Description
The present invention relates to a sanitary facility that can be used in particular by people in sanitary rooms, such as bathrooms, for showering, bathing and/or body care.
The use of sanitary facilities, such as showers or bathtubs, can result in high water consumption. For this reason, sanitary facilities are known in which at least part of the water used can be traced back to the sanitary facilities in order to reuse the water used. A drop in temperature of the reused water must be compensated for, for example, by a flow heater or a gas boiler, which means that a large amount of space is required and costs are high.
The object of the invention is therefore to at least partially solve the problems described with reference to the prior art and in particular to specify a sanitary facility which requires less installation space and/or is characterized by lower costs.
These objects are achieved with a sanitary facility according to the features of the independent patent claim. Further advantageous refinements of the invention are specified in the dependent patent claims. It should be pointed out that the features listed individually in the dependent patent claims can be combined with one another in any technologically meaningful manner and define further refinements of the invention. In addition, the features specified in the patent claims are specified and explained in more detail in the description, with further preferred configurations of the invention being presented.
- zumindest eine Abgabeeinrichtung für eine Flüssigkeit;
- at least one dispenser for a liquid;
- a basin with a drain for the liquid; and
- a first thermostat, to which at least part of the liquid drained via the drain can be supplied as circulating liquid, the circulating liquid being miscible with hot water or cold water to form a temperature-controlled circulating liquid through the first thermostat, and the temperature-controlled circulating liquid being able to be fed to the at least one dispensing device.
The sanitary facility is in particular a facility for personal hygiene of a person. For this purpose, the sanitary facility can be designed, for example, in the manner of a shower or bathtub and/or can be arranged in a sanitary room, such as a bathroom. In addition, the sanitary facility can be used for therapeutic applications. The sanitary facility has at least one dispensing device for a liquid. The at least one dispensing device can in particular be a shower head, overhead shower, hand shower, nozzle and/or outlet opening. A liquid, in particular water, can be dispensed through the at least one dispensing opening into (at least) one basin of the sanitary facility. The basin can in particular be designed in the manner of a shower tray or bath basin. Furthermore, the basin can be arranged or fastened in particular in a stationary manner, for example on the floor of a building. The basin can have (at least) one outlet for the liquid, in particular on a basin floor. The liquid can be fed in particular to a public sewage system via the drain. It is possible for a single basin or drain to be associated with multiple dispensing devices, but this is not mandatory.
Furthermore, the sanitary facility has a first thermostat. Furthermore, the circulating liquid supply line can run at least partially through a building wall and/or a building floor. Furthermore, the first thermostat can have a circulating water inlet for the circulating liquid. The circulating liquid supply line may be connected to the circulating water inlet of the first thermostat. The circulating liquid supplied to the first thermostat has a circulating liquid temperature which can be, for example, 20°C (Celsius) to 40°C. Furthermore, the circulating liquid temperature can fluctuate. The circulating liquid can be mixed with warm water and/or cold water by the first thermostat to form a temperature-controlled circulating liquid with a desired target circulating liquid temperature. For this purpose, the sanitary facility and/or the first thermostat can have an (electronic) controller with which a mixing ratio between the circulating liquid, the hot water and/or the cold water can be controlled in such a way that the tempered circulating liquid has the desired circulating liquid target temperature. The circulating liquid temperature of the circulating liquid can be increased by the first thermostat by adding hot water to the circulating liquid target temperature and/or reduced by adding cold water to the circulating liquid target temperature. The hot water and/or cold water is, in particular, fresh water which, in particular, has not yet been used by the sanitary facility or has not yet been dispensed via the at least one dispensing device. The desired circulating liquid setpoint temperature can be set by a user of the sanitary facility, for example via an actuating element of the sanitary facility and/or the first thermostat. In addition, a delivery quantity of the temperature-controlled circulating liquid can be adjusted by the user of the sanitary facility via the actuating element or another actuating element. A hot water temperature of the hot water can in particular a maximum of 90° C., preferably 25° C. to 90° C., particularly preferably 55° C. to 65° C., and/or a cold water temperature of the cold water, in particular a maximum of 25° C. (Celsius), preferably 1° C. to 25° C., particularly preferably 5°C to 20°C. The target circulating liquid temperature of the temperature-controlled circulating liquid can be, for example, 30° C. to 50° C., preferably 35° C. to 45° C., particularly preferably 35° C. to 40° C. In addition, the fluctuations in the circulating liquid temperature of the circulating liquid supplied to the first thermostat can be at least partially compensated for by the first thermostat, so that the circulating liquid setpoint temperature of the tempered circulating liquid fluctuates less or is (essentially) constant. The hot water can be supplied to the thermostat, for example, from a hot water source such as a boiler, (private and/or local) solar thermal system or heat pump, via a hot water pipe and/or the cold water from a cold water source such as a building water connection, a public Water supply network or a (private/local) well, supplied via a cold water main. The hot water line and/or cold water line can be designed at least partially in the manner of a pipeline. Furthermore, the hot water pipe and/or cold water pipe can run at least partially through a building wall and/or a building floor. The first thermostat can have a hot water input for the hot water and/or a cold water input for the cold water. The hot water line can be connected to the hot water inlet and/or the cold water line to the cold water inlet. In addition, the first thermostat can be arranged at least partially in the building wall or the building floor. The temperature-controlled circulating liquid can be supplied to the at least one dispensing device. For this purpose, the first thermostat can be connected to the at least one dispensing device (liquid-conducting) via at least one mixed water line. The at least one mixed water line can be designed at least partially in the manner of a pipeline and/or hose line. By mixing the circulating liquid with the hot water and/or cold water, the temperature of the circulating liquid can be controlled without a continuous-flow heater and/or a gas boiler, which reduces the space required for the sanitary facility and its costs.
