Definitions
- the invention relates to a sliding door roller fitting, suitable for parallel opening of a vertical sliding door that is slidably guided along a horizontal running rail in an opening direction running at right angles to the plane of the sliding door, as well as an associated sliding door arrangement with at least one sliding door that can be opened in parallel.
- the present invention is based on the object of specifying a sliding door roller fitting that has as few individual parts as possible and is constructed as simply as possible.
- the sliding door roller fitting should prevent the sliding door from being lowered or raised during the opening movement.
- the curved outer surface rolls off the horizontal bearing surface during the tilting movement.
- the curved outside is cylindrical and lies on a radius of curvature whose center point is given by the roller tangent of the rolling point of the roller that protrudes furthest beyond the long arm.
- the respective unrolling system is always located vertically above the running rail, and due to the radius of curvature there is no lowering or raising of the sliding door. Consequently, the force required to move the sliding door laterally is very small, even in the case of heavy sliding doors.
- the axis of rotation of the roller preferably runs parallel to the opening direction, ie horizontally in the assembly position of the sliding door roller fitting.
- the rocker arm is preferably L-shaped with a short arm angled on one side, but can alternatively also be designed, for example, in a T-shape with two short arms angled on both sides.
- the two ends of the short arm of the rocker arm pointing in the deployment direction are rounded and mounted in a tiltable manner between and on the two carrier stops.
- the rounded ends and the entrainment stops are made from material that minimizes friction as much as possible.
- the two end positions of the rocker arm are preferably defined by end stops of the bearing body, against which at least one of the two arms of the rocker arm rests in the two end positions.
- the bearing body preferably has a bearing recess in which the short arm of the rocker arm is tiltably mounted.
- the bearing recess can have the bearing surface, the driving stops and optionally also end stops against which the short arm of the rocker arm rests in the two end positions.
- the bearing body particularly preferably has an axle journal on at least one side of the roller, in particular on both sides of the roller, which is mounted in the bearing body so that it can rotate about an axis of rotation running parallel to the tilting axis, with the pivoting movement of the rocker arm and the rotation of the axle journal being linked to one another, in particular by means of a lever or gear mechanism, are coupled for movement.
- the axle journal can have, for example, a radial pivoting lever on which the rocking lever, in particular the long arm, acts eccentrically.
- the axle journal is used to synchronize the rocker arm movements of two adjacent sliding door roller fittings.
- the bearing body is formed from two bearing body halves assembled in the axial direction of the tilting axis of the rocker arm, in particular nested one inside the other, each with bearing recesses facing one another, in which the short arm of the rocker arm is mounted tiltably.
- the two bearing body halves can be arranged and held together in an assembly housing on the sliding door side, from which the rolling side of the roller protrudes.
- the bearing body is displaceably guided in a mounting housing on the sliding door side at right angles to the bearing surface.
- an adjusting screw which is supported on the one hand on the bearing body and on the other hand on the mounting housing, it is possible to set how far the bearing body can be pushed into the mounting housing.
- the height of the sliding door can be adjusted using the adjusting screw.
- a wedge element with a front wedge surface is preferably fastened to the sliding door roller fitting and is arranged laterally in front of a front side of the sliding door in the assembled state.
- An essential advantage of this sliding door arrangement according to the invention is that the sliding door can be closed tightly by pivoting it in using, for example, a seal lying between the fixed wall or a door rebate and the sliding door.
- either only one of the two sliding doors or both sliding doors can be opened in parallel.
- the first sliding door is preferably guided in a displaceable manner by means of at least two lower and two upper sliding door roller fittings designed as above, the bearing bodies of which are each attached to the first sliding door and the rollers of which are each guided in the lower and upper running rails, with the first sliding door being arranged at right angles to the Sliding door level extending, horizontal opening direction between a rear opening position, in which the rocker arm is tilted into one end position, and a front open position, in which the rocker arm is tilted into the other end position, can be adjusted in parallel.
- the second sliding door is displaceably guided by means of at least two lower and two upper sliding door roller fittings designed as above, the bearing bodies of which are each attached to the second sliding door and the rollers of which are each guided in the lower and upper running rails, with the second sliding door in the opening direction between one front deployed position, in which the rocker arm is tilted into one end position, and a rear deployed position, in which the rocker arm is tilted into the other end position, can be adjusted in parallel.
