Abstract
Es wird eine Heißgasmaschine, insbesondere ein Stirlingmaschine beschrieben. Gemäß einem Ausführungsbeispiel umfasst die Heißgasmaschine ein Getriebe, das in einem Getrieberaum angeordnet ist, in dem Umgebungsdruck herrscht, und einen in einem Zylinder angeordneten doppeltwirkenden Stufenkolben, der einen ersten Abschnitt mit einen größeren Durchmesser und einen zweiten Abschnitt mit einem kleineren Durchmesser aufweist. Der Stufenkolben ist zumindest teilweise hohl und weist im inneren eine Kolbenstange auf, die mit dem Getriebe mechanisch gekoppelt ist. Der dem Getriebe zugewandte zweite Abschnitt des Stufenkolbens mündet in einen Pufferraum für das Arbeitsgas der Heißgasmaschine, wobei im Inneren des Stufenkolbens zumindest ein Teil einer Dichtungsvorrichtung angeordnet ist, welche eine Durchführung der Kolbenstange zwischen Pufferraum und Getrieberaum abdichtet.A hot gas engine, in particular a Stirling engine, is described. According to an exemplary embodiment, the hot gas machine comprises a gear that is arranged in a gear room in which ambient pressure prevails, and a double-acting stepped piston arranged in a cylinder and having a first section with a larger diameter and a second section with a smaller diameter. The stepped piston is at least partially hollow and has a piston rod inside that is mechanically coupled to the transmission. The second section of the stepped piston facing the transmission opens into a buffer space for the working gas of the hot gas machine, with at least part of a sealing device being arranged inside the stepped piston, which seals a passage of the piston rod between the buffer space and the gearbox space.
