- the strength of the elastic force of the above-described first compression spring 41 can be selected and set flexibly such that when the driving member 3 drives the rotary arm 2, the rotary arm 2 is able to overcome the elastic force of the first compression spring 41 to rotate normally while ensuring that the second sealing member 112 is able to normally block the water guiding part 121 in a stable way.

- a second compression spring 113 is further provided between the second sealing member 112 and the filtering member 11; when the driving member 3 drives the connecting end 21 to move upwards, the second sealing member 112 can move upwards under the action of the second compression spring 113 so as to open the water guiding part 121.
- the above-described second compression spring 113 can specifically be sleeved to a tube section of the water guiding part 121 that extends into the filtering member 11, and has one end connected with the filtering member 11 and the other end connected with the second sealing member 112. A tendency to move upwards can be given to the second sealing member 112 by an elastic force of the second compression spring 113.

- one end of the water guiding part 121 is movably inserted to the filtering member 11; a third compression spring 13 is provided between the water collecting member 12 and the filtering member 11; one end of the third compression spring 13 is connected with the filtering member 11, and the other end is connected with the water guiding part 121; the water collecting member 12 is able to tightly press downward a bottom wall of the pot body 1 under an elastic force of the third compression spring 13.
- the above-described water collecting member 12 can be specifically provided as being of a tapered structure, and a water inlet can be provided in a side wall of the water collecting member 12, so as to render it easy for water in the pot body 1 to enter into the water collecting member 12.
