  • a metal sleeve-shaped handpiece 9 having on its side surface a vertically positioned rectangular pass-through slot 10 and coaxially and horizontally positioned mounting holes 11 and 11', with a pass-through hole 12 arranged above the hole 11', whereas the handpiece 9 between the holes 11, 11' and 12 has on its outer sleeve-shaped side surface evenly spaced and vertically arranged trapezoid-shaped grooves 13 so that the control handle can be easily held by hand.
