Claims (5)

  1. Haushaltsbackofen, dessen Oberfläche durch Emaille geschützt ist, welcher einen Körper mit einer Türöffnung, ein oberes Heizelement, das im Bereich der oberen Wand und innerhalb des Körpers angeordnet ist, und ein unteres Heizelement (8) umfasst, das im Bereich der unteren Wand (2) and außerhalb des Körpers angeordnet ist, wobei das untere Heizelement (8) durch eine flache Abschirmung (9) vor direktem Kontakt mit der Wärmeisolierung des Haushaltsbackofens geschützt ist und ein Träger (10) an der unteren Wand (2) im Bereich der Rückwand (5) und an der der Abschirmung (9) des unteren Heizelements (8) zugewandten Seite angebracht (vorzugsweise angeschweißt) ist, wobei sich der Träger (10) näherungsweise parallel zur unteren Wand (2) erstreckt und zur vorübergehenden Befestigung des Haushaltsbackofenkörpers während seines Transports im Emaillierungsprozess vorgesehen ist, wobei das untere Heizelement (8) mit mindestens zwei Drahthalterungen (11', 11") ausgestattet ist, welche sich auf der Ebene einer Abschirmung (9) des unteren Heizelements (8) und in der Richtung von einer Rückwand (5) zu einer Vorderwand (6) erstrecken und mittels einer Reihe von Befestigungselementen (13) untrennbar mit dem unteren Heizelement (8) verbunden sind, wobei an der der Rückwand (5) zugewandten Seite und im Abstand von der Abschirmung (9) ein Flansch (14) vorgesehen ist, der die freien Enden des unteren Heizelements (8) in einem konstanten Abstand voneinander hält und sich näherungsweise senkrecht zum Träger (10) erstreckt, während die der Vorderwand (6) zugewandten freien Enden der Drahthalterungen (11', 11") einerseits an die näherungsweise horizontale Biegung (6') der Vorderwand (6) angelehnt sind, welche sich in Richtung der Rückwand (5) erstreckt, und andererseits in einer entsprechenden Kerbe (16) aufgenommen sind, die in der Biegung (2') der unteren Wand (2) ausgebildet ist, wobei sich besagte Biegung (2') parallel zur Biegung (6') der Vorderwand und von dieser beabstandet erstreckt, wobei die Drahthalterungen (11', 11") in deren Längsrichtung jeweils mit mindestens einem wellenförmigen Abschnitt (17) ausgebildet sind, der der unteren Wand (2) und/oder der Abschirmung (9) zugewandt ist, wobei der wellenförmige Abschnitt (17) entweder an der unteren Wand (2) und/oder an der Abschirmung (9) angelehnt ist, wodurch ein konstanter Abstand der Abschirmung (9) zu dem unteren Heizelement (8) oder des Heizelements (8) zur unteren Wand (2) des Ofens gewährleistet ist.
  2. Haushaltsbackofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Heizelement (8), welches dauerhaft mit den Drahthalterungen (11', 11") verbunden ist, der Flansch (14), welcher dauerhaft mit dem unteren Heizelement (8) verbunden ist, und die Abschirmung (9) des unteren Heizelements (8), welche lösbar mit den Drahthalterungen (11', 11") verbunden ist, ein Einheitselement (15) darstellen, das an der unteren Wand (2) des Haushaltsbackofens anbringbar ist.
  3. Haushaltsbackofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flansch (14) lösbar mit dem Träger (10) verbunden ist.
  4. Haushaltsbackofen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lösbare Verbindung als formschlüssige und/ oder kraftschlüssige Verbindung ausgebildet ist.
  5. Haushaltsbackofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Heizelement 8 oder das besagte Element 15 in Position gehalten wird mittels der freien Enden der Drahthalterungen (11', 11"), welche der Vorderwand 6 des Haushaltsbackofens zugewandt sind und die einerseits an die näherungsweise horizontale Biegung (6') der Vorderwand (6) angelehnt sind, welche sich in Richtung der Rückwand (5) erstreckt, und andererseits in einer entsprechenden Kerbe (16) aufgenommen sind, die in der Biegung (2') der unteren Wand (2) ausgebildet ist, wobei sich die Biegung (2') parallel zur Biegung (6') der Vorderwand und von dieser beabstandet erstreckt.
