sich der Schneideabschnitt (32) beiderseits einer Querachse (A) erstreckt und dass der Schneideabschnitt (32) umfasst:einerseits zur Querachse (A):- einen ersten Abschnitt (36), der sich zwischen einem ersten Punkt (P1), der das Ende des Schneideabschnitts (32) bildet, und einem zweiten Punkt (P2) erstreckt, wobei die Verbindungsgerade zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Punkt (P1, P2) mit der Querachse (A) einen ersten Winkel (A 1) zwischen 20° und 40° bildet;- einen zweiten Abschnitt (38), der sich zwischen dem zweiten Punkt (P2) und einem dritten Punkt (P3) erstreckt, wobei die Gerade, die den zweiten und den dritten Punkt (P2, P3) verbindet, mit der Querachse (A) einen zweiten Winkel (A2) zwischen 15° und 25° bildet;und andererseits zur Querachse (A):- einen dritten Abschnitt (40), der sich zwischen dem ersten Punkt (P1) und einem vierten Punkt (P4) erstreckt, wobei der vierte Punkt (P4) mit der Querachse (A) zusammenfällt,- einen vierten Abschnitt (42), der sich vom vierten Punkt (P4) zu einem fünften Punkt (P5) erstreckt, wobei der fünfte Punkt (P5) symmetrisch zum dritten Punkt (P3) in Bezug auf die Querachse (A) ist, wobei die Gerade, die den vierten und den fünften Punkt (P4, P5) verbindet, mit der Querachse (A) einen dritten Winkel (A3) zwischen 15° und 25° bildet. - Messer (26) nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich der erste Abschnitt (36) über eine in Richtung der Querachse (A) gemessene Entfernung (L1) zwischen 0,02 mm und 0,2 mm erstreckt.
- Messer (26) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei sich der dritte Abschnitt (40) über eine in Richtung der Querachse (A) gemessene Entfernung (L2) zwischen 0,2 mm und 0,8 mm erstreckt.
- Messer (26) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein Abstand (L3) zwischen dem ersten Punkt (P1) und dem fünften Punkt (P5), gemessen in Richtung der Querachse (A), zwischen 1,4 mm und 2 mm beträgt.
- Messer (26) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welches ferner einen Verbindungsabschnitt (44) umfasst, der sich vom Schneideabschnitt (32) zu einem Körper (30) des Messers (26) erstreckt, wobei sich der Verbindungsabschnitt (44) symmetrisch zu beiden Seiten der Querachse (A) vom dritten und fünften Punkt (P3, P5) in einem Öffnungswinkel (A4) zwischen 100° und 140° erstreckt.
- Messer (26) nach einem der vorhergehend en Ansprüche, welches ferner einen zylindrischen Abschnitt (34) umfasst, der sich in Richtung der Querachse (A) erstreckt.
- Gegenklinge (28) für eine Vorrichtung zum Formen eines Vorschnitts an einer Packung (10) von Behältern (12) für Lebensmittel, wobei die Gegenklinge (28) dazu ausgelegt ist, mit einem Messer (26) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 zusammenzuwirken, wobei der Vorzuschnitt ein Trennen durch Brechen entlang einer Trennlinie (16) zwischen zwei Lebensmittelbehältern (12) erleichtert, wobei die Gegenklinge (28) einen aktiven Abschnitt (54) umfasst, der dazu ausgebildet ist, einen Vorzuschnitt oder einen Vollschnitt entlang der Trennlinie (16) auszuführen, wobei sich die Gegenklinge (28) entlang einer zweiten Längsachse (Y) erstreckt, gesehen im Schnitt senkrecht zur zweiten Längsachse (Y), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der aktive Abschnitt (54) umfasst:- einen Grat (56), der eine ebene Fläche des aktiven Abschnitts (54) definiert;- ein erstes Segment (58), das sich zwischen einem ersten Punkt (P11), der das Ende des aktiven Abschnitts (54) bildet, und einem zweiten Punkt (P12) erstreckt, wobei die Gerade, die den ersten und den zweiten Punkt verbindet (P11, P12) mit dem Grat (56) einen ersten Winkel (A11) zwischen 20° und 40° bildet;- ein zweites Segment (60), das sich vom zweiten Punkt (P12) zu einem dritten Punkt (P13) erstreckt, wobei die Gerade, die den zweiten und den dritten Punkt (P12, P13)verbindet, mit dem Grat (56) einen zweiten Winkel (A12) zwischen 15° und 25° bildet.
- Gegenklinge (28) nach Anspruch 7, wobei sich das erste Segment (58) über eine in Richtung des Grats (56) gemessene Länge (L11) zwischen 0,02 mm und 0,1 mm erstreckt.
- Gegenklinge (28) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, wobei der Grat (56) sich über eine Länge (L12) zwischen 0,02 mm und 0,1 mm erstreckt.
- Gegenklinge (28) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, welche ferner einen Körper (52) mit im Wesentlichen rechteckigem Querschnitt umfasst, wobei das zweite Segment (60) über einen Aussparung (62), die sich vom dritten Punkt (P13) aus erstreckt, mit dem Körper (52) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung (20) zum Formen eines Vorschnitts an einer Packung (10) von Behältern (12) für Lebensmittel, wobei der Vorschnitt ein Trennen durch Brechen entlang einer Trennlinie (16) zwischen zwei Behältern (12) für Lebensmittel erleichtert, wobei die Vorrichtung (20) umfasst:- wenigstens ein Messer (26) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 und- wenigstens eine Gegenklinge (28) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, wobei die ebene Fläche der Gegenklinge (28) dem dritten Abschnitt (40) des Messers (26) zugewandt ist.
- Vorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 11, wobei ein Abstand (D6) zwischen dem Messer (26) und der Gegenklinge (28) zwischen 0,003 mm und 0,1 mm beträgt.
- Vorrichtung (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, mit einer oberen Halteplatte (22), die das Messer (26) aufnimmt, und einer unteren Halteplatte (24), die die Gegenklinge (28) aufnimmt, wobei die Packung (10) mit Lebensmittelbehältern (12) dazu ausgebildet ist, zwischen der oberen Halteplatte (22) und der unteren Halteplatte (24) aufgenommen zu werden, wobei die obere Halteplatte (22) und die untere Halteplatte (24) eine relative Verschiebung senkrecht zu der durch die Oberseite der Lebensmittelbehälter (12) definierten Ebene (PR) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung zum Vorbereiten von Packungen (10) mit Behältern (12) für Lebensmittel, umfassend:- eine erste Vorrichtung, die sowohl zum Versiegeln eines Deckels (14) als auch zum lokalen Kühlen der Verbindungsbereiche der Behälter (12) von unten ausgelegt ist, und, stromabwärts von der ersten Vorrichtung angeordnet ist,- eine zweite Vorrichtung (20) zum Formen eines Vorstanzabschnitts, wobei die zweite Vorrichtung (20) einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13 entspricht.
