Definitions
- the invention relates to a washware carrier for a cleaning and/or disinfection machine for holding, in particular, bedpans, chair buckets, urine bottles and/or similar items to be washed, with a wire arrangement used to load items to be washed and a wire arrangement arranged above the wire arrangement in the height direction of the washware carrier and with the wire arrangement operatively connected hold-down device, with the wire arrangement and the hold-down device forming a dish holder between them.
- the invention further relates to an automatic cleaning and/or disinfection machine, in particular a bedpan washer, with a washing container providing a washing compartment, which has a loading opening which can be closed in a fluid-tight manner by means of a washing compartment door, and with a washware carrier.
- An automatic cleaning and/or disinfection machine of the generic type has spray nozzles which are permanently installed in the washing compartment of the washing container and which are used to supply washing liquid to items to be cleaned.
- a wash item carrier mounted on the inside of the wash compartment door is used. This holds the items to be cleaned when used as intended and ensures precise alignment with the spray nozzles.
- the washware carrier is according to EP 2 425 759 A1 Can be replaced without tools and is mounted on the inside of the door of the washer and/or disinfector. This allows a user to select the appropriate washware carrier depending on the items to be cleaned and to arrange it on the inside of the door of the cleaning and/or disinfection machine to accommodate the items to be cleaned.
- the invention proposes a washware carrier of the type mentioned, which is characterized in that the height distance between the wire arrangement and the hold-down device is designed to be adjustable.
- a carrier for the items to be cleaned is used, which in turn provides a holder for the items to be cleaned.
- the items to be cleaned are inserted into the items holder provided by the items carrier.
- the washware holder is formed between a wire arrangement provided by the washware carrier on the one hand and a hold-down device also provided by the washware carrier on the other hand.
- the hold-down device is designed above the wire arrangement in the height direction of the washware carrier. When used as intended, the wire arrangement and the hold-down device hold items to be cleaned between them.
- the height distance between the wire arrangement and the hold-down device is designed to be adjustable, which advantageously allows the user to optionally adapt the washware holder formed between the wire arrangement and the hold-down device to the size of the washware to be cleaned.
- washware carrier according to the invention, a plurality of washware items with different geometric configurations can be arranged in a precise and secure position within a washspace provided by a wash container of an automatic cleaning and/or disinfection machine.
- the invention proposes an optional and user-adjustable distance configuration instead of a fixed distance between the wire arrangement and the hold-down device, which is predetermined with reference to a specific geometric configuration of an item to be washed. This advantageously leads, in the manner already described, to the fact that the dish rack according to the invention can be used universally.
- the hold-down device is arranged on the wire arrangement so that it can move in the height direction of the washware carrier.
- the washware carrier can therefore be mounted on the wire arrangement side on the inside of the washing compartment door of an automatic cleaning and/or disinfection machine.
- the hold-down device can be moved in the height direction, in relation to the wire arrangement.
- the hold-down device can therefore be moved by the user to the desired distance between the wire arrangement and the hold-down device. This means that items to be cleaned rest against the wire arrangement on the one hand and on the hold-down device on the other hand when used as intended.
- the items to be cleaned must be introduced by the user into the items holder provided by the items carrier and placed on the wire arrangement. This happens with the washing compartment door open, so that the items to be cleaned are securely supported by the wire arrangement.
- the hold-down device must then be moved downwards by the user in the height direction, ie in the direction of the items to be washed that are picked up by the wire arrangement.
- the hold-down device must be moved in the direction of the items to be washed until it rests on the items to be washed. In this position of the hold-down device, the items to be cleaned are virtually clamped between the wire arrangement and the hold-down device, so that a positionally accurate and secure arrangement of the items to be cleaned within the item holder provided by the item holder is achieved.
- the washing compartment door can then be pivoted into its closed position, as a result of which the items to be cleaned are moved into the washing compartment of the cleaning and/or disinfecting machine.
- the hold-down device is carried by a support device which has a guide rail and a coupling element that interacts therewith, on which the hold-down device is arranged on one side.
- the hold-down device is arranged on the wire arrangement with the interposition of a support device.
