Description
Filament élastique recyclable à base d’un copolymère blocs de polyamide et de polyéther
[0001] La présente invention concerne une filament élastique recyclable à base d’un copolymère blocs de polyamide et de polyéther. L’invention a également pour objet une fibre comprenant au moins un filament selon l’invention, un matériau textile, un procédé de fabrication du filament, une utilisation de la fibre pour fabriquer des matériaux tissés et non-tissés, ainsi que sur le matériau textile. Enfin, l’invention porte sur un procédé de recyclage des fibres selon l’invention.
[0002] L’utilisation de fibres textiles synthétiques à base de polyamide est connue depuis de très nombreuses années. Parmi les textiles, on trouve notamment des mats de fibres (pansements, filtres, feutre), des mèches (pansements), des fils (fils à coudre, fils à tricoter, fils à tisser), des tricots (rec tilignes, circulaires, "fullyfashioned" ou façonnés), des tissus (tissu traditionnel, tissu Jacquard, tissu multiple, tissu double face, tissu multiaxial, tissu 2D et demi, tissu 3D) et bien d'autres. Des innova tions dans ce domaine apparaissent régulièrement, comme par exemple pour des vêtements de sport, qui permettent une plus facile élimination de la sueur. Par ailleurs, se sont développés depuis les années 60 des textiles élastiques à base de polyuréthane. Ces fibres synthétiques sont connues sous le nom d’élasthanne ou élasthane. Ce nom est une contraction d’élastique et de polyuréthane. Ces fibres sont notamment utilisées dans le domaine du sport, ou bien dans des tissus élastiques, qui peuvent comportés entre 2 à 10% d’élasthane dans leur composition. Pour des collants de sport, des bandes élastiques ou bien des chaussettes, la teneur en élasthane dans le vêtement peut aller jusqu’à 30% en poids.
[0003] Ces fibres présentent des caractéristiques particulièrement intéressantes, telles qu’un allon gement pouvant aller jusqu’à 600%, un retour élastique supérieur à 90%, ainsi qu’un très faible poids. [0004] Or, au regard des considérations environnementales actuelles, la recyclabilité des matériaux est un enjeu majeur, et notamment des matériaux textiles, qui sont produits en quantités considé rables.
[0005] Il s’avère que les élasthanes sont des polyuréthanes réticulés. Cette réticulation empêche le recyclage de ces fibres, car, après réticulation, ces fibres ne sont plus thermofusibles.
[0006] Des alternatives existent comme les polyesters ou les élastoléfines, mais leur élasticité est limitée et ces matériaux ne sont pas compatibles avec les polyamides.
[0007] Par conséquent, il est recherché des filaments élastiques recyclables, présentant une élasti cité améliorée, et qui soient compatibles avec d’autres fibres textiles, comme par exemple les po lyamides. Il est recherché également des matériaux textiles qui permettent un procédé de recyclage simple à mettre en œuvre, c’est-à-dire nécessitant que peu d’étapes. L’intérêt également est d’ob tenir un produit recyclé valorisable, c’est-à-dire qui conduit à un produit performant soit pour la même
application, soit pour d’autres applications industrielles.
[0008] Par un « polymère compatible avec d’autres fibres textiles », on entend au sens de la pré sente invention, que lors du recyclage, et notamment après l’étape de fonte, le matériau fondu soit homogène.
[0009] Il a été découvert que les filaments selon l’invention répondent au besoin existant.
Brève description de l’invention
[0010] Ainsi, la présente invention a pour objet un filament élastique comprenant d’un copolymère à blocs polyamide et à blocs polyéther,
-les blocs polyamide étant choisis parmi le PA11, PA12, PA1010, PA1012, PA1014, leur copolymère et leur mélange,
-les blocs polyéther étant des blocs issus du polytétraméthylèneglycol de masse molaire moyenne en nombre comprise entre 500 et 3000 g/mol,
-l’enthalpie de fusion du copolymère étant comprise entre 15 et 50 J/g.
[0011] L’invention vise une fibre fabriquée à partir du filament tel que défini ci-dessous ou bien le contenant.
[0012] L’invention vise un matériau textile fabriqué à partir de la fibre tel que définie ci-dessous. [0013] L’invention a également pour objet un procédé de fabrication de la fibre.
[0014] L’invention porte aussi sur une utilisation du filament pour fabriquer des matériaux textiles. [0015] Enfin, l’invention porte sur un procédé de recyclage du filament, des fibres ou du matériau textile selon l’invention.
[0016] Le filament selon l’invention présente l’avantage de pouvoir être recyclé. Sa stabilité rhéolo gique lui permet d’être aisément refondu et réutilisé pour fabriquer des granulés, pouvant conduire à de nouveaux objets, à de nouvelles applications comme exemple de nouvelles fibres. La propriété de la fibre selon l’invention refondue à plusieurs reprises est très proche, voire identique à celles de la fibre fondue pour la première fois.

