Claims (9)
- Garagenschwingtor (10) zum Verschließen einer Garagenöffnung (1) oder eines anderen Raums, mit einem feststehenden Rahmen (11), der mit zwei Seitenpfosten (12) versehen ist, einer Verschlussplatte (15), die mit jedem der Seitenpfosten (12) durch einen Haupthebel (16) gekoppelt ist, und einer Drehwelle (18), einer Motorsierung (30), die in den Seitenpfosten (12) des feststehenden Rahmens angebracht und mit jeder der Drehwellen (18) gekoppelt ist, um die Verschlussplatte (15) zwischen einer geschlossenen und einer offenen Position und umgekehrt zu bewegen, und einem Ausgleichsmechanismus (20), der in den Seitenpfosten (12) vorgesehen und mit jedem der Haupthebel (16) gekoppelt ist, wobei das Garagentor (10) für jeden der Seitenpfosten (12) des feststehenden Rahmens einen Motorträger (40) aufweist, der eine Unterbaugruppe des Garagentors darstellt und ein Trägerprofil (41) umfasst, wobei das Trägerprofil (41) die Verhakungsvorrichtungen (22-24) eines ersten Endes (20a) des Ausgleichsmechanismus (20), Verhakungsvorrichtungen (26) eines zweiten Endes (20b) des Ausgleichsmechanismus (20) abstützt, einen Motor (31), ein Lager (19) für die Drehwelle (18), ein mechanisches Getriebe (33) zwischen dem Motor und der Drehwelle, wobei der Ausgleichsmechanismus (20), der Motor (31), das Lager (19) für die Drehwelle (18) und das mechanische Getriebe (33) zwischen dem Motor und der Drehwelle direkt am Trägerprofil (41) befestigt sind.
- Garagenschwingtor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Seitenpfosten (12) des feststehenden Rahmens ein Pfostenprofil (61) mit U-förmigem Querschnitt aufweist, das eine Aufnahme bildet, in welche der Motorträger (40) montiert wird, indem das Trägerprofil (41) in einer bestimmten Einbauposition in das Pfostenprofil (61) eingesteckt wird.
- Garagenschwingtor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Seitenpfosten (12) und jeder Motorträger (40) Ausrichtungsmittel umfassen, um eine relative Positionierung des Motorträgers in Bezug auf den Seitenpfosten in Höhenrichtung des Garagentors zu gewährleisten, und Befestigungsmittel, um einen Halt des Motorträgers in der Position im Seitenpfosten nach der Positionierung sicherzustellen.
- Garagenschwingtor nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Seitenpfosten (12) bzw. im Motorträger (40) vorgesehenen Ausrichtungsmittel aus der Gruppe ausgewählt sind, die aus Öffnungen (44, 45; 64, 65), Kugeln, Stiften und Rasten besteht.
- Garagenschwingtor nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausrichtungs- und Befestigungsmittel, die jeweils im Seitenpfosten (12) und in dem Motorträger (40) vorgesehen sind, vereinigt sind.
- Garagenschwingtor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Seitenpfosten (12) und jeder Motorträger (40) eine Vielzahl von Öffnungen (44, 45; 64, 65) aufweisen, die so angeordnet sind, dass sie mehrere Einbaupositionen des Motorträgers (40) in Bezug auf den Seitenpfosten (12) festlegen.
- Garagenschwingtor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verhakungsvorrichtungen (22-24) des ersten Endes (20a) des Ausgleichsmechanismus (20) und die Verhakungsvorrichtungen (26) des zweiten Endes (20b) des Ausgleichsmechanismus (20) direkt am Trägerprofil (41) befestigt sind.
- Garagenschwingtor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Garagentor (10) so angeordnet ist, dass es an einer Mauer angebracht werden kann, wobei der feste Rahmen (11) dazu bestimmt ist, vertikal an einem Mauerwerk (5) eines Gebäudes angebracht zu werden.
- Garagenschwingtor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Garagentor (10) so angeordnet ist, dass es als Tunnel verlegt werden kann, wobei der feststehende Rahmen (11) dazu bestimmt ist, in der Öffnung eines Mauerwerks (5) eines Gebäudes verlegt zu werden.