- the support device therefore carries the hold-down device.
- the support device in turn has a guide rail and a coupling element that interacts with it.
- the coupling element is movably arranged on the guide rail in relation to the guide rail and can be positioned thereon at different height distances from the wire arrangement.
- the hold-down device is arranged on the coupling element, namely on one end of the coupling element.
- the coupling element has a handle on the other end.
- the coupling element can be gripped by the user on the handle provided by the coupling element and then moved in relation to the guide rail.
- the hold-down device moves together with the coupling element in the height direction, which means that the distance between the wire arrangement and the hold-down device can be easily adjusted by the user.
- the guide rail has a locking contour which interacts with a locking cam on the coupling element side.
- the locking contour serves to ensure a lockable and therefore particularly secure positioning of the coupling element on the guide rail.
- the coupling element has a locking cam which is designed to correspond to the locking contour and interacts with it at least in sections.
- the locking contour can be designed, for example, as a toothed contour, which provides a grid dimension corresponding to the tooth size for the spacing of the wire arrangement and the hold-down device.
- the coupling element is supported relative to the guide rail with the interposition of a spring element.
- This ensures that the coupling element is always locked in relation to the guide rail thanks to its locking cam, i.e. H. engages in the locking contour provided by the guide rail.
- This intervention is spring-supported, so that accidental release is avoided, even in the event of a shock. Only through targeted user operation of the coupling element can the coupling element move in relation to the guide rail against the spring force emanating from the spring element. This reliably prevents an unwanted increase in the distance between the hold-down device and the wire arrangement.
- the hold-down device has a wire section which has regions that are stepped in relation to one another.
- the stepped areas of the wire section of the hold-down device advantageously provide even greater flexibility compared to items to be washed of different sizes. Not only can a height adjustment take place in the manner already described, the wire section of the hold-down device also makes it possible, due to its stepped areas, to be able to secure the position of items to be washed with different sizes when the hold-down device is not adjusted in height. This is particularly advantageous in the case of a hold-down device that has already moved to its highest position in the height direction, as this ensures optimized use of space.
- the wire arrangement has a first loading level, which is provided by a plurality of spaced apart, rectilinear first wire sections.
- the wire arrangement therefore has a first loading level. On this loading level, items to be cleaned are supported and are positioned in the manner described above between the wire arrangement and the hold-down device.
- Individual wire sections are used to support the items to be washed, which are preferably designed to run in a straight line and are arranged at a distance from one another. The individual wire sections preferably run parallel to one another.
- a second loading level is provided, which is arranged below the first loading level in the height direction of the washware carrier.
- This loading level is used in particular to accommodate comparatively flat items to be washed, such as: B. lids and/or bowls. When used as intended, such flat items to be washed are arranged in the receiving space between the second and first loading level, which ensures precise and safe storage.
- the second loading level is also provided by wire sections which are arranged at a distance from one another in a straight line.
- the wire sections of the first and/or the second loading level carry positioning aids arranged pivotably thereon.
- positioning aids serve in particular to provide lateral support for items to be washed that are picked up by the wire arrangement.
- the positioning aids can be designed as simple wire extensions that can optionally be pivoted by the user.
- the invention further proposes an automatic cleaning and/or disinfection machine, in particular in the design as a bedpan washer, with a washing container providing a washing compartment, which has a loading opening which can be closed in a fluid-tight manner by means of a washing compartment door, and with a washware carrier according to one of the preceding claims. It is preferred that the washware carrier is arranged to be replaceable on the loading opening side of the washing compartment door.
- An automatic cleaning and/or disinfection machine of the type according to the invention provides the advantages already explained above.
- FIG. 1 shows a cleaning and/or disinfection machine 1 according to the invention in a schematic side view.
- This has a washing container 2, which provides a washing space 3.
- the washing compartment 3 is accessible via a loading opening 4, which can be closed in a fluid-tight manner by means of a pivotably mounted washing compartment door 5.
- a washware carrier 9 designed according to the invention is arranged on the inside 8 of the washing compartment door 5. This is used to hold items to be cleaned.
