Characterized in that it comprises eccentric cam discs (4, 4') which each engage with at least two follower lugs (10, 11) projecting from the angle brackets (2, 2') and comprising at least one outer profile (6) and at least one inner profile (7) for guiding the lugs (10, 11) between stops (61, 62, 71) arranged in said profiles (6, 7) to stabilize the frame (20) in the two stable angular positions, each profile (6, 7) of a cam (4, 4') engaging with a single lug (10, 11). - Device for adjusting the inclination of the seat portion of a seat according to the preceding claim, characterized in that at least one first profile (6) of each cam (4, 4') comprises at least one stop (61) for holding in the first angular position and at least one second profile (7) comprises at least one stop (71) for holding in the second angular position.
- Device for adjusting the inclination of the seat portion of a seat according to the preceding claim, characterized in that at least one profile (6) of each cam is provided with a second stop (62) in the other stable position.
- Device for adjusting the inclination of the seat portion of a seat according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the cam disc (4, 4') comprises two profiles (6, 7), the outer profile (6) comprises at a first end a stop (61) having a bearing surface exerting on a lug (10) a mainly tangential action and at a second end a stop (62) comprising a bearing surface exerting on said lug (10) a mainly radial action.
- Device for adjusting the inclination of the seat portion of a seat according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the manual control means consist of a lever (9) attached to one of the ends of a rotary shaft (5) having a polygonal section which is equipped with eccentric cam discs (4, 4') and is freely rotatable in the frame (20).
- Seat provided with a device for adjusting the inclination of the seat portion according to any of claims 1 to 5.
