  • information regarding the static electricity amount of the yarns Y obtained by the yarn information acquisition unit 17 indicates the occurrence of yarn swing that is an indication of yarn cutting.
  • the data sampling process it is possible to sample a set of video data corresponding to a video showing yarn swing before the occurrence of yarn cutting. It is therefore easy to obtain information for reliably analyzing the indication of the yarn cutting.
  • the winding controller 18 executes the data sampling process when the command signal generation process of generating the command signal by which the execution of the yarn cutting process is instructed is executed.

Claims (7)

  1. System zum Aufwickeln von gesponnenem Garn (1) mit einer Aufwickeleinrichtung von gesponnenem Garn (3), die dazu konfiguriert ist, einen aus einer Spinnvorrichtung (2) ausgesponnenen Garn (Y) aufzunehmen und das Garn (Y) auf eine Spule (B) zu wickeln, das System zum Aufwickeln von gesponnenem Garn (1) weiter umfassend:
    Bildgebungsvorrichtungen (31 bis 35), die in der Lage sind, ein Video des Garns Y an verschiedenen Positionen auf einem Garnweg von der Spinnvorrichtung (2) zur Aufwickeleinrichtung von gesponnenem Garn (3) aufzunehmen;
    eine Speichereinheit (19), die zum Speichern von Videodaten des von den Bildgebungsvorrichtungen (31 bis 35) aufgenommenen Videos konfiguriert ist;
    eine Garninformationserfassungseinheit (17), die Informationen über einen Zustand des Garns (Y) auf dem Garnweg erfassen kann; und
    eine Steuereinheit (18),
    beim Empfang eines vorbestimmten Signals, das Informationen über den Zustand des Garns (Y) von der Garninformationserfassungseinheit (17) angibt, führt die Steuereinheit (18) einen Datenabtastprozess aus, bei dem sie Videodaten, die einem Video entsprechen, das während eines vorbestimmten Zeitraums aufgenommen wurde, der auf der Grundlage einer Zeit festgelegt wird, zu der das vorbestimmte Signal empfangen wurde, aus den in der Speichereinheit (19) gespeicherten Videodaten abtastet.
  2. System zum Aufwickeln von gesponnenem Garn (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei,
    die Garninformationserfassungseinheit (17) in der Lage ist, Informationen über das Auftreten von Garnschnitten zu erfassen, und
    im Datenabtastprozess die Steuereinheit (18) nach Empfang des vorbestimmten Signals, das anzeigt, dass Garnschnitte aufgetreten sind, aus den in der Speichereinheit (19) gespeicherten Videodaten Videodaten abtastet, die einem Video entsprechen, das während des vorbestimmten Bereichs aufgenommen wurde, der mindestens einen Zeitpunkt vor dem Zeitpunkt des Empfangs des vorbestimmten Signals einschließt und auf der Grundlage des Zeitpunkts des Empfangs des vorbestimmten Signals festgelegt ist.
  3. System zum Aufwickeln von gesponnenem Garn (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei,
    die Garninformationserfassungseinheit (17) in der Lage ist, Informationen über die Größe der Spannung des Garns (Y) zu erfassen,
    im Datenabtastprozess, wenn das vorbestimmte Signal empfangen wird, das anzeigt, dass die Größe der Spannung des Garns (Y) gleich oder kleiner als ein vorbestimmter Schwellenwert ist, die Steuereinheit (18) Videodaten abtastet, die einem Video entsprechen, das in dem vorbestimmten Bereich aufgenommen wurde, der auf der Grundlage eines Zeitpunkts festgelegt wurde, zu dem das vorbestimmte Signal empfangen wurde, aus den in der Speichereinheit (19) gespeicherten Videodaten, und
    der vorbestimmte Schwellenwert ein Wert ist, bei dem die Größe der Spannung des Garns (Y) kein Auftreten von Garnschnitten anzeigt.
  4. System zum Aufwickeln von gesponnenem Garn (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei,
    die Garninformationserfassungseinheit (17) in der Lage ist, Informationen über die Menge an statischer Elektrizität des Garns (Y) zu erfassen,
    im Datenabtastprozess, wenn das vorbestimmte Signal empfangen wird, das anzeigt, dass die statische Elektrizität des Garns (Y) gleich oder größer als ein vorbestimmter Schwellenwert ist, die Steuereinheit (18) Videodaten, die einem Video entsprechen, das in dem vorbestimmten Bereich aufgenommen wurde, der auf der Grundlage eines Zeitpunkts festgelegt wurde, zu dem das vorbestimmte Signal empfangen wurde, aus den in der Speichereinheit (19) gespeicherten Videodaten erfasst, und
    der vorbestimmte Schwellenwert ein Wert ist, bei dem die statische Aufladung des Garns (Y) kein Auftreten von Garnschnitten anzeigt.
  5. System zum Aufwickeln von gesponnenem Garn (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei,
    die Aufwickeleinrichtung von gesponnenem Garn (3) in der Lage ist, aus der Spinnvorrichtung (2) gesponnene Garne (Y) aufzunehmen und die Garne (Y) jeweils auf Spulen (B) aufzuwickeln,
    das System zum Aufwickeln von gesponnenem Garn (1) weiter umfassend eine Schneidsaugvorrichtung (13), die die Garne (Y) schneiden und ansaugen kann,
    jede der Bildgebungsvorrichtungen (31 bis 35) in der Lage ist, ein Video der Garne (Y) aufzunehmen,
    die Garninformationserfassungseinheit (17) in der Lage ist, Informationen über das Auftreten von Garnschnitten jedes der Garne (Y) zu erfassen,
    beim Empfang des vorbestimmten Signals, das anzeigt, dass mindestens eines der Garne (Y) von der Garninformationserfassungseinheit (17) abgeschnitten wurde, führt die Steuereinheit (18) einen Befehlssignalerzeugungsprozess aus, bei dem ein Befehlssignal erzeugt wird, mit dem die Ausführung eines Garnschneideprozesses zum Schneiden und Ansaugen der Garne (Y) durch die Schneidsaugvorrichtung (13) angewiesen wird, und
    wenn der Befehlssignalerzeugungsprozess ausgeführt wird, die Steuereinheit (18) den Datenabtastprozess ausführt.
  6. System zum Aufwickeln von gesponnenem Garn (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei mindestens eine Bildgebungsvorrichtung (31 bis 35) unter den Bildgebungsvorrichtungen (31 bis 35) in der Lage ist, ein Bild von mindestens einer Komponente des Systems zum Aufwickeln von gesponnenem Garn (1) aufzunehmen.
  7. System zum Aufwickeln von gesponnenem Garn (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, weiter umfassend eine Anzeigevorrichtung (38), die in der Lage ist, ein von den Bildgebungsvorrichtungen (31 bis 35) aufgenommenes Video wiederzugeben.