- a spray device 6 is formed within the washing space 3 provided by the washing container 2. This has a plurality of spray nozzles 7, which, when used as intended, serve to supply washing liquid to items to be cleaned.
- FIG 1 shows the cleaning and/or disinfection machine 1 when the washing compartment door 5 is fully open. In this position of the washing compartment door 5, the user can load the washware carrier 9 with items to be cleaned.
- FIG 2 the cleaning and/or disinfection machine 1 decreases Figure 1 with the washing compartment door 5 partially swiveled.
- the washing compartment door 5 together with the washware carrier 9 carried by it on the loading opening side is shown with reference to the plane of the drawing Figure 2 to pivot clockwise to move it out of the open position Figure 1 into the in Figure 3 to be transferred to the locking position shown.
- the washware carrier 9 comes to lie completely within the washing compartment 3 provided by the washing container 2 when the washing compartment door 5 is in the closed position. In this position, items to be washed that are picked up by the item carrier 9 are aligned in a precise and secure position in relation to the spray nozzles 7 provided by the spray device 6.
- the washware carrier 9 has a wire arrangement 10 and a hold-down device 12, the hold-down device 12 being arranged above the wire arrangement 10 in the height direction 11 of the washware carrier 9.
- the hold-down device 12 is designed to be adjustable in the height direction 11 according to the invention, which allows the height distance between the wire arrangement 10 and the hold-down device 12 to be optionally adjusted by the user.
- the wire arrangement 10 and the hold-down device 12 form a dish holder 13 between them, which, when used as intended, serves to hold a dish to be cleaned, as shown in particular in a synopsis of the Figures 6 and 7 can be recognized.
- the wire arrangement 10 provides two loading levels for receiving items to be washed, namely a first loading level 19 and a second loading level 20.
- the first loading level 19 is arranged above the second loading level 20 in the height direction 11, as is shown in particular in a synopsis of the Figures 16 and 17 can be recognized.
- the loading levels 19 and 20 are respectively provided by wire sections 17 and 18, as shown Figure 5 can be recognized. Both the wire sections 17 of the first loading level 19 and the wire sections 18 of the second loading level 20 are each arranged in a straight line and spaced apart from one another and are supported at the ends by sheet metal parts 15 and 16.
- the front wire section 18 of the second loading level 20 in the figures is provided with a central projection, which serves as a foot section 23 in the final assembled state to support the washware carrier 9 relative to the inside 8 of the washing compartment door 5.
- the washware carrier 9 also has connecting elements 26, which serve to secure the washware carrier 9 to the rear on the inside 8 of the washing compartment door 5.
- the Figures 6 and 7 show the washware carrier with a washware 14 picked up by it.
- the items to be washed 14 shown are a bedpan.
- the items to be washed 14 are supported on the first loading level 19 provided by the wire arrangement 10. Furthermore, it rests on the holding elements 25 of the rear-mounted holder 24. When the washing compartment door 5 is open, the items to be washed 14 are secured in position.
- Figure 6 shows the hold-down device 12 in an upper position with respect to the height direction 11.
- the washware 14 is located in the washware receptacle 13 formed between the wire arrangement 10 and the hold-down device 12.
- the holddown device 12 On the user side, the holddown device 12 must now be moved downwards in the height direction 11 until the holddown device 12 comes into contact with the washware 14, as in Figure 7 shown. In this position, the items to be washed 14 are essentially clamped between the first loading level 19 and the hold-down device 12, so that it is also secured in position for the washing compartment door 5 to pivot is.
- the hold-down device 12 is, as a synopsis in particular, the Figures 5 , 8 and 9 can be seen, carried by a support device 27.
- This support device 27 has two guide rails 28 arranged at a distance from one another. Each of these guide rails 28 interacts with a coupling element 29.
- Each coupling element 29 has an end section 33 on one end, in which the hold-down device 12 is connected to the coupling element 29.
- the hold-down device 12 is therefore arranged between the two coupling elements 29, as is the case in particular Figure 5 can be recognized.
- each coupling element 29 provides a handle 30. These handles 30 can be gripped by the user to adjust the height of the hold-down device 12.