On entend par le terme « polymère thermoplastique » un polymère ayant la propriété de se ramollir lorsqu'il est chauffé suffisamment, et qui, en se refroidissant, redevient dur.
On entend par le terme « élastomère thermoplastique » un polymère comportant des segments souples et des segments rigides, par exemple sous forme de copolymère bloc, dans lesquels les segments rigides disparaissent, lorsque la température augmente. En alternative, il peut s’agir de mélanges associant la présence d’une phase élastomère souple, réticulée ou non, dispersée dans une phase continue thermoplastique rigide. Les mélanges peuvent être notamment des mélanges
d’un polymère thermoplastique avec un élastomère.
On entend par le terme « copolymère » un polymère issu de la copolymérisation d'au moins deux types de monomère chimiquement différents, appelés comonomères. Un copolymère est donc formé d'au moins deux motifs de répétition différents. Il peut également être formé de trois ou plus motifs de répétition. Plus spécifiquement, on entend par le terme « copolymère séquencé » ou « copoly mère bloc » des copolymères au sens précité, dans lesquels au moins deux blocs de monomère distincts sont liés par liaison covalente. La longueur des blocs peut être variable. De préférence, les blocs sont composés de 1 à 1000, de préférence 1 à 100, et en particulier 1 à 50 unités de répétition. Le lien entre les deux blocs de monomères peut parfois exiger un motif non répétitif intermédiaire appelée bloc de jonction.
On entend par le terme « température de fusion » la température, à laquelle un polymère partielle ment cristallin passe à l’état liquide visqueux, telle que mesurée lors de la première chauffe (Tf1) par analyse calorimétrique différentielle (DSC) selon la norme NF EN ISO 11 357-3 en utilisant une vitesse de chauffe de 20°C/min.
On entend par le terme « enthalpie de fusion » la chaleur consommée pendant la transition solide/li quide de l’élastomère thermoplastique, telle que mesurée par calorimétrie différentielle à balayage, selon la norme ISO 11357-3 : 1999.
[0019] La nomenclature utilisée pour définir les polyamides est décrite dans la norme ISO 1874- 1 :2011 "Plastiques - Matériaux polyamides (PA) pour moulage et extrusion - Partie 1 : Désignation", notamment en page 3 (tableaux 1 et 2) et est bien connue de l’homme du métier.
[0020] Il est par ailleurs précisé que les expressions "compris entre... et..." et "de... à..." utilisées dans la présente description doivent s'entendre comme incluant chacune des bornes mentionnées. [0021] Le mot « polyamide » couvre à la fois les homopolyamides et les copolyamides.
[0022] Dans la présente description de l’invention, on entend : par "matériau textile" ou "textile", tout matériau réalisé à partir de fibres ou de filaments ainsi que tout matériau formant une membrane poreuse caractérisée par un rapport longueur/épaisseur d’au moins 300 ; par "fibre", toute matière synthétique ou naturelle, caractérisée par un rapport longueur/diamètre d’au moins 300 ; par "filament", toute fibre de longueur infinie.

Le filament
[0024] L’invention porte sur filament élastique comprenant d’un copolymère à blocs polyamide et à blocs polyéther,
-les blocs polyamide étant choisis parmi le PA11, PA12, PA1010, PA1012, PA1014, leur copolymère et leur mélange,
-les blocs polyéther étant des blocs issus du polytétraméthylèneglycol de masse molaire moyenne en nombre comprise entre 500 et 3000 g/mol,
-l’enthalpie de fusion du copolymère étant comprise entre 15 et 50 J/g.
[0025] De manière générale, la masse molaire moyenne en nombre des polyéthers est divulguée dans les fiches techniques données par les fournisseurs, le polyéther étant un produit commercial disponible.
[0026] Si nécessaire, la masse molaire moyenne en nombre Mn des blocs polyéther compris dans le filament selon l’invention peut être mesurée avant la copolymérisation par chromatographie d’ex clusion stérique (SEC) selon ISO 16014-1 :2012 en utilisant l’hexafluoroisopropanol (HFIP) comme éluant, et pendant 24 h à température ambiante à une concentration de 1 g/L avant que la masse molaire soit mesurée par l’indice de réfraction.
[0027] Le copolymère à blocs polyamide et à blocs polyéther, encore appelé copolyéther bloc amides, soit en abrégé « PEBA », résulte de la polycondensation de blocs polyamides à extrémités réactives avec des blocs polyéthers à extrémités réactives, telles que, entre autres :
1 ) blocs polyamides à bouts de chaîne diamines avec des blocs polyoxyalkylènes à bouts de chaînes dicarboxyliques ;
2) blocs polyamides à bouts de chaînes dicarboxyliques avec des blocs polyoxyalkylènes à bouts de chaînes diamines, obtenues par cyanoéthylation et hydrogénation de blocs polyoxyalkylène al pha-oméga dihydroxylées aliphatiques appelées polyétherdiols ;
3) blocs polyamides à bouts de chaînes dicarboxyliques avec des polyétherdiols, les produits obte nus étant, dans ce cas particulier, des polyétheresteramides.
