Claims (17)

  1. Elektrischer Ventilator, umfassend ein Axiallaufrad (100), das eine Nabe (101) umfasst, aufweisend eine becherförmige Struktur, definiert durch einen unterseitigen Teil (102) quer zu einer Rotationsachse (R) des Axiallaufrads und eine Seitenwand (103), die sich axial von dem unterseitigen Teil (102) erstreckt, wobei das Axiallaufrad eine Vielzahl von ersten Flügeln (108), die sich radial von der Seitenwand der Nabe erstrecken, und ein scheibenförmiges Element (109), das fest mit der Nabe verbunden ist und auf der entgegengesetzten Seite der Seitenwand in Bezug auf den unterseitigen Teil (102) angeordnet ist, umfasst, wobei das scheibenförmige Element von dem unterseitigen Teil beabstandet ist und einen Spalt (110) mit dem unterseitigen Teil begrenzt,
    wobei der unterseitige Teil (102) einen radial internen mittigen Abschnitt (102a), einen radial externen äußeren Abschnitt (102b) und einen Zwischenabschnitt (102c) umfasst, um den mittigen Abschnitt (102a) und den äußeren Abschnitt (102b) miteinander zu verbinden, wobei der unterseitige Teil (102) mit einer Vielzahl von Löchern (106) versehen ist, die einen ersten Durchgang zwischen der Innenseite der becherförmigen Struktur und dem Spalt (110) definieren, wobei die Nabe und das scheibenförmige Element einen zweiten Durchgang oder Mund (112) zwischen dem Spalt (110) und der Außenseite der becherförmigen Struktur begrenzen, wobei der elektrische Ventilator einen elektrischen Motor (200) umfasst, um das Axiallaufrad (100) anzutreiben, und ein thermisch leitendes Gehäuse (201), einen Stator (203) und einen Rotor, die beide in das Gehäuse (201) eingepasst sind, sowie eine Deckscheibe (202) umfasst, die mit dem Gehäuse (201) gekuppelt ist, um eine Einhausung für den Stator und den Rotor zu bilden, wobei das Axiallaufrad (100) mit dem Rotor durch den unterseitigen Teil (102) der Nabe (101) gekuppelt ist, wobei der Motor (200) zumindest teilweise in der Nabe (101) untergebracht ist, wobei das Gehäuse eine Frontwand (204) umfasst, die in die becherförmige Struktur der Nabe (101) eingepasst und dem unterseitigen Teil (102) der Nabe zugewandt ist, und eine Seitenwand (205), die zumindest teilweise von der Seitenwand (103) der Nabe umgeben ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der elektrische Motor (200) eine Vielzahl von wärmeableitenden Rippen (206) umfasst, die in der Frontwand (204) gebildet und dem unterseitigen Teil (102) der Nabe (101) zugewandt sind, wobei die ableitenden Rippen (206) ausgeformt sind, um Kanäle (207) zum Leiten von Luft von der Seitenwand (205) des Gehäuses hinführend zu Löchern (106) in dem unterseitigen Teil (102) der Nabe (101) zu definieren.
  2. Elektrischer Ventilator nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Frontwand (204) eine gerundete Oberfläche (208) aufweist, die ausgeformt ist, um einen axialen Auslass für die Kanäle (207) im Wesentlichen an den Löchern (106) zu definieren.
  3. Elektrischer Ventilator nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der zweite Durchgang oder Mund (112) ringförmig ist.
  4. Elektrischer Ventilator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das scheibenförmige Element (109) einen maximalen Durchmesser (D) aufweist, der größer ist als der maximale Durchmesser (d) der Seitenwand (103).
  5. Elektrischer Ventilator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das scheibenförmige Element (109) eine gekrümmte Umfangsoberfläche (113) mit einer Wölbung umfasst, die der Seitenwand (103) und den ersten Flügeln (108) zugewandt ist.
  6. Elektrischer Ventilator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Löcher (106) in dem Zwischenabschnitt (102c) ausgebildet sind.
  7. Elektrischer Ventilator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Spalt (110) eine axiale Breite zwischen 1 mm und 20 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 2 und 6 mm, aufweist.
  8. Elektrischer Ventilator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das scheibenförmige Element (109) fest mit dem mittigen Abschnitt (102a) verbunden ist.
  9. Elektrischer Ventilator nach Anspruch 8, wobei der mittige Abschnitt (102a) nach außen wegführend von dem äußeren Abschnitt (102b) der becherförmigen Struktur entlang der Rotationsachse (R) des Axiallaufrads beabstandet ist, wobei der Zwischenabschnitt (102c) vorzugsweise kegelförmig ist.
  10. Elektrischer Ventilator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei das scheibenförmige Element (109) fest mit dem äußeren Abschnitt (102b) verbunden ist.
  11. Elektrischer Ventilator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Axiallaufrad (100) eine Vielzahl von zweiten Flügeln (115, 115a, 115b) umfasst, die in dem Spalt (110) angeordnet sind, wobei der unterseitige Teil (102) der Nabe, die zweiten Flügel (115, 115a, 115b) und das scheibenförmige Element (109) ein Zentrifugallaufrad (116) bilden, aufweisend einen axialen Einlass, der durch den ersten Durchgang (111) definiert ist, und einen radialen Auslass, der durch den zweiten Durchgang oder Mund (112) definiert ist.
  12. Elektrischer Ventilator nach Anspruch 11, wobei sich die zweiten Flügel zwischen dem mittigen Abschnitt (102a) und dem äußeren Abschnitt (102b) des unterseitigen Teils (102) der Nabe (101) erstrecken.
  13. Elektrischer Ventilator nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, wobei die zweiten Flügel (115, 115a, 115b) einstückig mit der Nabe (101) ausgebildet sind.
  14. Elektrischer Ventilator nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, wobei die zweiten Flügel (115, 115a, 115b) einstückig mit dem scheibenförmigen Element (109) ausgebildet sind.
  15. Elektrischer Ventilator nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, wobei das scheibenförmige Element (109) durch die zweiten Flügel (115, 115a, 115b) mit der Nabe (101) zusammengefügt ist.
  16. Elektrischer Ventilator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Axiallaufrad (100) eine Vielzahl von Schaufeln (118) umfasst, die in der becherförmigen Struktur angeordnet sind und sich von dem unterseitigen Teil (102) der Nabe (101) erstrecken, wobei sich die Schaufeln (118) vorwiegend axial und in eine Richtung erstrecken, die zu einer Tangentialrichtung an einem vorderen Winkel zwischen 5° und 45°, vorzugsweise zwischen 10° und 20°, geneigt ist.
  17. Elektrischer Ventilator nach Anspruch 16, wobei die Schaufeln (118) ein Flügelprofil mit einem vorderen Winkel zwischen 5° und 45°, vorzugsweise zwischen 10° und 20°, aufweisen.