- the two sliding doors are flush with each other when the first sliding door is in its rear and the second sliding door is in its front open position and are, when the first sliding door is in its front open position and the second sliding door is in its rear open position, as far as in the open direction are spaced apart so that they can be pushed past one another.
- the facing axle journals of two lower sliding door roller fittings of a sliding door and the facing axle journals of two upper sliding door roller fittings of a sliding door are each connected to one another by means of a connecting rod and are thus rotationally coupled. Even if an opening displacement is only initiated on one side of the sliding door, this opening displacement is also transmitted to the other side of the sliding door by means of the connecting rod, so that the sliding door is always opened in parallel.
- sliding doors stand up on the lower rails by means of the lower sliding door roller fittings and roll on them, or it is provided that the sliding doors are hung in the upper rails by means of the upper sliding door roller fittings and roll on them.
- the 1 shown sliding door assembly is shown using the example of a sliding door cabinet 1 with a base 2, a top panel 3, two side walls 4 and a rear wall 5 .
- the sliding door cabinet 1 has two sliding doors 6a, 6b on the front, which 1 are shown side by side in their flush, closed initial position.
- a rail profile with two parallel, horizontal, lower rails 7a, 7b is arranged in an upper-side groove of the floor 2 and a rail profile with two parallel, horizontal, upper rails 8a, 8b is arranged in a lower-side groove of the upper floor 3.
- the left sliding door 6a is guided in the front, lower and upper rails 7a, 8a and the right sliding door 6b in the rear, lower and upper rails 7b, 8b in the direction of the double arrow 9 , each by means of two lower and two upper sliding door roller fittings 10 who , as in 1 shown, are mounted on the right and left of the sliding doors 6a, 6b.
- the front running rail 7a, 8a and the rear running rail 7b, 8b can be formed either by a single, double-track running rail or by two separate running rails.
- the long arm 13 has on its inner side facing the short arm 14 a freely rotatably mounted roller 15 which protrudes over the long arm 13 on the roller side opposite the short arm 14 in order to roll along the rail 7a, 7b.
- the short arm 14 has an outwardly curved outer side 16 facing away from the roller 15, which is optionally cylindrical and lies on a radius of curvature R ( 6 ), the center of which is given by the roller tangent 17 of the rolling point of the roller 15 that protrudes furthest beyond the long arm 13 .
- the sliding door roller fitting 10 also has a bearing body 18 on the sliding door side with a bearing recess 19 open at the end, in which the rocker arm 12 is held so that it can be tilted between two end positions about a tilting axis parallel to the roller tangent 17 .
- the bearing recess 19 has a flat bearing surface 20 that runs horizontally in the raising direction 11 when the bearing body 18 is in the installed position, against which the short arm 14 of the rocker arm 12 rests with its curved outer side 16 and against it when the rocker arm 12 is tilted unrolls.
- the bearing recess 19 also has two (vertical) entrainment stops 21 between which the short arm 14 is arranged in order to be entrained bidirectionally by the bearing body 18 in the deployment direction 11 .
- the two ends of the short arm 14 pointing in the deployment direction 11 are rounded and slide on the two driving stops 21, as a result of which the rocker arm 12 is mounted in a tiltable manner.
- the two end positions of the rocker arm 12 are defined by end stops 22 of the bearing body 18 against which the long arm 13 rests in each of the two end positions.
- the bearing recess 19 can also have end stops 23 against which the short arm 14 of the rocker arm 12 rests in the two end positions.
- the bearing body 18 can be a one-piece part or, as in 7 shown, is formed from two bearing body halves 18a , 18b assembled, in particular plugged together, in the axial direction of the tilting or rolling axis of the rocker arm 12, each with bearing recesses 19 facing one another, in which the short arm 14 of the rocker arm 12 is pivotably mounted.
- the two bearing body halves 18a, 18b are arranged in a hood-shaped mounting housing 24, from which the rolling side of the roller 15 projects, and are thereby held together.
- the bearing body 18 is slidably guided in the mounting housing 24 at right angles to the bearing surface 20, that is to say perpendicularly in the mounting position of the sliding door roller fitting 10.
- an adjusting screw 25 which is screwed into the mounting housing 24 at one end and supported on the bearing body 17 at the other end, it is possible to set how far the bearing body 18 can be pushed into the mounting housing 24.