- Each coupling element 29 is arranged to be movable in the height direction 11 on the associated guide rail 28. This factual connection is particularly evident in the Figures 8 and 9 recognize.
- each guide rail 28 has a jagged locking contour 31.
- This locking contour 31 interacts with a locking cam 32 provided by the respective coupling element 29.
- Each coupling element 29 lies against the associated guide rail 28 with the interposition of a spring element 34.
- This spring element 34 causes the locking cam 32 to engage in a locking manner in the associated locking contour 31, as in Figure 8 shown. Due to the operative connection of the locking contour 31 and the locking cam 32, a movement of the coupling element 29 in the height direction relative to the guide rail 28 is blocked. In this position, the hold-down device 12 is secured and fixed in position in its height distance from the wire arrangement 10.
- the coupling elements 29 correspond to the arrow 35 Figure 9 to pivot clockwise.
- the locking cam 32 of the coupling element 29 and the associated locking contour 31 come out of engagement.
- a user-side movement of the coupling element 29 can now take place in the height direction 11, whereby the height distance between the hold-down device 12 and the wire arrangement 10 can be optionally adjusted.
- the coupling element 29 can be released by the user, which, due to the spring force acting on the coupling element 29, causes it to automatically pivot back counterclockwise and thus the associated locking cam 32 into active engagement with the locking contour 31 comes.
- the hold-down device 12 has a wire section 46 which has individual regions 36, 37 and 38 which are stepped towards one another. These areas of the wire section 46 serve to be able to accommodate items to be washed of different sizes, such as in particular Figures 11 , 12 and 15 reveal.
- Figure 11 shows Figure 11 a wash item 41 in the design of a wash bowl. When used as intended, this comes into contact with the areas 36 of the wire section 46 and is thus clamped between the hold-down device 12 and the wire arrangement 10.
- Figure 12 shows an exemplary embodiment, according to which a measuring cup is picked up by the washware carrier 9 as the washware 42.
- the measuring cup is different from the washing bowl Figure 11 a smaller diameter. This is therefore not in contact with the areas 36 of the wire section 46, but with the areas 37, such as Figure 12 can be recognized.
- the items to be washed 43 are also adjusted accordingly Figure 15 held.
- the second loading level 20 of the wire arrangement 10 serves to accommodate comparatively flat items to be washed, such as. B. a dish 21 in the design of a bowl Figure 16 or a washware 44 in the design of a closure lid according to Figure 17 .
- the washware carrier 9 also serves to hold washware 45 in the form of a urine bottle, as in the Figures 18 and 19 shown, where Figure 18 the loading orientation of the washware carrier 9 and Figure 19 show the washing orientation of the washware carrier 9 with the washing compartment door 5 closed.
- the items to be washed 45 shown serve, among other things, support hooks 40, which are provided by a cross strut 29 of the support device 27, like this Figure 14 can be recognized.
- the items to be washed 45 are partially pushed onto a support hook 40 and are supported on the other end on the wire sections 17 of the first loading level 19.
- the washing compartment door 5 is now moved into the closed position Figure 19 transferred, the items to be washed 45 slides downwards in the height direction 11, whereby the support hook 40 is completely immersed in the items to be washed 45.
- the items to be washed 45 rest on the other end only on a wire section 17 of the first loading level 19, as can be seen in particular from the illustration Figure 19 results.
- Positioning aids 22 in the form of wire extensions are used to hold the items 45 to the side. These are pivotably arranged on the wire sections 17 and 18 of the first and second loading levels 19 and 20 and can optionally be set up by the user.
- a total of a washware carrier 9 is provided, which can be used universally and offers the possibility of being able to accommodate washware of different sizes in their geometric dimensions.
- items to be washed that are accommodated by the item carrier 9 are securely positioned by the item holder between the wire arrangement 10 and the hold-down device 12, which contributes to obtaining an optimized washing result. Since the washware carrier 9 can be used universally due to its design according to the invention, in contrast to the prior art, there is no need to convert the washware carrier 9 depending on the geometry of the washware to be cleaned.