[0028] Les blocs polyamides à bouts de chaînes dicarboxyliques proviennent, par exemple, de la condensation de précurseurs de polyamides en présence d'un diacide carboxylique limiteur de chaîne. Les blocs polyamides à bouts de chaînes diamines proviennent par exemple de la conden sation de précurseurs de polyamides en présence d'une diamine limiteur de chaîne.
Bloc rigide polyamide
[0029] Le copolymère à blocs polyamide et à blocs polyéther compris dans le filament selon l’inven tion comporte au moins un bloc polyamide choisi parmi le PA 11, PA 12, PA1010, PA 1012, PA 1014, leur copolymère et leur mélange.
[0030] En d’autres termes, le bloc polyamide contenu dans le copolymère selon l’invention est ob tenu par polycondensation d’au moins un motif aliphatique linéaire choisi parmi l'undécanolactame, le lauryllactame, l'acide amino-11-undécanoïque (noté 11), l'acide amino-12-dodécanoïque (noté 12), le motif obtenu par polycondensation de la décanediamine et de l'acide sébacique (noté 1010), le motif obtenu par polycondensation de la décanediamine et de l'acide dodécanedioïque (noté 1012), le motif obtenu par polycondensation de la décanediamine et de l'acide tétradécanedioïque (noté 1014). De préférence, les blocs PA contenus dans le copolymère selon l’invention sont le PA11 et le PA12, leur copolymère et leur mélange.
[0031] Selon un mode de réalisation de l’invention, la masse molaire moyenne en nombre des blocs rigides polyamide est comprise entre 500 et 4000 g/mol et de préférence entre 600 et 2000 g/mol. [0032] La masse molaire moyenne en nombre peut être déterminée à partir des quantités des réac tifs introduits dans le milieu réactionnel lors de la synthèse des blocs polyamide. Cette masse peut ensuite être vérifiée sur le copolymère final par RMN.
Bloc souple polyéther
[0033] Le copolymère à blocs polyamide et à blocs polyéther compris dans le filament selon l’inven tion comporte au moins un bloc constitué de motifs tétraméthylène glycols, appelés aussi polytétra- hydrofurane et noté ci-après PTMG. Le bloc constitué de motifs tétraméthylène glycols comporte des bouts de chaîne OH. Il est également possible de modifier ces extrémités en fonction amine. [0034] Les blocs souples polyéthers peuvent comprendre des blocs PTMG à bouts de chaînes NH2, de tel blocs pouvant être obtenus par cyanoacétylation des blocs PTMG. Plus particulièrement, on pourra utiliser les Jeffamines (Par exemple Jeffamine® D400, D2000, ED 2003, XTJ 542, produits commerciaux de la société Huntsman, également décrites dans les documents de brevets JP2004346274, JP2004352794 et EP1482011).
[0035] Les blocs souples polyéthers peuvent également comprendre des blocs PTMG à bouts de chaînes PPG-NH2. En d’autres termes, la chaîne PTMG se termine par un motif propylèneglycol, puis par une fonction amine.
[0036] La masse molaire moyenne en nombre blocs souples PTMG est comprise entre 500 et 3000 g/mol, de préférence entre 650 et 2500, et plus particulièrement entre 1000 et 2000 g/mol.
Copolymère à blocs
[0037] Par élastique, on entend selon la présente invention la capacité du filament ou de la fibre à revenir à, au moins, 80% de la longueur initiale L0 après relâchement de la contrainte appliquée sur ce même filament ou fibre, dans les conditions du test suivant.
[0038] La mesure d’élasticité est réalisée à l’aide d’un dynamomètre de capacité maximale de 10N. La longueur initiale du filament est L0=100 mm et une vitesse de déformation de 100mm/min. Ces conditions permettent de distinguer le seuil d’écoulement des filaments. Une pré-charge de 0,02N est appliquée au démarrage du test afin de limiter la variation de la longueur du pied de courbe. Une pause de 1 minute est appliquée avant chaque allongement ou relaxation. Les valeurs sont basées sur 5 éprouvettes ou filaments minimum.
[0039] Le copolymère compris dans le filament selon l’invention présente une enthalpie de fusion comprise entre 15 et 50 J/g, mesurée selon la norme telle que définie ci-dessus, de préférence entre 15 et 40 J/g, et plus particulièrement entre 20 et 40 J/g.
[0040] La masse molaire moyenne en nombre des blocs polyamides et des blocs polyéthers peut être déterminée après copolymérisation des blocs par RMN. Des protocoles de mesure sont détaillés
dans l’article « Synthesis and characterization of poly(copolyethers-block-polyamides) - II. Charac- terization and properties of the multiblock copolymers », Maréchal et al., Polymer, Volume 41, 2000, 3561-3580 et également dans l’article de V. Girardon et al Eur. Polym. J . Vol34, p363-380, 1998. [0041] Avantageusement, dans le copolymère compris dans le filament selon l’invention, le ratio en poids des blocs polyamide sur les blocs polyéther est compris entre 0,3 et 3, de préférence entre 0,3 et 2, et plus particulièrement entre 0.5 et 2.