- the bearing body 18 has on both sides of the roller 15 an axle journal 26 which is rotatably mounted in the bearing body 18 about an axis of rotation running parallel to the tilting or rolling axis.
- the axle journals 26 preferably protrude from the bearing body 18 .
- the pivoting movement of Rocker arm 12 and the rotation of the journal 26 are coupled to each other for movement, here by means of a pivot lever 27 projecting radially from the journal 26, on which the long arm 13 of the rocker arm 12 engages eccentrically.
- the pivoting lever 27 has a radial guide link 28 in which a lateral pin 29 of the long arm 13 is guided in a displaceable manner.
- a wedge element 30 with a front wedge surface 31 can optionally be fastened to the front of the mounting housing 24, for example clipped on.
- the wedge surface 31 encompasses the right or left end face of the sliding door 6a, 6b in order to interact with the wedge surface 31 of the adjacent sliding door 6b.
- FIG. 8 shows the two lower sliding door roller fittings 10 of a sliding door, in which the tilting movements of their rocker arms 12 are synchronized with one another.
- the axle journals 26 of the two sliding door roller fittings 10 facing one another are connected to one another by means of a connecting rod 32 and are thereby rotationally coupled.
- the two upper sliding door roller fittings 10 of the sliding door are also synchronized with one another by means of a connecting rod.
- Figs. 2a, 2b show the two sliding doors 6a, 6b in their flush, closed initial position, with the sliding door 6a guided in the front rails 7a, 8a being in its rear open position and the sliding door 6b guided in the rear rails 7b, 8b being in its front open position.
- the rocker arms 12 of the sliding door roller fittings 10 for the two sliding doors 6a, 6b are tilted in opposite directions to one another, i.e. the rocker arm 12 of the sliding door roller fitting 10 for sliding door 6a lies against the front end stop 22 and the rocker arm 12 of the sliding door roller fitting 10 for sliding door 6b lies against the rear end stop 22 at.
- the sliding door 6a is simultaneously pushed forwards or moved transversely from its rear to its front open position by means of the wedge surfaces 31 of the two sliding doors 6a, 6b sliding against one another .
- the direction of transverse movement is specified via wedge surfaces 31 and can be reversed at will; this also works with multiple sliding doors. If there are no wedge elements, each sliding door 6a, 6b is manually issued individually. Even if the transverse displacement is only initiated on one side of the sliding door, this transverse displacement is also transmitted to the other side of the sliding door by means of the connecting rod 32, so that the sliding door is always opened parallel.
- the transverse displacement of the sliding door 6a, 6b causes the short arm 14 of the rocker arm 12 to be entrained by one driver stop 21 in the opening direction 11.
- the rocker arm 12 is tilted from its one stable end position into its other end position, specifically with the running rail on which the roller 15 rests as the tilting axis.
- the axis of rotation of the roller 15 runs horizontally, i.e. parallel to the extension direction 11.
- the curved outer surface 16 rolls on the horizontal bearing surface 20, with the respective rolling system always being vertically above of the running rail and, because of the radius of curvature R, there is no lowering or raising of the sliding door 6a, 6b. Consequently, the force required to laterally move the sliding door 6a, 6b is very small.
- the two sliding doors 6a, 6b are now so far apart from each other transversely that they can be pushed past one another ( Figs. 3a, 3b ).
- the opening movement of the sliding doors 6a, 6b back into their flush, closed initial position is effected by a transverse movement of the sliding doors 6a, 6b in the opposite opening direction 11.
- the transverse movement of the sliding door 6a, 6b causes the short arm 14 of the rocker arm 12 to move away from the other catch stop 21 entrained in the deployment direction 11 and the rocker arm 12 is tilted back into the original end position.
- the vertical distance between the sliding door 6a, 6b and the bearing body 18 and thus the height of the sliding door 6a, 6b relative to the running rail can be adjusted via the adjusting screw 25, in particular also subsequently.
- the short arm 14 could alternatively also be T-shaped with two short arms angled on both sides.
- the sliding door that can be opened in parallel is flush with the sliding door that cannot be opened in parallel in its one opening position and is spaced far enough apart from the sliding door that cannot be opened in parallel in its other opening direction that they can be pushed past one another.
