Claims (8)
- Schiene (1) zur Führung eines Rollladens oder dergleichen, der zum Verschließen oder umgekehrt zum Freigeben einer Öffnung verwendet wird, die in einer Laibung eines Gebäudes angeordnet ist, umfassend:- ein Hauptprofil (2), das so angeordnet ist, dass es auf eine vertikale Seite der Laibung angebracht werden kann, das eine Schwenkachse (3) in Längsrichtung und ein Halteelement (4) in Längsrichtung enthält und eine der Längskanten eines Führungsschlitzes (5) bildet,- ein abnehmbares Profil (7), das ein Scharnierelement (8) in Längsrichtung enthält und in einer Funktionsposition mit dem Hauptprofil (2) zusammenarbeitet, um die andere Längskante des Führungsschlitzes (5) zu bilden, und- ein elastisch verformbares Spannelement (9), das mit einem Einrastvorsprung (10) versehen ist, wobei die Schiene (1) so eingerichtet ist, dass die Drehung des Scharnierelements (8) des abnehmbaren Profils (7) um die Schwenkachse (3) bis zur Funktionsposition des abnehmbaren Profils (7) sicherstellt, dass der Einrastvorsprung (10) in das Halteelement (4) einrastet, wobei die Schiene (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Spannelement (9) abnehmbar mit dem abnehmbaren Profil (7) verbunden ist.
- Schiene (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hauptprofil (2) einen Querschnitt mit einer um 90° nach links geschwenkten allgemeinen E-Form aufweist und mindestens Folgendes enthält:- einen ersten flachen Flügel (21) und einen zweiten Flügel (22), wobei diese insgesamt parallel zueinander sind und sich nach innen in die Schiene (1) erstrecken,- einen Steg (23), der den ersten und den zweiten Flügel (21, 22) miteinander verbindet und so angeordnet ist, dass er von seiner Außenseite auf die zugehörige vertikale Seite der Laibung angebracht wird, und- einen Innenflügel (24), der sich insgesamt senkrecht zu dem Steg (23) und nach innen in die Schienee (1) und zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Flügel (21, 22) erstreckt, und wobei das Halteelement (4) zwischen dem Innenflügel (24) und dem zweiten Flügel (22) angeordnet ist und nach innen in die Schiene (1) vorsteht.
- Schiene (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das abnehmbare Profil (7) einen Querschnitt mit einer allgemeinen T-Form aufweist und einen insgesamt horizontalen Flügel (71) und einen Steg (72) enthält, der senkrecht aus einem ungefähr mittleren Bereich des Flügels (71) stammt und so eingerichtet ist, dass er zwischen dem Innenflügel (24) und dem zweiten Flügel (22) des Hauptprofils (2) angeordnet ist, wenn sich das abnehmbare Profil (7) in seiner Funktionsposition befindet.
- Schiene (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt des ersten Flügels (21) des Hauptprofils (2) eine um 180° geschwenkte, asymmetrische allgemeine U-Form aufweist und so angeordnet ist, dass sich der kürzeste Teil (25) des U im Inneren der Schiene (1) befindet und nach innen gerichtet ist, wobei der Teil (25) des ersten Flügels (21) dann eine der Längskanten des Führungsschlitzes (5) der Schiene (1) bildet, und dass der Flügel (71) des abnehmbaren Profils (7) einen um 90° nach rechts geschwenkten Querschnitt mit einer allgemeinen L-Form aufweist und einen vertikalen Rand (73) umfasst, der dann die andere Längskante des Führungsschlitzes (5) der Schiene (1) bildet.
- Schiene (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenflügel (24) des Hauptprofils (2) an seinem freien Ende einen ersten Schenkel (27) und einen zweiten Schenkel (28), die sich jeweils insgesamt senkrecht zum Steg (23) des Hauptprofils (2) erstrecken, und einen Zwischenschenkel (29) umfasst, der aus einem ungefähr mittleren Bereich des Innenflügels (24) stammt und sich in Richtung des zweiten Schenkels (22) des Hauptprofils (2) erstreckt, wobei der erste Schenkel (27) ein freies Ende mit einer mindestens halbzylindrischen Form umfasst, das die Schwenkachse (3) des Hauptprofils (2) bestimmt, wobei die neutrale Faser des Zwischenschenkels (29) eine Krümmung mit einer Form aufweist, die homothetisch zu der des halbzylindrischen freien Endes des ersten Schenkels (27) ist, und dass das Scharnierelement (8) des abnehmbaren Profils (7) an seinem Flügel (71) in der Nähe des Rands (73) angeordnet ist, wobei das Scharnierelement (8) eine Lasche ist, deren neutrale Faser eine Krümmung mit einer Form aufweist, die homothetisch zu der des freien halbzylindrischen Endes des ersten Schenkels (27) ist.
- Schiene (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (72) des abnehmbaren Profils (7) ein freies Ende (74), dessen Querschnitt eine um etwa 45° nach links geschwenkte, asymmetrische allgemeine U-Form aufweist, wobei das freie Ende (74) so angeordnet ist, dass sich der kürzere Teil (75) des U auf der Seite des Innenflügels (24) des Hauptprofils (2) befindet und eine Längsnut (76) bildet, die an jedem der Längsenden des Steges (72) und an der Seite des Innenflügels (24) münden, und einen Auflagebereich (77) an der Seite des längsten Teils (78) des U des freien Endes (73) aufweist.
- Schiene (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannelement (9) allgemein winkelförmig ist und einen im Wesentlichen horizontalen ersten Flügel (91) und einen im Wesentlichen vertikalen zweiten Flügel (92) umfasst und mit einem Längsschlitz (93) versehen ist, der an jedem seiner Längsenden, aber auch auf der Höhe der freien Kante des zweiten Flügels (92) mündet, und dass der Einrastvorsprung (10) sich insgesamt senkrecht von dem zweiten Flügel (92) in eine dem ersten Flügel (91) entgegengesetzte Richtung erstreckt.
- Schiene (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einrastvorsprung (10) eine Nut (94) umfasst, die auf seiner dem ersten Flügel (91) gegenüberliegenden Seite ausgebildet ist.