Le copolymère compris dans le filament selon l’invention présente, de préférence, une dureté me surée selon la norme ISO 868 mesurée après 1 seconde après conditionnement 15j à 23°C et 50% d’humidité relative, comprise entre 30 et 55 ShD, de préférence entre 30 et 40 ShD.
[0042] De préférence, le filament selon l’invention présente une température de fusion inférieure ou égale à 150°C, et de préférence inférieure ou égale à 130°C ; et/ou un indice de fluidité en volume MVR de 2 à 200 cm3/10 min, et de préférence 5 à 70 cm3/10 min.
[0043] Le filament élastique selon l’invention peut être constitué du copolymère tel que défini ci- dessus.
[0044] Selon un autre mode de réalisation, le filament selon l’invention peut comprendre au moins un autre matériau thermoplastique.

[0046] Selon un mode de réalisation selon l’invention, le filament peut être fabriqué par co-extrusion. Ce filament co-extrudé peut prendre deux ou trois matériaux différents.
[0047] Selon un mode de réalisation, le filament est co-extrudé avec un autre matériau thermoplas tique choisi parmi les polyamides, les polytéréphtalates d’éthylène, les polypropylènes, les polyéthy lènes, les copolymère PEBA autres que celui défini selon l’invention.
[0048] Le filament co-extrudé peut être de différentes structures : cœur/peau, île en mer ou bien trilobé.
[0049] Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l’invention, le filament est co-extrudé, il comprend le copolymère à blocs polyamide et à blocs polyéther tel que défini ci-dessus et du polyamide, le cœur du filament étant en PEBA selon l’invention et la peau du filament étant en polyamide.
[0050] Ces filaments co-extrudés peuvent être co-mélés pour fabriquer des fibres.
Procédé de préparation du copolymère
[0051] Le copolymère à blocs compris dans le filament selon l’invention peut être préparé de ma nière connue par l’homme du métier, par exemple, en mélangeant à l’état fondu les blocs polyamide et PTMG.
[0052] Alternativement, le copolymère à blocs peut être préparé en mélangeant à l’état fondu les monomères constituant les blocs polyamides et PTMG.
[0053] Le procédé de synthèse du copolymère défini ci-dessus peut comprendre les étapes sui vantes :
- mélange et mise en réaction d'au moins un bloc PA avec au moins un bloc PTMG,
- récupération dudit copolymère.
Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, le procédé selon l'invention comprend les étapes suivantes :
- chargement d'un réacteur avec un mélange comprenant au moins un bloc PA, au moins un bloc PTMG,
- chauffage à une température consigne comprise dans la gamme allant de 180 à 340°C, de préfé rence de 200 à 300°C, de préférence de 220 à 270°C,
- agitation et balayage sous gaz inerte,
- mise sous vide à une pression inférieure à 100 mbar, de préférence inférieure à 50 mbar, de pré férence inférieure à 10 mbar,
- ajout d'un catalyseur,
- arrêt lorsqu'un couple au moins égal à 5 N. cm, de préférence au moins égal à 10 N. cm, de préfé rence au moins égal à 20 N. cm, est atteint.
Procédé de fabrication du filament
[0054] Tous les procédés de filage en fondu peuvent être utilisés notamment en faisant passer le copolymère défini ci-dessus à travers des filières comprenant un ou plusieurs orifices. Pour la fabri cation de fils ou fibres multifilamentaires, on cite les procédés de filage ou filage-étirage ou filage- étirage-texturation intégrés ou non, quelle que soit la vitesse de filage. On peut produire les fils par filage haute vitesse, à vitesse de filage supérieure ou égale à 3000 m/min, préférentiellement supé rieure ou égale à 4000 m/min. De tels procédés sont souvent désignés par les termes suivants : POY (partialy oriented yarn), FOY (fully oriented yarn), FEI (filage-étirage-intégré), HOY (higly oriented yarn avec une vitesse supérieure à 5500 m/min). Ces fils ou fibres peuvent de plus être texturés, selon l'usage auquel ils sont destinés. Les fils ou fibres obtenus par ces procédés convien nent tout particulièrement à la réalisation de surfaces textiles, tissées ou tricotées. Selon l'invention, le copolymère définit ci-dessus peut être utilisée pour la fabrication de fils ou fibres monofilamen- taires ou monofilaments, de fils ou fibres multifilamentaires ou multifilaments, défibrés continues (en bobines) ou de fibres discontinues (coupées). Les filaments discontinus conviennent particulière ment bien pour le mélange avec des fibres naturelles.
