Garde-corps, comportant : - au moins un panneau (1), - un rail (3), configuré pour être attaché à un support et présentant un logement (31) pour le panneau (1) lorsqu'il est installé, - des moyens de fixation (9) du panneau (1) au rail (3), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un dispositif de réglage en hauteur (7) du panneau (1), ledit dispositif comportant - un sabot (71), présentant : * une surface extérieure ajustée au moins par sections à un fond et des parois verticales du logement (31), de sorte à former un guide en translation verticale avec des parois du logement (31) du rail (3) par appui de la surface extérieure sur les parois verticales du logement (31), * une surface d'appui (11) pour le panneau (1) lorsqu'il est installé, * un perçage latéral (13), vertical et transversalement décalé par rapport à la surface d'appui (11) pour le panneau (1), traversant le sabot (71) et présentant un taraudage (17),* une vis (15), configurée pour être insérée dans le perçage latéral (13) et le traverser, et pour coopérer avec le taraudage (17) du perçage latéral (13).