- the sliding door arrangement can also have at least one fixed wall and at least one sliding door 6a that can be moved parallel to the fixed wall and that can be slid in a horizontal, lower and a horizontal, upper running rail 7a, 8a by means of at least two lower and two upper sliding door roller fittings 10 is performed, the bearing body 18 are attached to the parallel sliding sliding door 6a and the rollers 15 are guided in the respective rails.
- the sliding door 6a can be opened in parallel in a horizontal opening direction 11 running at right angles to the plane of the sliding door between an open position in which the rocker arm 12 is tilted into one end position and an open position in which the rocker arm 12 is tilted into the other end position.
- the sliding door 6a when it is in its one open position, rests against the fixed wall in the open direction 11, in particular in a sealed manner, or is flush with the fixed wall, in particular sealed, and when it is in its other open position, so far spaced apart from the fixed wall in the deployment direction 11 so that it can be pushed past the fixed wall.
- the sliding door can be tightly closed by swinging it in using, for example, a seal lying between the fixed wall or a door rebate and the sliding door 6a.

Description
The invention relates to a sliding door roller fitting, suitable for parallel opening of a vertical sliding door that is slidably guided along a horizontal running rail in an opening direction running at right angles to the plane of the sliding door, as well as an associated sliding door arrangement with at least one sliding door that can be opened in parallel.
Such sliding door roller fittings and sliding door assemblies are well known and generally have a complicated structure with many moving parts.
In contrast, the present invention is based on the object of specifying a sliding door roller fitting that has as few individual parts as possible and is constructed as simply as possible. In particular, the sliding door roller fitting should prevent the sliding door from being lowered or raised during the opening movement.
- a rocker arm with a long arm and a short arm angled in relation thereto, in particular at right angles, the long arm having a freely rotatably mounted roller on its inner side facing the short arm, which projects beyond the long arm on the roller side opposite the short arm, for rolling along a track, and wherein the short arm has an outwardly curved outer surface facing away from the track roller; and
- a bearing body (on the sliding door side) to be fastened to the sliding door, on which the rocker arm is held so that it can be tilted between two end positions about a tilting axis parallel to the roller tangent, the bearing body having a flat bearing surface that runs horizontally in the opening direction when the bearing body is in the installed position, the short arm of the rocker arm rests with its curved outer side on the bearing surface and rolls off it when the rocker arm is tilted, and the bearing body has two entrainment stops between which the rocker arm, in particular the short arm, is arranged so that the bearing body can take it along bidirectionally in the deployment direction.
Erfindungsgemäß rollt bei der Kippbewegung die gekrümmte Außenfläche an der waagerechten Lagerfläche ab.According to the invention, the curved outer surface rolls off the horizontal bearing surface during the tilting movement.
Very particularly preferably, the curved outside is cylindrical and lies on a radius of curvature whose center point is given by the roller tangent of the rolling point of the roller that protrudes furthest beyond the long arm. The respective unrolling system is always located vertically above the running rail, and due to the radius of curvature there is no lowering or raising of the sliding door. Consequently, the force required to move the sliding door laterally is very small, even in the case of heavy sliding doors.
When the rocker arm is in a middle position between its two end positions, the axis of rotation of the roller preferably runs parallel to the opening direction, ie horizontally in the assembly position of the sliding door roller fitting.
The rocker arm is preferably L-shaped with a short arm angled on one side, but can alternatively also be designed, for example, in a T-shape with two short arms angled on both sides.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the two ends of the short arm of the rocker arm pointing in the deployment direction are rounded and mounted in a tiltable manner between and on the two carrier stops. The rounded ends and the entrainment stops are made from material that minimizes friction as much as possible.
The two end positions of the rocker arm are preferably defined by end stops of the bearing body, against which at least one of the two arms of the rocker arm rests in the two end positions.
The bearing body preferably has a bearing recess in which the short arm of the rocker arm is tiltably mounted. The bearing recess can have the bearing surface, the driving stops and optionally also end stops against which the short arm of the rocker arm rests in the two end positions.