[0055] Pour les filaments individuels ou monofilaments, les titres peuvent aller de 1dtex à 1000dtex/filament, les titres élevés étant particulièrement bien adaptés pour les applications indus trielles. Les fils ou fibres multifilamentaires ont de préférence un titre inférieur ou égal à 15 dtex/fila- ment. Pour la fabrication de fibres, les filaments peuvent par exemple être réunis sous forme de mèche ou de nappe, directement après le filage ou en reprise, étirés, texturés ou frisés et coupés. préférence 5 fois sa longueur à température ambiante, puis le fils est rétracté à température am biante et de préférence, stabilisé à 100°C.
La fibre
[0057] L’invention porte également sur une fibre comprenant au moins un filament tel que défini ci- dessus.
[0058] La ou les fibres selon l’invention peuvent comprendre un ou plusieurs filaments synthétiques différents de celui défini ci-dessus et/ou peuvent comprendre un ou plusieurs filaments naturels. [0059] Les fibres selon l’invention peuvent être utilisées pour la fabrication de non tissés ou de filés de fibres. Le filament ou la fibre peuvent également être utilisé(es) pour la fabrication de flocs. Les filaments et fibres de l'invention peuvent subir divers traitements tels que, par exemple, l'étirage en une étape continue ou en reprise, le dépôt d'ensimage, l'huilage, l'entrelacement, la texturation, le frisage, l'étirage, le traitement thermique de fixation ou de relaxation, le moulinage, le retordage et/ou la teinture.

Matériau textile

[0066] De préférence, le matériau textile selon l’invention comporte au moins une fibre en un maté riau thermoplastique. De préférence, le matériau thermoplastique peut être choisi parmi les polya mides, les polytéréphtalates d’éthylène, les polypropylènes, les polyéthylènes, les copolymères PEBA autres que celui selon l’invention. Plus particulièrement, la fibre est en polyamide, de préfé rence choisi parmi PA46, PA6, PA66, PA610, PA612, PA1010, PA1012, PA11, PA12, leurs copoly mères et leurs mélanges.
[0067] Le matériau textile selon l’invention peut également comporter une ou plusieurs fibres syn thétiques différentes de celle définie ci-dessus et/ou peut comprendre une ou plusieurs fibres natu-
relies. Les fibres naturelles peuvent être choisies parmi le coton, la laine, et la soie, des fibres artifi cielles peuvent être fabriquées à partir de matières premières naturelles, des fibres métalliques et/ou des fibres synthétiques autres que des fibres comportant des filaments de copolymère tels que dé finis ci-dessus.
[0068] Avantageusement, ledit textile comprend des fibres synthétiques obtenues à partir de ma tières premières bio-ressourcées. De préférence, le textile selon l’invention est fabriqué uniquement à partir de matières premières bio-ressourcées, tel que par exemples des matériaux textile à base de PA11, PA1010 et des PEBA bio-ressourcés.
[0069] Par matières premières d’origine renouvelable ou matières premières bio-ressourcées, on entend des matériaux qui comprennent du carbone bio-ressourcé ou carbone d’origine renouvelable. En effet, à la différence des matériaux issus de matières fossiles, les matériaux composés de ma tières premières renouvelables contiennent du 14C. La "teneur en carbone d’origine renouvelable" ou "teneur en carbone bio-ressourcé" est déterminée en application de la norme ASTM D 6866 (ASTM D 6866-06) et, le cas échéant, de la norme ASTM D 7026 (ASTM D 7026-04). La première norme décrit un test de mesure du ratio 14C/12C d’un échantillon et le compare avec le ratio 14C/12C d’un échantillon référence d’origine 100% bioressourcé, pour donner un pourcentage relatif de C bio-ressourcé dans l’échantillon. La norme est basée sur les mêmes concepts que la datation au 14C, mais sans faire application des équations de datation. Le ratio ainsi calculé est désigné comme le "pMC" (percent Modem Carbon). Si le matériau à analyser est un mélange de biomatériau et de matériau fossile (sans isotope radioactif), alors la valeur de pMC obtenue est directement corrélée à la quantité de biomatériau présent dans l'échantillon. La norme ASTM D 6866-06 propose plusieurs techniques de mesure de la teneur en isotope 14C, basées soit sur la LSC (Liquid Scintil lation Counting) spectrométrie à scintillation liquide, soit sur l’AMS/IRMS (Accelerated Mass Spec- trometry couplé avec Isotope Radio Mass Spectrometry). La méthode de mesure préférentiellement utilisée dans le cas de la présente invention est la spectrométrie de masse décrite dans la norme ASTM D6866-06 ("accelerator mass spectroscopy").
