Claims (12)

  1. Verschluss (1) für einen Ausguss einer Verpackung, umfassend:
    - eine Kappe (2), umfassend eine ringförmige Kappenwand (4) mit einer zentralen Kappenachse (Y-Y);
    - ein Garantiesiegel (20), umfassend einen Garantiering (30), der geeignet ist, auf den Ausguss aufgebracht zu werden, einen Garantieabschnitt (40), der integral mit der Kappe (2) ist, und wenigstens eine brechbare Brücke (50), die, wenn das Siegel ungebrochen ist, den Garantiering (30) mit dem Garantieabschnitt (40) verbindet;
    wobei il Garantiering (30) eine obere Ringfläche (34d) umfasst, die ihn oben begrenzt, bestehend aus einer wellenförmigen sinusförmigen Oberfläche, die Ringrippen (36) und Ringvertiefungen (38) umfasst, die in Umfangsrichtung aufeinanderfolgen, wobei jede Ringvertiefung (38) eine untere Ringfläche (38') aufweist; wobei der Garantieabschnitt (40) eine untere Abschnittsfläche (44d) umfasst, die ihn unten begrenzt, bestehend aus einer wellenförmigen sinusförmigen Oberfläche, die Abschnittsrippen (46) und Abschnittsvertiefungen (48) umfasst, die in Umfangsrichtung aufeinanderfolgen, wobei jede Abschnittsrippe (46) eine Abschnittsrippenfläche (46') aufweist;
    wobei eine Ringrippe (36) in einer jeweiligen Abschnittsvertiefung (48) aufgenommen ist und eine Abschnittsrippe (46) in einer jeweiligen Ringvertiefung (38) aufgenommen ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Brücke (50) die untere Ringfläche (38') und die Abschnittsrippenfläche (46') verbindet und in der Ringvertiefung (38) aufgenommen ist.
  2. Verschluss (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die obere Ringfläche (34d) und die untere Abschnittsfläche (44d) komplementär sind.
  3. Verschluss (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die unteren Flächen (38', 48') und die Rippenflächen (36', 46') gekrümmte Oberflächen sind.
  4. Verschluss (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Kappe (2) einen Kappenflansch (12) umfasst, der vorzugsweise von der Kappenwand (4) radial nach außen ragt, und wobei der Garantieabschnitt (40) vorzugsweise axial von dem Kappenflansch (12) ragt.
  5. Verschluss (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die wenigstens eine Brücke (50) axial verjüngt ist, wobei sie nahe der Anbringung an der unteren Ringfläche (38') dicker und nahe der Abschnittsrippenfläche (46') dünner ist.
  6. Verschluss (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Garantiesiegel eine Mehrzahl von Brücken (50) umfasst, vorzugsweise eine Anzahl von Brücken (50) gleich der Anzahl der Ringvertiefungen (38).
  7. Verschluss (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Kappe (2) eine Tropfenfängervorrichtung (15) umfasst, die geeignet ist, dichtend in den Ausguss einzugreifen, so dass das in der Verpackung enthaltene Produkt nicht austritt.
  8. Verschluss (1) nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Tropfenfängervorrichtung (15) einen Tropfenfängerring (16) umfasst, der in die Kappenbasis (10) innerhalb der Kappe (2) integriert ist, so dass zwischen der Kappenwand (4) und dem Tropfenfängerring (16) eine ringförmige Aufnahme (17) eingeschlossen ist, die geeignet ist, einen Abschnitt des Ausgusses aufzunehmen.
  9. Verschluss (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend einen Riemen (60), der geeignet ist, die Kappe (2) mit dem Garantiering (30) verbunden zu halten, selbst wenn das Garantiesiegel gebrochen ist.
  10. Verschluss (1) nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Riemen (60) sich von einem Bereich (60a) einer äußeren Seitenfläche (34b) des Garantierings (30) zu einem Bereich (60b) der äußeren Seitenfläche der Kappenwand (4) erstreckt.
  11. Verschluss (1) nach Anspruch 10, wobei der Riemen (60) einen ersten Abschnitt (60'), der von dem Garantiering (30) vorsteht, einen zweiten Abschnitt (60''), der von der Kappe (2) vorsteht, und einen bogenförmigen Verbindungsabschnitt (60‴) umfasst, welcher den ersten Abschnitt (60') und den zweiten Abschnitt (60'') verbindet, wobei der erste Abschnitt (60') und der zweite Abschnitt (60'') jeweils mit dem Garantiering (30) und mit der Kappe (2) verbunden sind.
  12. Verschluss (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, hergestellt in einem einzigen Stück aus Kunststoffmaterial, zum Beispiel mittels Spritzgießen.
