abschnitts (270) umfasst.