[0070] Les textiles de l'invention contenant des blocs polyamide en PA11 selon l’invention provien nent au moins en partie de matières premières bio-ressourcées et présentent donc une teneur en carbone bio-ressourcé d'au moins 1%, ce qui correspond à un ratio isotopique de 12C/14C d’au moins 1,2 x 1014. De préférence, les textiles selon l’invention comprennent au moins 50% en masse de carbone bio-ressourcé sur la masse totale de carbone, ce qui correspond à un ratio isotopique 12C/14C d’au moins 0,6.1012. Cette teneur est avantageusement plus élevée, notamment jusqu'à 100%, qui correspond à un ratio isotopique 12C/14C de 1,2 x 1012. Les textiles selon l'invention peu vent donc comprendre 100% de carbone bio-ressourcé ou, au contraire, résulter d'un mélange avec une origine fossile.

[0074] Ledit textile est avantageusement utilisé dans le domaine médical, l’hygiène, la bagagerie, la confection, l’habillement, l’équipement ménager ou de la maison, l’ameublement, les moquettes, l’automobile, l’industrie, notamment la filtration industrielle, l’agriculture et/ou le bâtiment, plus parti culièrement il s’agit d’un matériau textile pour l’habillement, des parties de chaussures de sport, des vêtements de sports, des chaussettes de sport, des sacs, les matériaux textiles médicaux, les bandes, les bas de contention.
[0075] La présente invention concerne aussi des articles textiles obtenus par mise en forme de la fibre selon l'invention par un procédé d'extrusion notamment par voie fondue, en particulier l'extru sion de feuilles, de films et de filaments. Des films peuvent ainsi être obtenus par les procédés mentionnés précédemment en utilisant une filière plate. Les films obtenus peuvent subir une ou différentes étapes de traitements, telles qu'un étirage unidimensionnel ou bidimensionnel, un traite ment thermique de stabilisation, un traitement antistatique et/ou un ensimage.
[0076] L’invention porte également sur l’utilisation du filament tel que décrit ci-dessus pour fabriquer une fibre.

Procédé de recyclage
[0079] L’invention a également pour objet un procédé de recyclage du filament, de la fibre ou du matériau textile tels que définis ci-dessus, comprenant les étapes successives suivantes a) le broyage des filaments, fibres ou dudit matériau pour obtenir des particules, b) la fonte des particules pour obtenir un mélange fondu, et c) la formation de granulés à partir du mélange fondu à l’issu de l’étape b).
[0080] Avant ces étapes, le procédé de recyclage peut comprendre une étape de séparation (déta chement) des fibres dans la structure, qui les contient par exemple. Par exemples, lorsque le textile comporte des fibres selon l’invention et des fibres non compatibles avec elles, c’est-à-dire des fibres conduisant à l’état fondu à un mélange inhomogène, alors une étape de séparation des fibres peut s’avérer nécessaire.
[0081] L’étape de broyage est effectuée afin de réduire la taille du matériau contenant les filaments ou fibres selon l’invention. Ainsi, après le broyage, on obtient des particules pouvant avoir, par exemple, une taille Dv50 de 0,1 à 10 mm.
[0082] L’étape de broyage peut être effectuée dans un broyeur à broches contrarotatives (pin mill), c’est-à-dire le broyeur comprenant une première série de brosses tournant dans un sens et une deuxième série de brosses tournant dans le sens opposé. Alternativement, l’étape de broyage peut être effectuée dans un broyeur à marteaux (hammer mill) ou dans un broyeur tourbillonnant (whirl mill).
[0083] Les particules obtenues après l’étape de broyage sont ensuite fondues afin d’obtenir un mé lange fondu du matériau ou des fibres. Selon certains modes de réalisation, des particules sont fondues en présence d’un ou plusieurs additifs qui peuvent comprendre, des colorants inertes tels que le dioxyde de titane, des charges, des tensioactifs, des agents de réticulation, des agents de nucléation, des composés réactifs, des agents minéraux ou organiques ignifuges, des agents ab sorbants de lumière ultraviolette (UV) ou infrarouge (IR), des agents fluorescents UV ou IR, des cires, des stabilisants thermiques (phénoliques, ou à base de phosphore par exemple), des agents anti-bloquants, des agents anti-mousse. Les charges typiques comprennent le talc, le carbonate de calcium, l'argile, la silice, le mica, la wollastonite, le feldspath, le silicate d'aluminium, l'alumine, l'alu mine hydratée, les microsphères de verre, les microsphères de céramique, les microsphères ther moplastiques, la baryte et la farine de bois.
[0084] Les particules peuvent être fondues à une température allant de 150 à 300°C, et de préfé rence de 180 à 280°C, plus particulièrement de 180 à 250°C.
[0085] Optionnellement, ce procédé peut comprendre une étape de filtration du mélange fondu afin d’enlever les impuretés ayant par exemple une taille de particules allant de 5 pm à 1 mm.
[0086] Enfin, le mélange fondu, éventuellement filtré est ensuite utilisé pour former des granulés recyclés. Plus particulièrement, les granulés peuvent être formés par extrusion.