The bearing body particularly preferably has an axle journal on at least one side of the roller, in particular on both sides of the roller, which is mounted in the bearing body so that it can rotate about an axis of rotation running parallel to the tilting axis, with the pivoting movement of the rocker arm and the rotation of the axle journal being linked to one another, in particular by means of a lever or gear mechanism, are coupled for movement. For this purpose, the axle journal can have, for example, a radial pivoting lever on which the rocking lever, in particular the long arm, acts eccentrically. The axle journal is used to synchronize the rocker arm movements of two adjacent sliding door roller fittings.
In an advantageous variant of the invention, the bearing body is formed from two bearing body halves assembled in the axial direction of the tilting axis of the rocker arm, in particular nested one inside the other, each with bearing recesses facing one another, in which the short arm of the rocker arm is mounted tiltably. The two bearing body halves can be arranged and held together in an assembly housing on the sliding door side, from which the rolling side of the roller protrudes.
Particularly preferably, the bearing body is displaceably guided in a mounting housing on the sliding door side at right angles to the bearing surface. By means of an adjusting screw, which is supported on the one hand on the bearing body and on the other hand on the mounting housing, it is possible to set how far the bearing body can be pushed into the mounting housing. The height of the sliding door can be adjusted using the adjusting screw.
A wedge element with a front wedge surface is preferably fastened to the sliding door roller fitting and is arranged laterally in front of a front side of the sliding door in the assembled state.
- at least one fixed wall, and
- at least one sliding door that can be moved parallel to the fixed wall, which slides in a horizontal, lower and in a horizontal, upper running rail by means of at least two lower and two as above, designed as above trained upper sliding door roller fittings, the bearing bodies of which are attached to the sliding door and the rollers of which are guided in the respective rails,
An essential advantage of this sliding door arrangement according to the invention is that the sliding door can be closed tightly by pivoting it in using, for example, a seal lying between the fixed wall or a door rebate and the sliding door.
- at least two parallel horizontal lower rails and at least two parallel horizontal upper rails,
- at least one first sliding door, which is slidably guided in the front of the two lower and in the front of the two upper rails by means of at least two lower and two upper sliding door roller fittings, and
- at least one second sliding door, which is slidably guided in the rear of the two lower and in the rear of the two upper rails by means of at least two lower and two upper sliding door roller fittings,
According to the invention, either only one of the two sliding doors or both sliding doors can be opened in parallel.
The first sliding door is preferably guided in a displaceable manner by means of at least two lower and two upper sliding door roller fittings designed as above, the bearing bodies of which are each attached to the first sliding door and the rollers of which are each guided in the lower and upper running rails, with the first sliding door being arranged at right angles to the Sliding door level extending, horizontal opening direction between a rear opening position, in which the rocker arm is tilted into one end position, and a front open position, in which the rocker arm is tilted into the other end position, can be adjusted in parallel. The second sliding door is displaceably guided by means of at least two lower and two upper sliding door roller fittings designed as above, the bearing bodies of which are each attached to the second sliding door and the rollers of which are each guided in the lower and upper running rails, with the second sliding door in the opening direction between one front deployed position, in which the rocker arm is tilted into one end position, and a rear deployed position, in which the rocker arm is tilted into the other end position, can be adjusted in parallel. The two sliding doors are flush with each other when the first sliding door is in its rear and the second sliding door is in its front open position and are, when the first sliding door is in its front open position and the second sliding door is in its rear open position, as far as in the open direction are spaced apart so that they can be pushed past one another.
In the case of sliding door roller fittings with axle journals, the facing axle journals of two lower sliding door roller fittings of a sliding door and the facing axle journals of two upper sliding door roller fittings of a sliding door are each connected to one another by means of a connecting rod and are thus rotationally coupled. Even if an opening displacement is only initiated on one side of the sliding door, this opening displacement is also transmitted to the other side of the sliding door by means of the connecting rod, so that the sliding door is always opened in parallel.
In different embodiment variants of the sliding door arrangement according to the invention, it is either provided that the sliding doors stand up on the lower rails by means of the lower sliding door roller fittings and roll on them, or it is provided that the sliding doors are hung in the upper rails by means of the upper sliding door roller fittings and roll on them.

The sliding door roller fitting 10 also has a bearing

If the sliding
The vertical distance between the sliding

Instead of the two sliding
Instead of two sliding doors that can be opened in parallel, in an embodiment of the invention that is not shown here, the sliding door arrangement can also have at least one fixed wall and at least one sliding