The hot water and the cold water can be miscible by the first thermostat into mixed water with a desired mixed water temperature. The desired mixed water temperature can be, for example, 30°C to 50°C, preferably 35°C to 45°C, particularly preferably 35°C to 40°C. The mixed water does not include any circulating liquid. Both the temperature-controlled circulating liquid and the mixed water can be miscible or producible with the first thermostat. The hot water and cold water can be mixed by the first thermostat to form the mixed water, in particular in a fresh water operating mode of the sanitary facility or the first thermostat. In the fresh water operating mode, in particular no temperature-controlled circulating liquid is mixed by the first thermostat and/or no temperature-controlled circulating liquid is dispensed via the at least one dispensing device. The mixing of the temperature-controlled circulating liquid and/or the dispensing of the temperature-controlled circulating liquid via the at least one dispensing device takes place in particular only after the sanitary facility or the first thermostat has been switched to a circulating operating mode. This can be done, for example, by controlling the sanitary facility and/or the first thermostat.
The mixed water can be supplied to the at least one dispensing device via a first mixed water line.
The temperature-controlled circulating liquid can be fed to the at least one dispensing device via a second mixed water line. Thus, the mixed water and the temperature-controlled circulating liquid can be supplied to the at least one dispensing device via separate mixed water lines. The second mixed water line can be designed at least partially in the manner of a pipeline and/or hose line.
The first thermostat can be connected to an overflow tank. Excess liquid can be removed from the sanitary facility through the overflow container.
The overflow container can have an overflow, via which excess liquid can be discharged. In particular, the overflow container can have a receiving space for liquid, which can be connected to the drain of the basin via a first drain line. The liquid can be collected in the receiving space, in particular up to a maximum liquid level. When the maximum liquid level is reached, the excess liquid can be discharged to a public sewage system via the overflow of the overflow tank and a second drain line. After the sanitary facility or the first thermostat has been switched to the circulating operating mode, the liquid in the receiving space can be fed to the first thermostat as circulating liquid, in particular via the circulating liquid supply line. For this purpose, a container drain opening of the receiving space can be connected to the circulating water inlet of the first thermostat via the circulating liquid supply line.
The circulating liquid can be fed to the first thermostat using a pump. The pump is arranged in particular in the circulating liquid supply line. Furthermore, the pump can be activated in the circulation operating mode and/or deactivated in the fresh water operating mode.
The hot water and cold water can be miscible by means of a second thermostat to form mixed water with a desired mixed water temperature. In particular, this can mean that the sanitary facility has a first thermostat and a second thermostat. Furthermore, this can mean in particular that the mixed water cannot be mixed with the first thermostat, but (only) with a second thermostat. The second thermostat can have a further actuating element, via which the user of the sanitary facility can set the desired desired mixed water temperature. The mixed water target temperature can thus be adjustable independently of the circulating liquid target temperature.
The mixed water can be supplied to the at least one dispensing device via a first mixed water line. In particular, the mixed water can be fed to the at least one dispensing device via a first mixed water line and the temperature-controlled circulating liquid can be fed to the at least one dispensing device via a second mixed water line.
Setting the mixed water target temperature at the second thermostat can cause a target circulating liquid temperature of the temperature-controlled circulating liquid to be set at the first thermostat. The first thermostat and the second thermostat can have a common actuating element for setting the desired mixed water temperature and the desired circulating liquid temperature. For this purpose, the first thermostat and the second thermostat can be coupled to one another, in particular mechanically, electrically and/or electromechanically.