[0087] Lorsque le matériau textile ne comporte que des filaments élastiques selon l’invention, lors de son recyclage, le matériau conduit après l’étape de fonte, à un mélange homogène. Les granulés obtenus peuvent être réutilisés. Ils peuvent, par exemple être utilisés pour fabriquer des filaments élastiques.
[0088] Lorsque le matériau textile comporte des filaments élastiques selon l’invention et des fila ments de PEBA non élastiques, lors de son recyclage, le matériau conduit après l’étape de fonte, à un mélange homogène. Les granulés obtenus peuvent être réutilisés. Ils peuvent, par exemple être utilisés pour fabriquer des filaments élastiques.
[0089] Lorsque le matériau textile comporte des filaments élastiques selon l’invention et des fila ments de polyamide, lors de son recyclage, le matériau conduit après l’étape de fonte, à un mélange homogène. Les granulés obtenus peuvent être réutilisés. Ils peuvent, par exemple être utilisés pour une autre utilisation que celle du textile.
[0090] Selon certains modes de réalisation, les granulés recyclés peuvent être utilisés pour la fabri cation les fibres selon l’invention.
[0091] Selon d’autres modes de réalisation, les granulés recyclés peuvent en particulier être intro duits dans une extrudeuse ou une presse à injection pour fabriquer un article extrudé ou injecté [0092] D'autres buts et avantages de la présente invention apparaîtront à la lecture des exemples suivants donnés à titre nullement limitatif.
Exemples
1. Préparation des copolvmères
[0093] Les copolymères illustrés dans le tableau ci-dessous sont préparés par mélange des mono mères à l’état fondu.
Le tableau reprend la masse molaire moyenne en nombre (g/mol) des blocs présents dans le copo lymère.

Les masses molaires moyennes sont déterminés par RMN selon la méthode décrite dans l’article de V. Girardon et al Eur. Polym. J . Vol34, p363-380, 1998.
La dureté Shore D est mesurée selon la norme ISO 868, après 1s après conditionnement 15j à 23°C et 50% humidité relative.
L’enthalpie est déterminée en seconde chauffe selon la norme IS011357-1 -3, à 20°C min en inté grant l’endotherme de la phase polyamide, c’est-à-dire de l’endotherme, dont la température est la plus élevée, s’il y a plusieurs endothermes.
2. Fabrication d’un filament selon une première méthode
[0094] Le copolymère 5 est fondu, puis est passé dans une filière afin de fabriquer un filament. Ledit filament est étiré en sortie de filière puis refroidi par air. Le filament est ensuite étiré de 4 fois sa
longueur à température ambiante, puis relâché à température ambiante. Le filament est ensuite thermofixé à 100°C.
3. Fabrication d’un filament selon une seconde méthode
[0095] Les copolymères 1 et 2 ont été extrudés de manière à réaliser un fil monofilament par voie fondue, par le moyen d’une extrudeuse mono-vis couplée à un système de pompe à engrenage garantissant un débit constant et se terminant par une filière de 0.6mm par fil, tel que,
-La température d’extrusion est de 220°C.
-Le fil monofilament est refroidi dans de l’eau thermiquement régulée à 20°C.
-L’étirage du fil dans sa partie solide est de 3.5/1, réalisé grâce à deux étirages identiques de 1.87/1 réalisés à une température inférieure à 60°C.
-La relaxation du fil est de 15% après étirage et avant enroulement du fil sur une bobine.
-Le titre du fil est de 100 décitex soit 100 grammes pour 10000 mètres.
4. Evaluation de l’élasticité des copolvmères 1 et 2
[0096] L’évaluation de ces propriétés est réalisée au moyen d’un dynamomètre d’une capacité maxi male de 100 Newtons et d’une précision de 0.25 Newtons. Il s’agit de l’appareil MTS C 42. Les mors utilisés sont de type Bollard 200 Newtons. Une pré-charge de 0.02N est appliquée sur le fil avant déformation. Le test consiste à étirer un fil de longueur L0 = 100mm à une valeur Lmax = 50% x L0, à une vitesse de 100mm/min, puis de revenir à la longueur initiale L0 à une vitesse de 100mm/min.

[0097] Le retour élastique exprimé correspond à la déformation du fil lorsque la force atteint 0 New ton lors de l’étape de retour à la longueur initiale L0. Cette valeur correspond à L2 dans la formule suivante :

Les valeurs exprimées correspondent à une moyenne de cinq échantillons évalués par référence.
5. Evaluation de l’élasticité du copolymère 5
[0098] La mesure d’élasticité a été réalisée à l’aide d’un dynamomètre de capacité maximale de 10N et d’une précision de 0,05N. Il s’agit de l’appareil MTS C 42. Les mors utilisés sont de type plat en caoutchouc. La longueur initiale du filament est L0=100 mm et une vitesse de déformation
de 100mm/min. Ces conditions permettent de distinguer le seuil d’écoulement des filaments. Une pré-charge de 0,02N est appliquée au démarrage du test afin de limiter la variation de la longueur du pied de courbe. Une pause de 1 minute est appliquée avant chaque allongement ou relaxation. Les valeurs sont basées sur 5 éprouvettes ou filaments minimum.

