Claims (7)

  1. Wärmetauscher (1), umfassend:
    einen Plattenlamellen-Stapelkörper (4) mit einer Vielzahl von gestapelten Plattenlamellen (3), wobei jede der Vielzahl von Plattenlamellen einen Strömungskanal (7) aufweist, durch den ein erstes Fluid strömt;
    Endplatten (6a, 6b), die in Stapelrichtung der Vielzahl von Plattenlamellen (3) jeweils auf beiden Seiten des Plattenlamellen-Stapelkörpers (4) angeordnet sind;
    einen Einlasssammler-Strömungskanal (9), durch den das erste Fluid in den Strömungskanal strömt; und
    einen Auslasssammler-Strömungskanal (10), durch den das erste Fluid aus dem Strömungskanal strömt,
    wobei
    die Vielzahl von Plattenlamellen (3) jeweils aufweisen:
    ein Paar von Platten (3a, 3b), die miteinander verlötet sind, um den Strömungskanal zwischen dem Plattenpaar zu bilden, und
    röhrenförmige Teile (13), die jeweils in einem Abschnitt eines Sammlerbereichs (X) des Wärmetauschers angeordnet sind und von einer entsprechenden Platte des Plattenpaars (3a, 3b) nach außen hervorstehen, wobei der Sammlerbereich ein Bereich ist, in dem der Einlasssammler-Strömungskanal (9) und der Auslasssammler-Strömungskanal (10) angeordnet sind, und
    die Vielzahl von Plattenlamellen (3) benachbart angeordnete Plattenlamellen aufweisen, deren röhrenförmige Teile aneinander befestigt sind.
  2. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, wobei die röhrenförmigen Teile (13) von jeder der Vielzahl von Plattenlamellen (3) in der Draufsicht von jeder der Vielzahl von Plattenlamellen so angeordnet sind, dass sie mindestens einen von dem Einlasssammler-Strömungskanal (9) und dem Auslasssammler-Strömungskanal (10) umgeben.
  3. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei mindestens einer der röhrenförmigen Teile (13) von jeder der Vielzahl von Plattenlamellen (3) eine sich verjüngende Form oder eine Form aufweist, die durch Verschachtelung erhalten wird.
  4. Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die benachbarten Plattenlamellen unter der Vielzahl von Plattenlamellen (3) ein Passungsspiel zwischen den röhrenförmigen Teilen (13) von kleiner oder gleich 0,2 mm aufweisen.
  5. Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die röhrenförmigen Teile (13) der benachbarten Plattenlamellen unter der Vielzahl von Plattenlamellen (3) miteinander verlötet sind, um Abschnitte von Sammlerbereichen (X) der benachbarten Plattenlamellen zu verbinden.
  6. Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die röhrenförmigen Teile (13), die aus der entsprechenden Platte des Plattenpaares (3a, 3b) hervorstehen, in der Draufsicht auf jede der Vielzahl von Plattenlamellen (3) an derselben Position angeordnet sind.
  7. Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Vielzahl von Plattenlamellen (3), die übereinander gestapelt sind, ein zweites Fluid aufweisen, das zwischen der Vielzahl von Plattenlamellen fließt, um einen Wärmeaustausch zwischen dem ersten Fluid und dem zweiten Fluid zu ermöglichen.