[0099] Dans ces conditions, le monofilament fabriqué avec le copolymère 5, pré étiré 4x, présente un retour élastique moyen de 95% sur 225% d’allongement
6. Fabrication d’un matériau tissé
[0100] Un matériau textile est réalisé en tissant des fils de PA6 et 10% de filament du copolymère 5, afin de conférer au tissu une élasticité. Le tissage est réalisé selon les techniques connues.
7. Recyclage du matériau tissé
[0101] Le tissu est broyé, afin de le réduire en particules. Celles-ci sont ensuite fondues. Le mélange à l’état fondu est homogène. Des granulés sont récupérés après compoundage et refroidissement. [0102] Il a été observé que ces granulés pouvaient être réutilisés pour fabriquer des filaments élas tiques.
8. Fabrication d’un matériau tissé
[0103] Un matériau textile élastique est réalisé en tissant uniquement des filaments fabriqués avec le copolymère 5. Le tissage est réalisé selon les techniques connues.
9. Recyclage du matériau tissé
[0104] Le tissu est broyé, afin de le réduire en particules. Celles-ci sont ensuite fondues. Le mélange à l’état fondu est homogène. Des granulés sont récupérés après compoundage et refroidissement. [0105] Il a été observé que ces granulés pouvaient être réutilisés pour fabriquer des filaments, dont l’élasticité est comparable à celle du filament initial.
Claims
1.Filament élastique comprenant d’un copolymère à blocs polyamide et à blocs polyéther,
-les blocs polyamide étant choisis parmi le PA11, PA12, PA1010, PA1012, PA1014, leur copolymère et leur mélange,
-les blocs polyéther étant des blocs issus du polytétraméthylèneglycol de masse molaire moyenne en nombre comprise entre 500 et 3000 g/mol,
-l’enthalpie de fusion du copolymère étant comprise entre 15 et 50 J/g.
2. Filament selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ratio en poids des blocs polyamide sur les blocs polyéther est compris entre 0,3 et 3.
3. Filament selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la dureté du copolymère étant comprise entre 30 et 55 ShD.
4. Filament selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les blocs polyamide sont choisis parmi le PA 11 , PA 12, leur copolymère et leur mélange.
5. Filament selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la masse molaire moyenne en nombre des blocs polyamide est comprise entre 500 et 4000 g/mol, de préférence entre 600 et 2000 g/mol.
6. Filament selon l’une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu’il est co- extrudé avec un autre matériau thermoplastique choisi parmi les polyamides, les polytéréphtalates d’éthylène, les polypropylènes, les polyéthylènes, les copolymère PEBA autres que celui défini aux revendications 1 à 5.
7. Filament selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce qu’il est de structure suivante : cœur/peau, île en mer ou bien trilobé.
8. Fibre comprenant au moins un filament tel que défini à l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7.
9. Fibre selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu’elle comprend un ou plusieurs filaments synthétiques différents de celui défini en revendications 1 à 7 et/ou un ou plusieurs filaments naturels.
10. Fibre selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce qu’elle est co-mélée à au moins une fibre en une matrice thermoplastique différente du copolymère défini en revendication 1 à 5.
11.Fibre selon l’une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu’elle est continue ou discontinue.
12. Matériau textile comportant au moins un filament tel que défini à l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 ou comportant au moins une fibre telle que définie à l’une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11.
13. Matériau textile selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte au moins une fibre en un matériau thermoplastique choisi parmi les polyamides, les polytéréphtalates d’éthylène, les polypropylènes, les polyéthylènes, les copolymères PEBA autres que celui défini aux revendications 1 à 5, de préférence la fibre est en polyamide.
14. Matériau textile selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce qu’il est une surface tissée, tricotée, non-tissée, ou laminées.
15. Matériau textile selon l’une quelconque des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend des fibres naturelles telles choisies parmi le coton, la laine, et la soie, des fibres artificielles fabriquées à partir de matières premières naturelles, des fibres métalliques et/ou des fibres synthétiques autres que des fibres comportant des filaments de copolymère tel que défini en revendications 1 à 6.
16. Utilisation du filament tel que défini à l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 pour la fabrication de matériau textile pour l’habillement, des parties de chaussures de sport, des vêtements de sports, des chaussettes, des sacs, les matériaux textiles médicaux, les bandes, les bas de contention.
17. Procédé de recyclage du filament, de la fibre ou du matériau textile tels que définis à l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte les étapes successives suivantes : a) le broyage des filaments, fibres ou dudit matériau pour obtenir des particules, b) la fonte des particules pour obtenir un mélange fondu, et c) la formation de granulés à partir du mélange fondu obtenu à l’issu de l’étape b).
